To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早餐牛角包又香又脆沙律用黑醋汁, 比其他地方用沙律醬健康又美味, 可惜蘑菇有少少過火, 咖啡都唔錯環境非常舒服闊落, 面對東大街, 冷氣夠凍仲可以自己斟室溫水, 仲可以集齊五個印章減20蚊👍

去筲箕湾東大街一定係為咗D小食或粉面再唔係就中式嘢。 錯🙅🏻♀️錯錯！ 過咗廟就到嘅Madera Cafe，完全覺得自己不在鬧市中，寧静舒適，一個與伴侣、三五知已、metime嘅好地方#手冲coffee, #all-day, #open-faced toast #home-made 甜品 #黑芝麻waffle #竹炭黑芝麻鲜奶咖啡點可以唔試試呀！ 最近仲有埋#pasta 食。 員工有禮、見到D客人都係高質素，非常高興有這個#madera cafe

🔹️去到筲箕灣東大街很多店舖已不見踨影了🫠 見到這間 “Madera Cafe” 門面比較吸引😍 便進去飲杯嘢降降温🥵🥃 店內環境寧靜, 好適合靜靜哋飲吓坐吓🤗 價錢公道💰我們點了兩杯飲品☕️🔸️Sweet photato latte🍠🍵以粉紫色紫薯Latte, 顏色粉嫩 、入口綿滑細膩, 奶味相對較重 💞🔸️Dirty🥃先品嚐熱騰騰Espresso的強烈風味, 接著和濃縮對比之下 ~ 冰凍的牛奶更加鮮甜和滑順👍

原來幫襯左好多年，我都冇向openrice 介紹過😅 反而IG 成日post . M cafe 以輕食為主，不過全日早餐是非常豐富，也有素食全日早餐，適合素食人士。其他選擇都算多。牛角包，鬆餅都好食😋 咖啡亦有水準。服務，環境都💯 價錢合理💰 今日天氣熱熱地，就食個燒雞沙律加杯dirty ，開胃又健康😆 Cafe 裝修頗細心。在某些座位設了USP 充電及三腳插頭👍 讚！平日人少可以享受這裏寧靜，望住外面，很chill 的感覺。
