最愛Eric Kayser 的sourdough bread 🍞 ,幾乎每星期也會到中環地鐵站或太子大廈或尖沙咀綿登徑買的除了酸種麵包,他家用ciabatta 做的三文治🥪也很吸引,曾經見太子大廈有堂食,所以叫了一份,可惜她們沒有翻熱服務,味道稍遜,但也沒關係,雖然不是暖呼的,也覺好吃⋯最大問題是那些不知不懂?還是不想說廣東話的非本地店員,態度冷漠😒什至對英語不靈光的客人表現得很不屑,就算其他兩間分店都不遑多讓呢!用餐要花錢的,何必要受氣,所以一直都只買麵包帶走但尖沙咀分店最近來了一位本地店員,像是該店的主管!重點是立刻感覺到氣氛的不同,所有店員變得有禮、積極😅所以決定再坐下亨受我最愛的mozzarella tomato ciabatta 😬😋尖沙咀店是cafe形式,可加熱三文治👏🏻水牛芝士、番茄配香草醬是最佳配搭,但較適合配淡味麵包,店舖用上了olive ciabatta ,有少許搶味了,用原味ciabatta 會更好吃,當然還是好好👍🏻吃😋Meal set 要了杯soy cappuccino,但味道太太太淡了😅都不覺在品咖啡☕️下次要extra shot(+$10)

水牛芝士、番茄配香草醬是最佳配搭,但較適合配淡味麵包,店舖用上了olive ciabatta ,有少許搶味了,用原味ciabatta 會更好吃,當然還是好好👍🏻吃😋

同朋友響尖沙咀做完嘢,想搵個地方坐低飲杯咖啡食食少少嘢,響海防道嗰度行咗一陣睇唔到有乜嘢想食,跟住行咗過去K11 art mall見到好多人已經唔係好有心機再去嗰度搵嘢食,跟住突然間諗起行到去嗰邊其實可以去食個比較好味嘅牛角包,所以就走咗去呢度。其中一樣最好嘅就係佢嗰度嘅人通常都唔會太多,好多時都有位坐,環境亦都係乾淨企理。主要嘅重點就係食佢個牛角包,雖然唔係最好食嘅,但係絕對係中上質素,仲有佢個提子cinnamon bun, 都係幾好味嘅。平時我就係買佢嘅其他麵包比較多。再之後我哋叫咗兩杯Ice Americano, 就完成咗一個輕輕鬆鬆嘅下午茶。

💟 我當日係夜晚去,本身都預咗麵包出咗爐成日,啲質素會有所下降,可惜比我預期中質素更低🤦‍♀️ 相比之下,差唔多價位嘅bakehouse就算去到夜晚都仲可以keep到水準,可能呢樣要再改善下🙈

第一次食Plain Financier(費南雪), 圓形的, 外圍有些焦, 好香杏仁及鮮牛油味道, 質感較實
費南雪也稱金磚蛋糕,是一種小的法式蛋糕,味道較淡,質地濕潤,類似海綿蛋糕,一般會有杏仁粉、壓碎或研磨的杏仁、或是杏仁香料。食譜中最特殊的一部份是焦化奶油,就是煮到略焦,散發堅果香氣的奶油。其他成份包括蛋白、麵粉及糖粉。費南雪一般會在模具中烘焙,呈長方形,尺寸比花色小蛋糕要小。其質地有彈性。

只是不再調來調去

店員會問你是否需要加熱
呃…想了一下還是維持它室溫吧
習慣這吞拿魚溶是不熱的

同我朋友講起最好味嘅牛角包喺K11 Musea 間Gontran Cherrier。 佢就話尖沙咀其實有另一間都好出名食牛角包,於是我就跟住佢去試試。入到去剛好有下午茶set叫, 就叫咗一個牛角包同埋一杯熱嘅Cappuccino牛角包唔係新鮮出爐, 店主淨係幫我叮翻熱個包來食。 叮完之後個牛角包冧左。冇K11嗰間咁好食。 Cappuccino非常有水準,好香濃嘅咖啡豆味,再加上專業的拉花,有個心型,值得讚賞。如果想靜靜地嘆杯coffee 呢間店係唔錯的選擇。

點榛子拿鐵是因為突然間想要果仁的味道

今日下午到了轉角的咖啡廳吃午餐。咖啡廳環境簡約舒適,光線明亮,又有陽光透過室內,看着街邊景致,特別寫意。午餐想吃得輕盈一點,選擇了水煮蛋牛油果多士/Soft boiled egg with sourdough $70這多士份量不少,有兩隻水煮蛋,流心嘅水煮蛋配上香滑嘅牛油果醬,加上煙韌的sourdough, 是簡單又健康的味道,沒有花巧。Hazelnut oat milk latte$51這榛果燕麥奶沒有太甜膩,有幽幽的榛果甜香,口感香滑,淡淡的咖啡香,還不錯。朋友點的芝士奄列份量十足,看到半溶的拉絲芝士,陣陣芝香加上奄列旦,真是芝味十足,又令人飽足的味道。另點的法式芒果汁味道香甜清爽,是咖啡以外的選擇。吃午飯的時候滂沱大雨,吃完雨過天青,真是小確幸。

★整個用餐體驗我覺得蠻為舒服,雖然沒有什麼服務可言,但是在場兩位侍應人員都禮貌週週,而且當日不算多人如果三丶兩知己我覺得絕對更勝大型咖啡店Stxxxxxxks,至少當日我不會遇上很多枱在溫書的情形。★

I use to be a fan. I always returned for their croque monsieur. Always reminded of eating a cheese fondue. However, this time around, it was evident they changed their cheese for the worse. When cheese do not melt properly, and remains the matchstick form, it tells you that they were using the cheaper shredded cheese. Visually it wasn’t as attractive. But taste wise, it had none of the melt in your mouth texture and lacks the strong nutty gruyere cheese that you’d typically associate Croque Mons
