牛肉湯河:
- 牛肉湯河有偽牛肉湯,但無牛肉味嘅湯底

小食:

因為去德福睇戲,所以嚟到廣場搵嘢食。呢排天氣又熱又濕,想食越南嘢,-上電梯,見到呢間裝修美緻同座位舒適嘅越南會館,就入去試吓。-行4人,有老有嫩,餐牌上嘅食物完全可以符合所有人嘅要求。我哋先叫飲品,有龍眼茶,椰青同越南滴漏咖啡,飲品選擇尚算多,龍眼茶稍甜。小朋友喜歡炒飯,而老人家喜歡乳豬,-拍即合,所以叫咗乳豬飯;天氣熱,又叫咗D醒胃餸,有蝦餅朱扒檬,牛油果米紙卷加馬拉盞雜菜豆卜煲;最後叫埋蘋果批,因為少見越南餐廳有呢啲甜品。以為餐廳只賣裝修,點知食物味道出色,乳豬皮脆肉嫩,飯底好入味,索哂D乳豬肉味,小朋友非常偏食都十分喜愛。平時只有豬扒檬,呢度加埋蝦餅,啱哂鍾意蝦餅嘅我而老公鍾意豬扒😝,可以分成兩小碗蝦餅同豬扒檬,試哂兩款!牛油果米紙卷好醒胃,唔想食沙律嘅,呢個係另一選擇。老人家選擇什菜煲,本身我唔prefer,因為有個感覺通常什菜煲用D冇咁新鮮嘅菜,同埋冇乜味,點知呢度嘅什菜煲令我從新改觀,用咗馬拉盞加咗豆卜,非常惹味!最後個Apple pie,真係要講吓,皮薄,外脆,蘋果新鮮,焦糖烤焗令到個crust脆甜,老人家不喜歡甜點都猛讚好味同唔「漏」,正!座位寬敞,個人欣賞卡位嘅set

座位寬敞,個人欣賞卡位嘅setting, 下次會叫D姊妹再嚟,坐得舒適而枱同枱又唔會太近嘅餐廳係其中我哋嘅求,仲要唔洗叫都serve暖水,哈哈!
我冇寫食評習慣,但因為坊間太多大集團餐廳,去到邊D商場都係嗰幾間,所以要支持D特色餐廳。(因為冇相機食先嘅習慣,同食物太好味,趕唔切影,所以冇影相….)
