馬六是一間以星加波及馬來西亞食品為主打的一間食肆,今天下午天氣寒冷,想找點暖胃的食品,便來到這裏來。下午茶包括主食和熱飲,冷飲加$3。海南雞喇沙摻摻$46,摻摻是油麵加上米粉,是星洲一種食法,粗中有幼,幼中帶粗,口感豐富。海南雞肉質爽口彈牙,而喇沙湯㡳椰香味濃,加點桔仔,味道帶點酸香,令人胃口大開。白胡椒肉骨茶配油飯$56,肉骨茶內的白胡椒,味道香濃,喝了胃部感覺到暖流,附送的油炸鬼,用來吸收肉骨茶,也是另一個吃法。而肉骨吸收了胡椒的香味,肉味更加香甜,可以點些黑醬油、指天椒或生蒜蓉來增加味道。油飯的油香味十足,配合肉骨茶,又是一個新嘗試。跟餐免費的白咖啡,咖啡味道不算濃,反而奶味比較重,是星洲咖啡的特色。

聽D朋友提起『馬六』無數次,但始終沒有機會試吖,事關佢雖然有6間分店,但4間喺港島,2間喺九龍,唯獨新界冇。呢天來到土瓜灣,行行吓見到個比較有特色的多『木』的門口,好似好『熱情』咁向我揮手,由於喺openrice見過多次,已好熟悉呢個風格,就呢間啦~馬六土瓜灣店。入到來啱啱就到下午茶時間,等换餐牌先嗌嘢,始終下午茶平啲。於是我哋嗌咗以下幾樣嘢,喇沙摻掺,燒雞椰醬飯,馬拉盏通菜,雞肉串燒。以我經驗喇沙够地道,係我食開的味道,而摻摻混合了米粉和麵,當然好啦。呢個燒雞飯係為咗呢個蝶豆花椰醬飯而嗌,鍾意呢個顏色,從未試過,之前淨係試過蝶豆花類飲品,但估唔個大雞脾亦有驚喜,脆卜卜的皮加埋嫩滑雞肉,好食。添加青菜,小食亦唔差,當然唔不得我鍾意嘅椰青

呢間餐廳特別在午餐同下午茶時間有重疊,可以視乎自己肚唔肚餓,選擇食大份嘅午餐定輕量嘅下午茶。我叫咗海南雞喇沙,椰汁味幾重,海南雞都唔錯,可以一試。仲有黑醬油叉燒撈麵,雖然覺得有啲偏甜,但叉燒好軟,唔會癡牙。另外仲食咗斑蘭伽佒多士,都唔錯嘅,切左四小份,唔會食得好麻煩。我比較鍾意嘅就係雞肉串燒,雖然$22得兩串,唔叫好平,但雞肉都幾稔,而且醬汁惹味,可以叫嚟試試。飲品方面叫咗柚子沙冰,但其實係葡萄柚沙冰嚟嘅,仲有南洋白咖啡,幾香濃。

因為朋友住土瓜灣,話說覺得馬六伏伏地,但我吃過馬六,覺得係一間唔錯的新加坡餐廳,所以特意帶朋友來到土瓜灣馬六食下午茶,同時證明食物同樣保持一貫高水準。今日都點左好多野食呀,有新加坡魚片喇沙摻摻,海南雞喇沙摻摻,石叻單骨雞翼,南洋咖央多士(班蘭味),朋友點了老街椰汁冰,我點了鮮椰青,開頭同朋友互相分享喇沙,其實真係味道到家,已經顛覆了朋友對馬六的評價,因為這個喇沙是挺正宗的,而且我選的海南雞超級滑身,好好味啊,而單骨雞翼夠香脆,咖央多士也是夠脆身,他挑的椰汁冰好喝,我挑的鮮椰青更是新鮮,我們都吃得津津有味,朋友也說其實沒有想像中那樣,是挺好吃的。大家吃飽飽都不用$200,而且食到正宗新加坡風味,其實真係好抵食。

今天經過土瓜灣道的「馬六」,突然想食個海南雞飯,上open rice search 一看,原來「馬六」已經有6間分店,真是意想不到,分店越開越多,希望質素都能保持水準。《新加坡喇沙摻摻》$68喇沙是一道起源於南洋的麵食料理,為馬來西亞和新加坡的代表性料理,一般馬來西亞和新加坡華人所指的喇沙多為咖哩喇沙,馬六喇沙則選用十多種天然原材料,再加入香濃椰子汁,製成獨特的喇沙味。最特別的是一碗喇沙內有兩款麵條,而我這碗是油麵加米粉。整碗麵雖然是黃黃的,但食落不太辣,有半隻溫泉蛋、幾隻蝦、幾粒蜆肉、豆卜、魚片和魚蛋。《馬六無骨海南雞飯》$68海南雞是馬來西亞菜必食之一,份量剛好夠兩個人食,雞肉嫩滑夠juicy ,雞肉中也沒有肥膏,加埋薑蓉一起吃,夠晒惹味。油飯雖然很邪惡,但真的比白飯好味很多。《石叻單骨雞翼》4件 $32單骨雞翼其實是把雞翼切開一半,實際這碟只有兩隻雞翼,雖然賣相不太好,但食落味道又挺不錯,夠入味。

一年容易又中秋,雖然說巿道不好經濟差,但是做節晚上的酒樓仍然坐無虚席。沒有預先訂位,因此找不到位吃小菜,於是就突破傳統界限,來到吃馬拉菜。相比起大酒樓,這裡明顯冷清得多,坐位任坐。點了比較「大路」的馬拉盞炒通菜,海南雞飯拼肉骨茶。馬拉盞通菜一般水準,還可以,不算十分惹味。海南雞飯拼巴生肉骨茶這個组合真是不倫不類,從來沒有見過這種配搭。味道方面,海南雞飯不錯,油飯夠香,雞肉夠多又嫩滑,醬汁也很正宗馬拉風味,有蒜蓉、辣醬及濃黑豉油。但肉骨茶就一般般,没料只得兩粒蒜頭、少許杞子及一條瘦瘦的骨,肉質乾乾實實的。湯汁就夠濃郁,有少量藥材味,不錯。

前前後後外賣堂食都幫襯咗好多次,質素算是穩定,個別食物未必咁啱口味,例如我試過食沙巴燒雞配蝶豆花椰醬飯,個雞好香好大件好好味,但個飯除咗顏色靚就食唔出有椰汁味。

下午茶平啲到 6 點,好多時我 5:45 會打電話去落單,6 點放工去攞咁就慳返啲 😅😅
