總結:舔野,真心唔好食,但竟然要排隊。。。我發現而家香港人多數係食裝修同擺碟,而唔係個食物本身既味道。。。我以前都係,但自從寫食評後,開始細心品嘗餸菜既味道,發現香港有水準既餐廳越來越少了。。。

土瓜灣開咗馬六依間娘惹菜,完全可以用性價比高來形容。叫咗個喇沙摻摻,同埋海南雞飯摻摻即係油麵溝米粉,最緊要梗係個湯底,個湯底好夠味,油麵同米粉吸晒啲味好正。蝦都算彈牙,仲有豆卜、魚蛋。另外叫咗個海南雞飯,雞都算滑。油不過不失。另外叫咗個炸饅頭配斑蘭醬,平時配煉奶,依家賠返兩張有新鮮感味道又唔差。用來做甜品都真係唔錯。總括而言,成間餐廳環境舒適,性價比高,如果日日嚟食都冇問題,簡直可以當係飯堂。^*

呢間馬六係土瓜灣新開左無幾耐,一直都想搵機會試一試。今次就諗住食一食佢既海南雞。大約1點去到都唔算好多人,唔洗等位都已經入得。之前有同事介紹過佢既海南雞好食,都以就叫左喇沙海南雞麵,一次滿足曬2個願望。佢既喇沙味道偏重同咸,食完都幾口渴。不過海南雞都算滑既,而且隻蛋半熟有少少流心,裝修風格係行懷舊路線。價錢方面,講真係土瓜灣差唔多70蚊一個lunch,真係唔算好平,不過環境同食物都可以一試既,但未必會再食啦。

這是同區第二間新加玻菜館, 講到新加玻菜我印像最深是肉骨茶同海南雞飯想不到呢度就有個肉骨茶併海南雞飯餐海南雞飯配的醬汁都齊, 雞同個油飯不算很出色, 普普通通啦肉骨茶是白肉骨茶用料很足, 很有豬肉味 ,但個人比較鐘意藥材味重果款這個餐份量多, 一個人食會很飽另外又點了個巴東牛肉飯, 味道唔錯, 份量大同另一間比, 味道我比較鍾情另一間, 但呢間就坐得舒適很多

最近土瓜灣分別開了多間新餐廳, 其中一間是愛吃的喇沙, 不過好幾次都夾不到時間, 終於今日可以趁上堂前走來一試餐牌簡潔清晰, 而且選擇不少, 愛吃喇沙的我, 看得花多眼亂下午茶時段更直到六點, 還可以加小食但還是眼闊肚窄, 明明是小食的馬拉盞通菜, 卻如其他餐廳正價的那麼大碟, 卻只是加$22, 超值菜夠鮮嫩這裡的喇沙是摻摻, 即正統的新加坡食法, 混合油麵與米粉的吃法喇沙味香, 而拌菜的蛋另加上香料, 拌著湯底一起吃, 就特別滋味

雞肉甚嫩滑;醬料亦相當齊備;唯獨米飯色水好像有點不太足夠,油香味道亦不如想像般濃....

反而白胡椒肉骨茶就挺不錯,呷落不是一味的死辣,辣得來帶點微辛嗆但又不會令您有難受的感覺;裡頭的大多是肉質爽脆的一字排,且還有不少的原瓣大蒜,甚見足料....

更特別是被蝶豆花染成淺藍的椰漿飯,雖然味道跟普通的沒有大分別,但嬴就嬴在色水夠特別夠奪目....始終淺籃色的椰漿飯,實在比較少見....

已和太太約定,下次有機會必會過來試埋其他嘢....

屋企附近新開左間馬六係土瓜灣道,新屎坑當然要試下是日大約兩點黎到,竟然全院滿座要等位,令我有啲期待睇下係咪堅係有質的追求先Lunch menu選擇算係多,都有好多特式飲品可以加錢揀我要嘅喇沙摻摻講真我覺得好似係新加坡食到嘅咁,湯底濃而且辣,超多料係入面,仍仲加左啲蜆令佢成個粉同湯都好鮮味(btw摻摻即係加左米粉嘅喇沙)隻溏心蛋做得極好味,同日本果啲有得揮!魚片魚蛋蝦樣樣都爽口彈牙,吸叫哂啲咁重口味嘅湯底,好邪惡香茅蜜都ok不過後悔無要到凍,因為碗喇沙真係越食越辣講真咁大碗又真係唔算貴,性價比ok,難鬼就算到tea time都咁多人食啦!
