沒朋友帶路的話,我想不到原來尖東對著海旁還有這好地方😍!來了尖東這麼多遍,原來在永安中心旁邊的小路拐進去,別有天地。朋友在社交平台看到這餐廳,早已book到位一齊來試試。餐廳門面不錯,工業風的裝潢,頗有格調。•坐下來,我是酒鬼👻一如既往先點一杯酒來解渴🤣 Cocktails有四款選擇 (details請看attached menu)見有一款材料特別多,就選了這杯: Smoky mill $98我一直有點怕喝煙燻味的雞尾酒,皆因有一次在bar試過一杯煙味濃烈得我有點難下嚥。不過這已是很久以前,今次再試試。一喝下去有獨特的煙燻味,但強度不至於攻鼻,rum酒的香和少少甜味充斥著口腔,帶有生果香氣帶清新感,層次豐富,整體風味複雜深邃。•鼓勵朋友陪我飲兩杯cheer cheer,不過朋友完全不管我,點了想喝的西瓜smoothie 🍉🤣 Watermelon smoothies $88 🍉🍉想不到店員真的將整個西瓜捧過來,雖然是小西瓜,依然有驚喜。朋友興致勃勃大口大口啜飲管,大讚果然西瓜汁是清爽解暑的絕佳選擇! 😆 餐廳將整個西瓜製成冰沙,保留了水果的天然甜美和清香。口感順滑,清甜解渴。如果能帶有小小果肉則更有口感更perfect! •飲品點好到食物: 烤羊架 Grilled Lamb Chop $288 🐑 & DIY $58 點了一碟羊架大家share店員提議我們加DIY,一碟有青瓜生菜可以將羊排包著吃,立即想起韓式bbq/越式米紙卷style! 羊架份量頗多,羊排烤得外酥內嫩,沒有太over的羊臊味,羊架底下還搭配著細緻的鹽味馬鈴薯泥,creamy軟滑好食但邪惡🤣 (吃得就不想卡路里了🙈) 口感豐富!份量多味道好,都算對得住這價錢。DIY - 大概就是越南生菜包的概念,材料頗多: 生菜、越南香草、鳳梨、黃瓜、醃製青木瓜和胡蘿蔔,搭配米線和特製魚露。蔬菜包著羊肉更清新,搭配細緻的米線和鮮美的魚露,和淨吃羊架是不同的口感和味道,特別一讚魚露又香又濃但沒有膻味! •Pho Bo Beef $138 + 牛骨髓 $75 網上看個個都推介這牛骨髓的牛肉pho。一場來到,我們不執輸當然也要試試🤣 整碗麵香氣撲鼻的來到我們枱面。一喝湯底,濃郁得有驚喜!看餐牌介紹牛骨髓是經過廿四小時的慢煮,入口牛骨髓的嫩滑和濃郁的味道震驚了我們。好食!每一口都充滿了深厚的牛肉香氣!平時吃的牛骨髓只有兩啖,想不到這個牛骨髓份量頗多,滿滿的一條。推介!•Morning glory $58 吃了這麼多肉類,點了一碟炒通菜。簡單而美味的炒蔬菜,口感清脆爽口。沒太大驚喜簡單的一道菜。 •Durian sticky rice & coconut sundae $108食了這麼多朋友還想點甜品,我則太飽吃不了。不過最近餐廳有promotion,網上訂座會送甜品。餐廳送了一杯榴連糯米飯,朋友說不會太甜好食😆 餐廳裝潢很有時尚感,店員friendly又玩得。點了牛骨髓原來店員會用食完的牛骨髓裝滿whiskey shot給食客。當晚差不多每枱都有被各式各樣的食物被灌shot! 好玩的一晚🤣 成班朋友來相信會更好玩!下次再來~~ •As usual, menu for ref : continue reading
