喜歡來這裡用膳。雖然地點有點僻靜，人流不多，萬豪中菜廳仍不會因此降低食物的質素和優質的服務。每次跟朋友來到酒店正門，每一位酒店職員都十分殷勤招待，當然中菜廳的侍應們也包括在內。今天（2025年1月10日），我們再次光顧這中菜廳飲茶吃點心。今天點了賞心蝦球（每人2隻炒大虎蝦）這小菜，另伴伊面。這個配搭可以令這小菜更完滿。另外，我們初嘗他們的香酥帶子芋盒，芋盒外酥內脆，但仍能牢牢包裹着𥚃面那大大的帶子，帶子仍肉質豐厚而有鮮味，值得下次再試。 continue reading

餐廳位於機場博覽館旁邊,正好去聽音樂會,所以順便去試吓. 由於係酒店中菜廳,自然對佢有多D期待.餐廳樓底比較矮, 裝修中式. 被安排坐窗邊海境位, 位置幾好☺️侍應問咗要咩茶就行開去攞咗酸蕎頭 & XO醬. 茶一般啦🤔套餐有前菜,燉湯,鮮鮑魚,肉,菜,炒飯同甜品.前菜三品,叉燒最好食. 白玉瑤柱竹絲雞燉湯,足料好味. 鮑魚最差😅,嚇親. 安格斯牛,用粉醬包炸再煮,又係奇😓西芹炒雞,完全淡到好似無味咁. 上湯蘆筍,正常😉全晚最好食嘅就係鮑汁炒飯👍之後一個燉雪梨同埋椰汁紅豆糕都係正常😅如果山長水遠去,仲要五百蚊位,真心失望 continue reading
