喜歡來這裡用膳。雖然地點有點僻靜,人流不多,萬豪中菜廳仍不會因此降低食物的質素和優質的服務。每次跟朋友來到酒店正門,每一位酒店職員都十分殷勤招待,當然中菜廳的侍應們也包括在內。今天(2025年1月10日),我們再次光顧這中菜廳飲茶吃點心。今天點了賞心蝦球(每人2隻炒大虎蝦)這小菜,另伴伊面。這個配搭可以令這小菜更完滿。另外,我們初嘗他們的香酥帶子芋盒,芋盒外酥內脆,但仍能牢牢包裹着𥚃面那大大的帶子,帶子仍肉質豐厚而有鮮味,值得下次再試。
