This is a hidden gem of a restaurant tucked away on the 4th floor of CityGate mall.The service, quality of ingredients and general feel of the place was surprising and I can't wait to go back again. We tried the March NSW menu for $700 for two and  were blown away by the quality.  This is borderline fine dining food but in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. 此店標榜手工製pasta, 但你完全吃不到和spaghetti house或Pizza Express 有甚麼分別，但它的價錢卻绝對不平宜啊。最要命的，是味道的差勁，連大家樂的意粉也不如。我甚至懷疑他們只是把預先煑好的食物翻熱，但卻連温度也沒有掌握好。此Citygate店平時生意已不好，我現在明白原因了。

服務態度不得了，一入去擺抵份餐牌就走人，我地推住架嬰兒車，但完全冇要問我地需唔需要嬰兒櫈嘅意識，簡直影響我地香港嘅服務質素，入面啲侍應全部都唔係香港人 ，啲服務態度原來要客人睇佢地面色做人真係難得一遇，態度差都算，野食簡直係不知所謂，未食過卡邦尼意粉啲粉仲粗過啲油麵，淨係食到黑椒味愈食愈火滾😤諗住出去門口掃一掃夜繽紛個牌，然後個侍應行開喺到講壞話，奉勸大家唔好俾間舖嘅裝修外表呃到！食到一肚氣！！！

This Italian restaurant is located in Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung, focusing on providing artisanal pasta who are freshly made in-house. 頭盤啲炸嘢係油淋淋，似一早炸定，凍冰冰。D Parma ham 質素比較差牛扒叫咗medium rare 但係非常之韌，質素差。較為好少少嘅意粉味道OK，但係上枱凍冰冰整體非常唔推介。價錢亦都好貴，同價位嘅餐廳好多都做得比佢好。

去到東涌，諗住間店門口幾靚，又標榜自製意大利粉，就諗住入去試一試。入到去，裝修還可以，但成個體驗10分差差到我忍唔住要現場坐喺餐廳度寫食評1. 食物質素10分低叫咗兩碟意粉，一碟貓耳朵，一碟薯仔粉; 薯仔粉，好似一嚿薯仔，將佢切開幾嚿白烚做意粉，欠缺彈性，好似食緊發水麵包咁。另外隻貓耳朵都係差唔多，純粹個醬汁重味啲，所以可以食多幾啖。2. 服務態度好一般我同朋友本身想坐卡位，點知職員就話全部都係" reserved seats" ; 到咗係下一台外國人嘅時候，就即刻比人去揀坐唔坐卡位3. Tiramisu味道變壞成$75一件！吃落去蛋糕已放得太耐，味道奇怪，吸晒水，像發脹麵包，最後忍唔住要求cancel order

I like the environment of the restaurant. Staffs giving a professional and nice service for me and my friends. I also like the food. Fresh and delicious. I hope I can sit outdoor when I come next time. And try more the other pastas. 🤤😋😋Recommended restaurant.

晚飯時間行過見到呢一間餐廳唔使等位，裝修又唔錯，所以就入去坐低，等咗差唔多40分鐘都剩係得麵包俾我哋食，叫咗啤酒果汁一直唔上，舉手叫侍應明明已經眼神對望都唔理你，等得耐如果嘢好食條氣都順啲丫，但唔係喎從來未食過咁難食嘅Carbonara，意粉淋既脹哂既仲要一啲味都冇🤢個仔order嘅貓耳朵粉腥架🤢 上餐飯，唯一搵野讚就係杯啤酒，因為即開即手serve😑呢間嘢真係集所有劣點一身，嘢食差，侍應態度差，上菜時間極慢。永恒ban🤐

Set lunch at Man Mano on a weekday. Bruschetta with rocket leaves, olive oil, cheddar cheese and truffle mayonnaise tasted really good! 😋Peach tea was good, not too sweet. Man Mano 以優雅的淡粉色系作為主調配搭碎花大理石檯以及實木等元素佈置逾 4,000 呎空間每日以美國雞蛋同小麥粉，現場即製多款手工意粉位置寬敞好坐，適合一家大細休憩聚會可能因為還是新開的關係，還是有很多改進的地方值得注意例如人手安排、材料供應、食物味道、服務態度等等食物除了牛排以外其他都不行（包括前菜、主菜、甜點）暫時還是不太推薦喔 ✖️

輝煌嘅裝橫，餐具簡約精緻，服務態度賓至如歸，唯獨食物質素反差感強，具穿透力，有大改善進步空間，不但蜆肉有泥味，意大利粉質感欠奉，薑荼淡已冇味，只望廚房好好檢討。。

係東薈城行完街就睇下食乜，路過依間環境唔錯既餐廳就望下有咩食主打手功意粉，第一次光顧關係就試下佢set dinner. $290/person有前菜,主菜及甜品，全部自選，某菜式先要加錢我地前菜叫左meat ball及牛肉他他牛肉他他係酸既風味，非常開胃！我會極推！meat ball就普通。主菜係羊肉同茄溶貓耳朵粉羊肉非常之林，入味，仲要份量好夠！貓耳朵粉口感好厚，如果個汁係肉醬應該更好食因為唔夠香甜品必嗌米pudding!!敢講唔係容易食到既甜品黎，感覺似食緊乳酪撈埋d米，唔會太甜！好正
