呢一間茶餐廳除左有一般嘅茶餐之外,仲有好多點心。而且點心嘅質素都唔錯,口痕想食點心嘅都多一個選擇。而且價錢仲要一啲都唔貴。北菇蒸雞飯飯有雞油香味,雞都好滑。比好多酒樓都要好味。排骨飯排骨用嘅部位唔算好肥,變左飯就淡味左少少。五香牛肚牛肚部位唔錯,食落淋身。味道夠香濃。個人就幾鐘意。番茄牛通番茄湯味道夠,通粉因為煮太耐而變霉。牛油多士,炒蛋,火腿而家間間茶餐廳都對炒蛋特別講究,呢間都一樣。滑就一定呀啦,而且佢仲係特別香口,顏色仲好金黃色。燒賣味道同茶樓基本上係一樣,不過呢度多一粒杞子,食落就多一個層次。

晏晝食lunch有時鐘意去試下新嘢,住正柴灣既朋友話我知佢屋企樓下既民華餐廳都唔錯,又抵食,聽過呢間餐廳但一直都未試過,今次就同成班人去試下。Menu就有唔同配搭既常餐、點心同蒸飯,價錢都幾合理,好少見茶記有埋點心,我地就搭住叫小小試下佢。常餐係A主食、B炒蛋同C包既配搭我就叫咗個鮮茄牛通配腿蛋同牛油方包。鮮茄牛通好濃味,牛都幾好食,而個火腿蛋既蛋係茶記嚟講算炒得好好,好滑,好少可以做到咁,個牛油方包都好好食。飯品就叫咗枝鮮奶飲。朋友A叫咗沙嗲牛麵配腸仔蛋同即烘多士,佢都好鐘意個炒蛋。又有朋友叫咗豉椒排骨飯同北菇雞飯,份量都幾適中。點心就叫咗一個燒賣同鷯鶁蛋燒賣,唔錯唔錯~

去柴灣探朋友,隨便找了一家餐廳吃午餐。很少茶餐廳會有中式蒸點賣,有驚喜!豉椒排骨飯的排骨蒸得幾入味,飯底軟硬適中。而北菇雞飯,雞肉蒸得嫩滑,冬菇入味。燒賣食落有淡淡豬肉味,上面仲有粒杞子令味道更加清香。鵪鶉蛋燒賣上的鵪鶉蛋蒸的火喉剛好,味道挺特別。雞扎內的腐皮包住芋頭、豬肚、豬皮同埋雞肉好足料,食曬好飽肚。常餐的鮮茄牛肉通粉蕃茄味濃,牛肉鮮嫩,通粉煮得軟硬適中。火腿煎得不過不失,炒蛋口感幾滑蛋味濃厚,牛油多士整得幾香脆。紅豆冰奶味好濃,但紅豆味略厭偏淡。

Lunch time有時間,就由環翠行到新翠再行到環翠,柴灣既舊商場近來都裝修了,感覺比以前更好行。今日黎到食茶餐廳,常餐比較穩陣,通粉加個牛油麵包,很大份很飽肚。 火腿份量也很足。Happy Friday 就加錢叫左咸檸七,叫左少冰都有半杯冰,下次可能叫走冰仲好。因為本身七喜都係凍既。蛋撻係茶餐廳既經典, 再叫一份西多士,同事表示很滿意。Lunch time 的確係人多,office同學校一齊有好多人排隊,所以2人係繁忙時間要搭枱。目測好多人叫蒸飯。

又來到「民華餐廳」今次去柴灣分店踩場,嚟到茶餐廳必定會叫常餐,一般常餐都會係快、靚、正,佢哋都一樣咁快,order後5分鐘即上檯。今次常餐叫咗一個鮮茄牛肉通粉,配餐肉炒蛋,烘牛油多士。味道方面鮮茄牛肉通粉,湯底都夠番茄味,唔會太酸,牛肉鬆化,通粉都ok合格,份量剛好。至於餐肉同炒蛋都不過不失,正正常常,烘牛油多士都夠外脆內軟,很好,常餐永遠冇得輸。叫埋杯特飲“熱柚子蜜”,柚子味香濃,飲後好順喉。朋友喜歡食糯米雞,味道很好,又夠熱。因為一般茶餐廳比較少有中式點心,係民華茶餐廳就有,而且點心同蒸飯都好出色。西多士係香港人最愛,我哋都唔例外,order咗一份西多士當甜品,西多外脆內軟,味道香甜,好味。

見食評話民華餐廳好食,今日一於去試試。叫咗個好多人食嘅常餐,同埋一個足料糯米雞。個糯米雞唔洗 10秒就上菜,速度係完勝,最適合啲趕住返工嘅人。速度就快啦,味道就好一般,一食就覺得係工場貨,唔係果啲自家餐廳嘅糯米雞,入面啲料唔太覺得有荷葉味,仲要唔知點解有隻雞翼添,當然雞翼都係無味嘅。常餐就真係唔錯,個蛋同多士都好食,係沙爹牛肉差少少,不過合格嘅。太太話個糯米雞可以放棄,再嚟民華餐廳的話,掙係叫常餐好了。

已經是不止一次來光顧這間茶餐廳,因為我對這餐廳的常餐情有獨鍾,每次來都是點常餐吃。環境方面餐廳給我的感覺是光猛整潔,座位也不會太擠迫,而且服務員都好熱心服務。這餐廳的常餐選擇範圍有很多,應該能滿足大家不同的口味。我和朋友分別點了沙嗲牛肉通粉配雙炒蛋厚多士,雪菜肉絲通粉配火腿炒蛋厚多士。炒蛋口感非常香滑,蛋味濃厚,多士又厚又香脆。雪菜肉絲和通粉的比例合宜,而沙嗲牛肉亦都很香,牛肉軟熟,通粉彈牙。飲品方面我們都點了熱柚子蜜,味道調教也恰到好處,也沒有過甜或不夠味的情況。本來想和朋友再試試餐廳其他的食物,例如糯米雞、菠蘿油、點心等等,但由於常餐的份量很大,我們已經很飽。所以我們決定下次再來光顧其他的食物。

炒蛋口感非常香滑,蛋味濃厚,多士又厚又香脆。雪菜肉絲和通粉的比例合宜,而沙嗲牛肉亦都很香,牛肉軟熟,通粉彈牙。

飲品方面我們都點了熱柚子蜜,味道調教也恰到好處,也沒有過甜或不夠味的情況。

本來想和朋友再試試餐廳其他的食物,例如糯米雞、菠蘿油、點心等等,但由於常餐的份量很大,我們已經很飽。所以我們決定下次再來光顧其他的食物。

自從同M佬搬咗去港島區,去柴灣睇戲就成為咗我哋其中一個嘅娛樂節目。為咗趕睇7點半,想快嘅唔一定快餐嘅,常餐都唔錯架!喺柴灣地鐵站附近嘅民華餐廳,除咗常餐之外,仲有唔同嘅點心同蒸飯,充滿港式口味!而民華餐廳喺唔少地區都有分店,幾時想食常餐都好方別。滋味常餐揀左蕃茄叉燒湯通粉配煎太陽蛋+牛油多士配凍檸茶。酸酸甜甜嘅蕃茄叉燒湯通粉好開胃,通粉仲係我最鍾意嘅無紋通粉,夠晒滑又唔會好淋身,叉燒份量都唔少架。太陽蛋做到蛋黃流心之餘,蛋白又唔會過生。而重點當然係熱辣香脆嘅厚多士,充滿牛油嘅香氣。西多士西多士係民華嘅名物,上枱時已細心切粒,加入煉奶同牛油,外脆內鬆,必點推介。豉椒排骨飯排骨份量唔少,身為骨精王嘅M佬就最like,排骨醃得入味又夠腍,而白飯就充滿排骨嘅香味。鮮竹卷豆香十足嘅腐皮,餡料十足,咬落去爆晒汁,好滿足。燒賣燒賣上面會有粒杞子,令佢香味提升,最buy佢係唔會太肥膩。

平時比較少去東柴灣。 今次去到柴灣就入黎搵食。同商場仲有其他連鎖餐廳。。不過我領教過佢地既服務態度。。唔知仲以為佢係客。。我係侍應。。。所以今日我行過少少試新野。大家一致同意味道好。 又平 又大份。。最緊要係又唔駛等位。。又坐得舒服。。。咖啡牛腩飯濃濃既咖喱加上半熟蛋招牌燸米雞有雞翼。有瘦肉。 好香好入味燒賣西多士已切開。又加哂醬。好方便凍奶茶紅豆冰椰子味重。 唔會太甜早去早享受。。。今次買唔到蛋撻有d可惜。店內年老既叔叔侍應態度親切

至於隻足料糯米雞 ($26)  果然無吹水,隻糯米雞差不多有成隻手掌咁大,絕對夠飽肚。糯米食落軟滑可口,荷葉味香濃,加埋入面的雞翼、冬菇同瘦肉,用料不賴,味道亦唔錯,絕對值得一試。

壓尾的午餐肉雞蛋三文治 ($17)   亦實而不華,材料下得十分慷慨,午餐肉同雞蛋即叫即煎,上桌時仍熱辣辣,而且餡料堆得滿滿,令三文治變得很厚身,$17 一份,十多抵食。埋單 $150 有找,非常經濟實惠。

呢間個侍應叔叔好好人,佢會周不會走來睇下有咩需要啲侍應嬸嬸都好好人,難得茶記啲人唔惡仲咁友善食物方面都好好味!菠蘿油十分之好味抵食,件牛油好厚,正,咁都係$10咋常餐件牛油方包都仲可以烘底唔洗加錢滑蛋成個常餐個重點,好滑!但條腸仔麻麻地,最衰唔係廚師腸,不然就完美!鮮茄牛肉通就麻麻地,唔夠甜唔夠咸呢個蒸飯要$30,份量有啲細份,比正常仲要細個菜係加$10就有,抵食!牛筋腩飯,仲有個流心煎蛋 $47(餐飲加$10)都有啲辣呀,牛腩都好淋茶記咁樣都幾抵又家庭feel,仲有啲呀姐呀叔好nice,所以會再食👍🏻
