今日下午要去灣仔會展開會 , 之前決定係個邊食 lunch , 於是上 open rice 睇下有咩特式又唔貴既野食 發現介紹呢間食店既食評竟然冇一個話佢唔 ok , 見佢價錢好抵 , 仲有食物推介 ,於是決定去試下 , 店子細細 , 只有幾張枱 , 很簡陋 , 完全是不起眼的 , 入到去 , 老闆已經來介紹 , 又叫我地去選餸 , 原來有大約十款的餸 , 你可選兩個餸的組合我問老闆是否有呢度出名既燒豬腩肉 ? 他即刻指俾我睇 , 同我地香港的外型差不多 ,望落去乾乾地 , 佢叫我地選多一個餸 , 我地就選左個洋蔥牛仔骨 ,其實佢 d 餸全部都係肉 , 我因為鍾意食魚 , 另一碟我就選左煎原條魚加豉油雞 ,雖然 d 餸望落去黑黑地 , 但食落又好好味喎 , 而且出奇地個燒豬腩肉好脆架 , 又唔太肥 , ok 喎 ~ , d 雞仲係雞脾肉來架 ~至於我叫個條魚 , 老闆說是來自菲律賓 , 肉質好好味 , 不過美中不足係醃得太咸喇 ,搞到我狂飲水 咁樣既雙拚飯只係 28 元咋 , 有特式又好味既真係去邊度搵呀 ~

又唔太肥 , ok 喎 ~

豬肉肥瘦岩岩好,唔會攝牙罅,又唔會覺得太肥,但係唔係咁鍾意食酸味ge就唔好揀啦!米妮見坐隔離ge鬼佬都係叫呢個餸,仲用d汁黎撈飯~

菲律賓咖哩入面有豆角、茄子、白菜、豬肉 ,有d因為個咖哩汁顏色問題,唔係好睇得出係乜野……食落好重椰汁味,咖喱味完全食唔到,可能係太多椰汁蓋過左個味啦,亦都好似某d印尼菜ge味道~呢道菜係菜多肉少,但係椰汁同浮上面個層油,絕對唔可以話係健康之選……但係餸飯又真係一流!


埋單28蚊,灣仔呢個價堂食,算係平啦~下次黎食又唔知會唔會兩年後ge事啦!好想食焗豬腩呀T^T

因工作路經這裡 ,有些肚餓又看見這間菲律賓小店似乎頗有特色 , 便入內隨便叫了些燒豬串 , 出奇地頗惹味 , 老闆突然問我能否吃辣 , 見意加上些Garlic sauce, 心想不妨一試 , 又無介紹錯喎 !入口倒不太辣 ,卻有甜酸辣的感覺 , 老闆說是自己調製的 , 更吸引我的味覺 , 禁不住又多叫兩串來吃。 另外讓人留下印象的 , 是這間店舖的老闆是個十分親切友善的人 , 下次經過這裡一定要再來吃燒豬串。

選擇也不少,但小弟對菲律賓菜的認識,只知道味道是甜甜酸酸,其他的一律不懂.在沒有頭緒之下,便來個燒肉加燉牛肉,還奉送一碗餐湯.

先喝一口湯,色水清澈,有點似在泰國菜館,吃海南雞飯奉送的餐湯,但是味道大不同,非常之酸.主菜上的燒豬腩肉,應是燒起不久,入口熱辣辣,燒豬皮香脆可口,皮下肉的肥膏甘香味美,而瘦肉位入口鬆化,老實說,同我們常吃的差不多,另一邊的Beef stew,老實說,有點與法式燉牛肉Boeuf Bourguignon有少少相似.不過味道就比前者,多一份酸甜,牛肉本身做得入味而鬆化,沒有牙也能夠吃得下.

事後與同事C說起,她面上的表情有點驚奇,似乎不相信我會來這等地方.事實上,菲律賓菜在大多香港人眼中,吸引力不及星馬菜,泰國菜,甚至印尼菜,所以感覺比較"小眾".不過世界這麼大,每一個地方的菜式,也總有其可取之處的.就好像菲律賓燒豬肉,寫到至此,又想去吃了.

老板識廣東話,再同我講牛腩好味
另一客則要了炒牛肉
牛肉有點老,味道普通
但花生牛腩則離奇地似大件版五香肉丁,好搞笑,但很惹味

至於眾多食友讚好的串燒亦好正,好大串,同港式風味甚不同

一月下旬.晴 食物要好吃,除了本身的質素外,還要的是時機。再好吃的食物,就是在wrong timing出現,也只能徒嘆奈何。每次來吃這裡的燒豬串都覺得好好吃,一是這裡真的燒得不錯,二就是時機了。 事關每次總是喝了不少的啤酒,才會來到這裡,而一些香口的食物又特別受用的。這裡的豬肉,燒得香口,沒有下任何化學品去醃肉,吃起來是有咬口之餘又不太韌,如果吃到帶肥的部份,就更好吃了。 買了串燒,會用上一個透明膠袋盛著,也加了不少的沙爹汁的,好吃。 12蚊一串,每次吃,也覺好吃。

上年較早前到過菲律賓一遊,吃過了當地很地道的食物,對其印象就是,他們煮東西就是除了愛下豉油之外,也愛下醋,味道有點怪,但卻是很開胃的,今天一於捉了女友來回味一番。在香港要吃正宗菲律賓菜很難,但見此處來吃的大都是菲律賓人,就說明一切了,與女友坐好之後,就去選吃的,此處的銷售模式,就是賣碟頭飯,每個人一碟,一碟可選兩款菜,也即是可以吃四款菜了,但最後我選的,四款竟也是肉,哈!我這食肉獸真的是太過不健康了吧。先來一碗店家送的一碗湯,喝起來就是鹹鹹酸酸的,一貫菲式的風味,什麼也要下醋! 其中一碟點了的餸是忌廉菠蘿雞及椰香蝦醬辣豬肉,先談那道黃黃的忌廉菠蘿雞,用上了新鮮菠蘿汁加忌廉作茨,加入點鮮菠蘿粒一起與煎過的雞件同炒,雖然是一早炒好了保溫的菜式,但吃起來仍夠熱,也沒有汁醬水汪汪的情況出現,吃一口其汁很滑很Creamy,而且在忌廉香之中滲出頗濃的菠蘿味,真的是很令人開胃的一道菜,雞件件件也不嚡口,而且沒有雪味,吃起來就只有菠蘿的甜香,美味!椰香蝦醬辣豬肉也是很合熱帶地方人吃的菜式,其汁醬雖然較稀,但就有很香的椰汁味,雖然好像沒甚蝦醬味,但也真的有丁點辣,吃起來又是非常惹味,配合煮得軟腍入味的豬

椰香蝦醬辣豬肉也是很合熱帶地方人吃的菜式,其汁醬雖然較稀,但就有很香的椰汁味,雖然好像沒甚蝦醬味,但也真的有丁點辣,吃起來又是非常惹味,配合煮得軟腍入味的豬肉及在內的一點瓜菜,豬肉又夠肥美,總括來說就又是美味。

另一碟選了秘製豬肉串燒及豬血炆豬肉,秘製豬肉串燒就只有一串,一串只有四件豬肉件,但每件的體積也不少,豬肉吃起來有炭香,而且也真的挺肥美,入口有甘香豐腴的滋味,而在其上的醬汁是黑漆漆,什麼秘製之說,本人真的不大清楚其秘方,只知其醬汁的的味道就有如其菲律賓傳統的豉油加醋,在濃鹹之中帶有點醋酸,感覺平衡,尤其是配上肥美的豬肉,味濃的汁更是配合。

最後一道介紹的是豬血炆豬肉,其實此道菜是非常之傳統菲律賓人愛吃的菜,它們吃豬紅,不如廣東人的吃一塊塊如磚頭的豬紅,而是在煮豉油加醋的汁醬時,再加入豬血,當豬血在高溫後形成微粒,所以醬汁就是很稠的模樣,吃起來除了一貫惹味的醋香加豉油之外,更有一陣血腥的鹹香,但用來配上煎過的豬腩肉,汁與肉非常配合,加上豬肉異常肥美,比剛才的串燒的肉更肥,試問又有油香又惹味的一口肉,又怎會不好吃呢?

是很濃味的一餐,但熱帶人民吃東西,從來味道都是惹味及味濃一點,因為可刺激他們的食慾,而此處的食物正正做到這一點,味道方面真的與我在菲律賓街買的東西差不多味道,而且二人合計七十元也不用,真的是便宜得讓人發笑的一餐。
此處的銷售模式,就是賣碟頭飯,每個人一碟

After the first visit, Mang Ambos has improved, they now have a menu for non Philipinos.It lists out what dishes there are and what ingredients they are cooked with.The only thing I did not like was the Japanese pearl rice, abit too filling and hard, also the food is a bit too oily.This time I got the pork in peanut sauce, almost like the Thai satay sauce, also the pork with tomato, sausages and liver was a nice dish. The liver has a crumbly texture.

Finally found a quiet time to try this place, Filipino food is rather new to me, the last time I tried it was at Jolibee but that is commercialized Filipino food. The pork with blood gravy was rather smelly at first, but the gravy was nice, with little curds of blood in it, some of the pork was soft, some was dry.
The vegetable dish looked strong in taste from its sauce and colour, but it was quite gentle, there was dab of some red stuff, which turned out to be salty garlic and dried shrimp, probably to give the vegetables some flavour.

Overall, the food was Ok, felt a bit like school, served in those trays.

六月二十三日因廚友的有趣故事而來菲律賓小店吃Dinuguan,在最繁忙的午市幫襯,在廚房點了烏卒卒的Dinuguan及焗五花腩飯,捧過大碟坐埋一邊開餐。比起印尼、泰菜,本地是嚴重缺乏菲律賓地道菜式,這裡吃得到Dinuguan是用豬血燴豬肉家鄉小吃,味道是微酸有少少蔥、蒜煎燴的香,豬血味道很薄,主要是令肉粒變得更美味,而五花腩是焗的,似是粵式燒肉般皮脆肉嫩,皮香脆肉亦不韌,當然比起成幅燒的燒肉,肉汁是無咁豐富,但都吃得滿意,四十餘元一套客飯,是吃得滿意的。吃畢,打道去春秧街市一帶搵些新事物。

此行的目的其實係要了解一下菲律賓的飲食文化, 見有好多食評都話呢家野唔錯, 所以就去一試!! 一行街頭經而比佢串燒的味道吸引住喇 本來諗住入去食的, 不過點知發覺個 Menu唔係好睇得明, 同埋入面又無位... 所以都係無食到, 淨係食左串燒。起初我給那串串燒的表面騙到了, 以為係好乾身的串燒。誰不知一入口, 好juicy, 豬肉燒到岩岩好, 表面有少少脆身, 入面重係保持到 Juicy !!! Good JOB另外係門口燒串燒的侍應亦都好友善呢, 雖然我地只係買左2串串燒, 但佢答左我地一d關於菲律賓食物的問題, 又比我係門面周圍影相 下次我會再去試一試佢的食物, 希望對呢間餐廳有更好更好的印象 串燒真係好好味 XD
