偶爾會突然想食cheese食pasta,今次發現咗西營盤第三街嘅一間小店 — 一間每4個月會轉一次menu、專門做手工意粉嘅意式fusion餐廳。食物都幾有驚喜,每款都有創新元素🥳▪️Burrata V4.0▪️$158Burrata配上咗strawberry🍓、番茄🍅、羽衣甘藍🥦同panca chilli(秘魯辣椒)🌶️。Burrata外皮綿滑,而內裡豐腴濃郁。番茄同士多啤梨嘅酸甜,再加上panca帶果香微辣,食落竟然似酸辣湯粉嘅味道😱▫️Mongolian Lamb V2.0▫️$248🍖羊排烤到外層微焦帶香,肉質嫩滑帶汁。底下係燒茄子蓉配腐乳同dukkah(中東香料)提升咗整體嘅味道,好似食緊中式腐乳羊腩煲咁😂▪️Pumpkin & Ricotta Ravioli▪️$208南瓜嘅甜味同Ricotta嘅滑嫩完美結合,加上燒過嘅鼠尾草同noisette(榛子牛油)嘅香氣,意式餃子🫔嘅麵質都幾有咬口,但就唔係好特別啦🫣▫️Apple & Whey▫️$118蘋果千層酥配雲呢拿乳清冰淇淋🍨。千層酥層次分明,蘋果味唔會好出,旁邊有焦糖脆脆,而雲呢拿乳清冰淇淋嘅清新口感令整體味道平衡,唔錯嘅結尾😜舔脷指數:7/10😄實驗性Menu意式餐廳係幾得意,可一試😚Mangia!😋西環西營盤第三街69-73號興華樓地下B號舖follow @hkfoodtaster 接收更多美食玩樂資訊 continue reading

星期5晚同個frd冇book位,周圍都full哂,難得呢間最後兩個位比我地walk in到坐bar枱😂我地嗌左個burrata, 個面係spicy tomato powder, 辣嘅burrata都係第一次食😳仲落左summer berries gel撈埋一齊食,出到嚟竟然幾特別仲好食!之後再嗌左個Wagyu ox tongue tacos同octopus, 個人覺得個octopus有少少overcooked, 可skip🫡但beef bourguignon個handmade pasta同banana & pandan個dessert係必嗌! continue reading

第一次食完一餐飯係覺得咁唔舒服坐低無人介紹Menu 有咩賣晒有咩招牌無講 唔緊要既 其實食物都係好味既問題係店主同其中一枱客人高談闊論既內容實在令人唔太舒服店主覺得每枱客至少叫2,3個tapas , 一兩個意粉 幾杯酒 $5/600 per head 係最理想 最想做呢d客明既 做生意當然想每枱消費高d 但可唔可以考慮下其實店中有其他客人點緊菜 食緊唔係你'最理想' 消費既meal 難道唔叫酒 點得少菜 就唔識欣賞食物 就可以唔respect客人店主既想法可以照舊 但唔建議係滿座情況發表.. continue reading

调味很有开创性的fusion bistro,lunch set要划算些,但想吃的都在晚市。环境一般,服务不错,价格小贵,总的来说还是值得跟好盆友约的一顿漂亮饭。·【Burrata 5.1】几乎桌桌必点的Burrata已经进化到了5.1版,底部是浓稠甜蜜的番茄果泥,胖乎乎的“奶包子”上撒着辣椒粉,盘中装饰着酥脆的炸罗勒叶。·看起来相当聒噪,但当把酱汁和食材充分融合后,就会惊叹于它像在嘴里放烟花一样的丰富味型和口感。·【Abalone】绣球菇嚼起来类似木耳,比鲍鱼口感更好,越咀嚼越散发出诱人的碳烤香气,搭配浓郁的肝酱,这道我觉得不过不失。·【Sichuan Three Yellow Chicken】以四川担担面为调味灵感的麻辣三黄鸡,酱汁由豆乳、花生、芝麻和辣油调和而成,咸香中流露出爽快的麻意,肉质嫩滑的鸡肉裹上风干而焦脆的鸡皮,好吃!·【Goulash】底子到底还是意大利菜,这道pasta也蛮不错的。用的是宽得一口都塞不进嘴的裤带宽面,牛脸颊和牛肚都炖到绵韧松化,轻松吸收酱汁,相比之下面入味要差点,但嚼劲还是地道。 continue reading
