星期5晚同個frd冇book位,周圍都full哂,難得呢間最後兩個位比我地walk in到坐bar枱😂我地嗌左個burrata, 個面係spicy tomato powder, 辣嘅burrata都係第一次食😳仲落左summer berries gel撈埋一齊食,出到嚟竟然幾特別仲好食!之後再嗌左個Wagyu ox tongue tacos同octopus, 個人覺得個octopus有少少overcooked, 可skip🫡但beef bourguignon個handmade pasta同banana & pandan個dessert係必嗌!

已經bookmark了很久的手工pasta小店平日下午去的時候幾乎坐滿我們叫了兩款pasta 超有驚喜我個人最喜歡牛肚pasta 真的是想像不到的味道!看起來奶奶的樣子 但吃起來卻是花椒的麻味麻麻的感覺跟西式的fusion結合起來很特別總結就是一間我還會再encore的店 希望下次可以吃到最signature的和牛pasta😻🍝Honeycomb Tripe with black pepper mascarpone sauce 🍝Iberico meatball with pesto cetarese

平日下午去的時候幾乎坐滿
我們叫了兩款pasta 超有驚喜
我個人最喜歡牛肚pasta 真的是想像不到的味道!
看起來奶奶的樣子 但吃起來卻是花椒的麻味
麻麻的感覺跟西式的fusion結合起來很特別
總結就是一間我還會再encore的店
希望下次可以吃到最signature的和牛pasta😻

呢日KO咗一間位於西環食手工意粉,
bookmark咗一段時間小店~
當初見到人食個Burrata Cheese,
賣相好吸睛而bookmark咗😂
早排已經想去,但要book位先去到,

不過呢間餐廳無收service charge。

另外提一提,
訂檯一節時間係由18:00-20:15,
我去嗰日仲要星期五,
電話問嘅時候職員已經提要準時還檯😂
先去佢哋網站揀日子,
同填信用卡資料留位,
如果24小時內取消要俾訂金$250/位。

呢個相對上面嗰個就比較普通,本身同朋友都好期待佢哋嘅pappardelle,但有啲煮得過耐,太腍😓。不過都幾彈牙掛汁,蕃茄汁base🍅,有3粒meatball,味道不過不失👌🏻。每個lunch set,除咗意粉仲包餐湯🥣,當日係cauliflower soup,唔太啱個人口味HAHA🤣

城中人氣小店 之前好幾次嘗試book位也滿座了 上星期心血來潮 就訂到隔一天的座位了 十分幸運這次到訪時已經是Menu 5.0 即是已經改良了五次的Menu 菜式也與之前在其他食評看到的不盡相同 但仍然有Burrata (已經是v3.0的版本了) 和Beef Tartate 這裏主打義式fusion 真的每一道菜都有特色 久違的覺得每一道菜都好味的餐廳 Burrata v4.0雖然沒有了之前想試的Sichuan chilli sauce 但這個版本有青醬士多啤梨蕃茄醬和炸蔥絲 比起一般的Burrata 更清爽 口感更有層次Beef Tartate也非常好食 牛肉切成條狀 配上 冬菇碎 山葵 墨西哥辣椒  非常惹味 是很的開胃的starter 很快就清碟了另外當然是小店主打的手工意粉 這次點了兩款 一款是和牛面頰pappardelle 另一款是 uni & crab 海膽墨汁手工意粉 兩道意粉均Al dente 配料和醬汁也恰到好處  讓人不禁一口一口地吃下去店面略小 枱與枱之間距離較窄 不算坐得很舒服 但欣賞小店的fusion創意和誠意 即使是同一道菜也會一直改良和研發新的配搭 會再次

The food was amazing and innovative.Burrata: 10/10, very innovative. The burrata has many layers of flavour and texture.Lobster pasta: 9/10, the taste was on spot, 1 point deducted because I saw the table next to me had linguine but I had a different type and apparently it was random selected. But the one I had still great just wish I could have the linguine.Truffle and mushroom pasta: 8/10Apple and whey: 8/10
