哩間Mango Tree Kitchen改名之前(Mango Tree Cafe)已經有幫親,但係就無寫過食評。改名之後依舊去食,發現質素好左,所以決定要寫一篇食評比佢。首先講哩個蜆,不論份量定係蜆既size都大左之餘仲隻隻開殼有肉食,啲殼明顯係厚左蜆肉都大粒左,新鮮,唔錯。紫蘇炒海鮮好惹味,好足料。因為啲辣椒太辣,食唔出紫蘇味啦不過鍾意食辣既我覺得好食,尤其啲魷魚好爽。木瓜絲沙律基本上係次次必食,上面啲蝦好大隻,好味!

The soft shell crab fried perfectly , it tastes crispy and creamy at the same time , the red curry is not super spicy , it’s slightly spicy . But when it mix with rice , it’s perfect.
The only down side of the meal is the Thai milk Thai , it tastes really like nothing , not sweet and no tea taste at all.

胡椒燒雞,聽個名已經好特別,食落真係不得了,上菜時,嗰陣胡椒香味已經飄出嚟,相信店用咗靚嘅胡椒先咁香,賣相非常吸引,皮香肉嫩,肉汁豐富,份糧十足,伴碟還有小沙律酸酸甜甜防止油膩,一絕!

甜品

泰式拼盤,有千層糕,玫瑰花糕,芒果,
黑白糯米。豐富的組合,彷彿泰國知名甜品一碟有齊!

總的而言,mango tree 餐廳🍴食物水準高,服務唔錯。另外,我還見到太古mango tree分店獨有既有4樣菜式,我地只食左2樣炸,包括糖心女婿蛋,泰北胡椒燒雞。

下次要叫埋朋友們一齊試埋青咖哩牛助骨,蕉葉燒魔鬼魚。

前天約了朋友在太古城食晚飯 突然想食泰國菜所以揀咗呢間 餐廳試下 * 間餐廳裝修不錯 位置舒服 所有服務員也很親切* 其中另我印象深刻的一位既員工他穿藍色西裝 戴眼鏡 應該是經理 後來他給卡片給我們 才得知他的名字叫benny 由於經他口中得知轉了新餐牌的緣故他也很主動及詳細地介紹公司的招牌菜式給我們 又有親切既笑容 服務很好 看到他對待每一枱既客人也很認真 有笑容 * 我們最後食左燒魔鬼魚 泰北燒春雞 泰式炒金邊粉 飛天通菜最後我們掛住食野 唔記得左影相 我們下次亦會再惠顧這間餐廳 亦會向朋友介紹這間餐廳

今天經過,見到舊址重開,裝潢頗新穎枱與抬之間距離很近,鄰座說什麼內容,都聽得好清楚,好似係同枱食飯一樣...Menu 內的菜式不少,另外drink list 另有一個menu ...蓮子龍眼冰,味道平平淡淡的,並無特色因為一個人,只點叫 豬頸肉炒金邊粉,端上枱來時,外觀並不吸引,豬頸肉size好大舊,要用刀切開,肉質比較靱,鞋囗,肉味木,金邊粉條炒得沒有完全分開,有一些黐埋一舊舊的...粉亦不夠味完全沒有 色 香 味 ! 失望可能人手不足,招呼差

因為一個人,只點叫 豬頸肉炒金邊粉,端上枱來時,外觀並不吸引,豬頸肉size好大舊,要用刀切開,肉質比較靱,鞋囗,肉味木,金邊粉條炒得沒有完全分開,有一些黐埋一舊舊的...粉亦不夠味

完全沒有 色 香 味 ! 失望

可能人手不足,招呼差

香港工作實在相當大壓力,每日都會充斥着好多不同嘅問題需要處理,就算發夢有時都會夢見到工作,一到放假時候真係想食豐富大餐減減壓,今次我就約定朋友食呢間泰菜餐廳,俾大家一齊食大餐放肆一下。餐廳裝潢雅致時尚,加上熱帶雨林主題,牆身更用咗好多竹材及舊木天然材料,加上手繪製嘅雨林動物及樹葉圖案,打造自然氣息的空間。溏心女婿蛋先來前菜小食,經典泰式炸彈配上溏心蛋效果真係令我眼前一亮。非常鍾意糖心女婿蛋外脆內軟且香甜,配上特色酸子汁更加醒胃。招牌冬蔭公(兩位用)呢個菜式真心推介,因為平時飲冬蔭公味道可能一係好辣、一係好酸或者好咸,但呢個冬蔭公做得認真出色,酸辣味道相當平衡之餘,而且湯內飲到有濃郁蝦膏鮮味,食埋鮮甜嘅大頭蝦肉已相當滿足。青咖喱慢煮安格斯牛肋骨本身呢個牛肋骨已經好好食,肉味濃郁之餘,肉質亦相當軟腍,加上微辣嘅青咖哩真係將佢提升多個層次。泰北胡椒燒春雞呢個菜式原來係太古店限定先有,首先味道相當出色,雞肉相當嫩滑之餘,食落去更有淡淡白胡椒香,相當惹味。椰皇粟米新地鍾意食椰子嘅朋友一定最愛,因為椰皇內係椰子雪糕、椰肉及椰汁,滿滿嘅椰子清香加上花生、粟米,增加層次,食埋呢個甜品真係超級滿足了。

呢個菜式真心推介,因為平時飲冬蔭公
味道可能一係好辣、一係好酸或者好咸,
但呢個冬蔭公做得認真出色,
