今日經過銅鑼灣見到有個招牌幾吸引,星期五一於食好d!位於L Square 比較少人黎,因為門面實在不太顯眼。中午估唔到都幾多人,最好都係book 左位先黎。燒梅頭豬扒配薯條好唔錯,豬扒都幾大塊而燒到剛剛好,有好靚既燒坑紋,肉質唔柴唔鞋又幾有肉汁。BBQ sauce配得都幾好,有焦香又有甜酸sauce, 做得幾好。芝士肉醬千層麵相對細份,肉醬係好多但澱粉質唔太夠,份量多少少會更加好。味道比想像中既肉醬甜,芝士既奶香都令佢生色不少,整體唔錯。中午可以加錢轉套餐,餐湯都好大碗,味道正常。甜品叫左Tiramisu, 比平時吃開既更綿滑,但略嫌酒味唔夠特出,不過味道都ok。整體黎講環境幾舒服,價位公道,食物品質都唔錯,可以再黎👍

一早book咗枱慶祝屋企人生日,準時去到得返高枱,冇得轉台😢Reception 聽到我問有冇其他枱就即刻黑面,問佢攞水加水都要三催四請先肯俾我,長期都要舉勁耐手先有人理我地,淨係咁樣嘅服務態度已經冇下次,然後因為個場好細啲枱好迫,所以好嘈,嘢食幾好食都冇下次。至於食物質素就真係麻麻哋,份量都正常食得飽嘅,但就比較咸,尤其係啲意大利粉,連個牛肝菌釀炸雞胸都好鹹。叫咗一個卡邦尼薯仔麵團,超級無敵鹹,食咗一粒已經唔想繼續食,質感都好奇怪,真係一舊粉團,完全唔好食。個黑松露意大利粉都好鹹。叫做比較好記嘅個牛扒,但係得四細舊,唔係好抵。至於甜品,個Tiramisu都幾好食,但係個奶凍太甜,唔建議大家試總之係呢個價錢呢個質素呢個環境,唔值亦冇下次。

位於銅鑼灣的 Mano 是一個鬧中取靜的好地方,無論是午餐還是下午茶,都有讓人滿意的選擇。當天先來了是日餐湯,口感順滑,調味適中Daily Salad 則是新鮮爽口,蔬菜脆嫩,搭配的醬料帶出清爽的酸甜味,開胃效果十足。主菜選了 Barramundi Fillet 和 Beef Cheek。Barramundi 魚柳煎得金黃,外皮脆,魚肉軟嫩,入口帶有一點海水的鮮味,層次豐富。牛臉肉則是炆得入味,軟腍得一叉下去就分開,口感細膩但不膩,配合香濃的醬汁,真的是很滿足。配菜的 Mushroom Risotto 表現亮眼,飯粒軟硬適中,奶油的香味與菇類的鮮甜結合得恰到好處。最後的 Dessert 係tiramisu!!!甜度不會過頭,作為餐後甜點很合適整體來說,Mano 的午餐性價比算是不錯,尤其牛臉肉和意大利飯是亮點,適合想吃得精緻又不想太奢華的一餐。
