Bookmark咗哩間手工制義大利粉餐廳好耐,今日去銅鑼灣shopping,一定要試試。餐廳以粉色為主,裝修得好靚。晚市都幾旺下,7點鐘已經好full。布拉塔芝士蜜桃車厘茄沙律,布拉塔芝士好得意,好似個波波咁。切開芝士球,同下層沙律撈埋一齊食用。布拉塔芝士外皮厚身,內裡流心,奶味濃厚綿密。再搭配埋酸甜車厘茄,食落好清爽。香烤千層芝士茄子,用千層面嘅做法來焗烤茄子同芝士。茄子焗烤後依然好juice,芝士鹹香讓茄子味道更加豐富。如果中意食酸D,可以再點埋周圍茄醬,同茄子好夾😊。忌廉牛油蒜香雜菌,用牛油烹飪雜菌,菌菇食落奶香味十足,又帶有少少酒香同蒜香回味。會搭配埋兩件自家制麵包,麵包酥脆點埋醬汁一齊食,好好味。香煎北海道帶子三文魚籽龍蝦汁扁義大利粉,用刺身級北海道帶子製作。帶子肉質厚實,煎到表皮微焦,內裡半熟,入口鮮甜嫩滑。意粉屬於软身果款,每一啖意粉都裹曬龍蝦汁,奶香濃郁龍蝦味濃。最特別係加入三文魚籽,增加咗爆珠口感,食到停唔落口。 continue reading

放工來銅鑼灣shopping,想快食個意粉,就黎左Mano銅鑼灣分店。之前在觀塘食過質素有保證,所以就encore佢。原想點個pizza,但銅鑼灣分店就没有,改而點了男朋友最鍾意嘅燒豬腩。外加2個小食和一個意粉。香烤千層芝士茄子茄子切開幾層再砌返,好腍好juicy多汁,配茄醬出奇的好食,連唔食茄的我都食左2件!巴馬臣芝士薯條因為見隔離枱點,所以又跟住點!薯條新鮮炸起,是粗身又長的那種,香脆熱辣帶芝士咸香。食唔停口!新鮮黑松露蘑菇扁意大利麵被這意粉吸引而來,上枱已經好香松露味,扁意粉掛汁能力一流,每條意粉都沾滿醬汁,仲有片片蘑菇,食落好creamy有口感!意式脆皮燒豬腩卷配辣肉腸蘭豆豆平時好少西餐廳會有豬腩食,呢度塊豬腩好有驚喜!豬皮燒得卜卜脆,腩肉肥瘦層次多重,一定要打直切一嚿嚿咁食,咁先最滋味!加埋一旁沙律酸酸地好開胃!整體來說,呢度晚市好有氣氛,好多人黎happy hour完直接食埋野,加上食物出品質素有保證,所以咁多人幫襯係有原因! continue reading

在銅鑼灣這個餐林立的地帶,總是能找到值得一試的美食。最近我在朋友的推薦下,來到了Mano餐廳,這是一家主打手工意粉和正宗意大利菜的小餐館。餐廳的名字在意大利文中意指“手”,象徵著他們對食物的用心與手工製作的堅持。由於口碑極佳,我們提前預訂了位子,建議大家也要如此,因為餐廳經常爆滿。❣️Eggplant Millefoglie首先上桌的是Eggplant Millefoglie($68)。這道菜以層層茄子和香濃芝士為主角,经过焗烤後顯得金黃酥脆,搭配酸酸的番茄醬和芝士碎,口感豐富,令人一試成主顧。❣️香草白酒煮蜆接著,我們品嚐了香草白酒煮蜆配意式香草麵包($188)。蜆肉鮮美飽滿,海水的鹹鮮味提升了整道菜的層次感。白酒忌廉汁的濃郁香草味道,讓人忍不住一口接一口。特別推薦搭配餐廳自製的香脆意式香草麵包,絕對是全桌的MVP。❣️香煎北海道帶子三文魚籽龍蝦汁扁意大利麵然後是香煎北海道帶子三文魚籽龍蝦汁扁意大利麵($238)。這道菜幾乎每桌都在點,果然不負盛名。帶子煎得外焦內嫩,肉質厚實,搭配清淡的龍蝦汁,讓這道菜既健康又美味,絕對值得一試。❣️Tiramisu($78)最後,我們以Tiramisu作為結尾。這道經典甜點整體濕潤,Mascarpone Cheese部分滑順,酒味恰到好處,讓人回味無窮。 continue reading
