呢間位於西九3樓的餐廳,見幾好環境,經過時侍應都好有禮貌叫可以試下,咁就入去試下囉,不食過又不知好不好的嘛,因為肚餓,所以叫了個雙層安格斯漢堡連薯條試下,連加一服務費都成$100的,我先說服務員的態度是不錯的,幾好的!好了,個包來了,都真係好大個好高,用竹串住的,我就快快拿掉竹串吃一啖試下先,就只是一啖,我知中伏了,咬落去啖肉乾到柴皮咁,一丁點肉汁都冇,還好似肉碎咁散開晒,沙律醬只有少少,好像冇醬咁,都成$100個的嘛,不想浪費才食到大半,後來個侍應走來問我是否吃不晒,我照講話好難食,見佢問我了,我就問返佢,個漢堡是不是即煎的?佢話不是,一早煎定的,唉,我都估到啦,乾到咁樣,我心諗,成舊水食個煎定的漢堡,你好食都仲可以講丫,超級難食囉,麥當勞漢堡都多汁過佢好食過佢啦! continue reading

這餐廳的價錢不特別昂貴, 而且有一定的水準。吃的比很多港式西餐正宗, 有某部分中上環的水準。店員也有非華人籍( 這些人的笑容總是較我們香港人更甜美,香港人真的要反思)相信本身廚師或者餐牌設計人, 是有正式西餐的經驗。這次叫了忌廉汁煙三文魚天使麵(單價$40,套餐$56, 包含餐湯及飲品)由這款忌廉蘑菇湯, 是由打碎的蘑菇而成,非數片蘑菇或草菇,便知有料。忌廉汁煙三文魚天使麵已經很少見這樣價錢的西餐, 忌廉汁份量多而且不肥膩,香。條狀/塊狀的三文魚口感較片狀更加厚實,對我是另一個嘗試。 而且這樣切,更能讓每口也能吃到三文魚, 不會造成三文魚和麵先吃光的狀況。不知為何人流不夠多, 明明較旁邊的大型連鎖店更加有水準,價錢相約甚至人便宜。而且門口貼上要求商場退回關掉商場日子的租金紙條, 希望商場能考慮在這艱難日子大家一起渡過。大家也支持一下吧。晚上好像偶爾有人來演奏音樂。 continue reading

星期日同屋企人經過呢間舖見到佢貼左poster俾業主加租,見入面個場好冷清,一於入去支持下!之前都有食過幾次,味道幾好,lunch價錢又抵。我哋叫左3個餐,有嘢飲同甜品。香草汁鯛魚飯$50,魚肉有咬口,唔係廉價個種魚。依家出面好多餐廳都係用平價鯰魚柳,食落鬆散口感好差。呢間餐廳用嘅絕對唔係個種,同埋食得出係比較新鮮嘅魚肉。配埋香草汁,非常香口。泰式咖喱豬軟骨飯$56,食落有香茅同其他香料味,豬軟骨軟淋,都好多舊肉。西冷牛扒飯$62,有兩塊牛扒,有少少筋,但以呢個價錢,咁大份肉好抵午餐包餐湯或甜品,我哋揀左甜品,今日係芒果布甸。一嚟到見到實在太驚喜,咁嘅價錢仲送咁有心機嘅甜品,實在太過份!希望多啲人會支持呢間舖,佢啲嘢食真係唔差,算係有質素亦都希望業主唔好加佢租,呢派市道不景,大家都好艱難,唔好逼到人哋咁盡啦! continue reading
