I have been going to this restaurant since childhood. We love teppanyaki. Price is reasonable for lunch and we always celebrate birthdays here with the family. Would recommend to friends.The only thing wasn’t impressed this time is the server. We were in a private room but the server was an elder guy. When we used to sit at the open area, the girls always add hot tea into our cups. This time the guy didn’t do it unless we ask for. This need to be improved.

今日中午同同事去食鐵板燒,午市有套餐架,個套餐都幾多野食架。先黎個沙律醒下胃先,沙律係雜菜沙律,配上沙律醋,酸酸地,好開胃。我叫左主食係薄燒牛肉,配上蒜片,超香超好味。牛肉叫左7成熟,一d都唔覺得鞋,反而入口仲有d肉汗添。同事叫左牛柳粒,相比之下,個人認為薄片好味d,牛柳粒反而冇薄燒咁香添。坐係鐵板枱,一邊食,一邊睇住師傅係面前燒,特別好味。個餐仲包左炒菜,炒飯,個炒飯佢係將多餘既牛肉拎去炒埋一齊,再加上一d紅蘿白粒,食起上黎特別香。食完仲有甜品添,甜品係海鹽雪糕,咸咸地,幾特別,大滿足。

I first visited this place near 15 years ago. The revisit after many years does not disappoint.We enjoy the performance of the chef as well as the foods. The only complaint is the fried rice. They could do better for sure.Overall, happy to see they have maintained the good service and food quality all these years.

上一次吃松菱 已經是兩年多前了適逢公司在會展擺展覽偷了1小時過去吃了個午飯一直以為這是酒店的日本菜打去訂位時才知道他們跟萬麗海景沒有關係以前常常在Faces唱K時吃到的到滙又或者walk in 本來我打算點午餐刺身組合但想了一下午餐可能比較不新鮮最後點了鰻魚飯在未有日本菜橫行的時代松菱和稻菊曾經是一哥現在日本菜的選擇實在太多了要做得特別出色的確需要更大的努力鰻魚飯套餐不過不失反而朋友的天婦羅套餐好像不錯*隔離飯香

一直係餐廳嘅粉絲,但今年再去嘅服務質素就下降咗好多,尤其係一些待應同經理。廚師還可以,但感覺都換了人比較新手,及無以前禁好。以前係會感受到廚師嘅完美專業表現同熱誠,係令人食過番尋味嘅好大原因,但宜家無嚕,都幾可惜。但食物質素都仲維持到,應該材料好都佔好大因素。希望餐廳管理會回復之前禁好,如果唔係都應該試多次就會搵過另外一間心水餐廳🍴

之後到了簿切和牛更讓人期待,看著就知道他的脂肪紋分佈得很平均吧,通常0都是入口即融的口感,這次配上的是一大口的蒜片。
看著師生手起獲落的技巧,真是暈了,如果讓我來肯定會翻不過來吧哈哈
絕對沒有後悔叫了簿切和牛,每人大概有2件,吃完過後我們還貪心的再多叫一份簿切和牛,因為真的是太美味的。我在吃的時候不斷說哎呀之後沒得吃怎麼辦呀??

本來一向喜歡去松菱食午餐,亦推介給好多朋友。但昨天去午餐,坐落在我一向喜歡少油煙味和人聲的壽司吧,但實在令我太失望。由12:15pm至大概2pm,中途除了我和朋友就只有一位外籍人士午餐。可能壽司師傅見人少,他們三人越說越大聲,連我朋友跟我說的話我也聼不清。其間有扎馬尾、貌似高級侍應進壽司吧與壽司師傅對話也是大大聲的,忍無可忍之下唯有硬著頭皮跟他們說他們說得太大聲了。隨著收到他們的道歉,伴隨而來的是拉櫃、關冰箱等大大、報復性的嘈雜聲。各位,我付的是港幣$320+10%的刺身套餐,不該有市政大樓餐廳或快餐店的待遇吧。我也是經常來,怎麼以前從未發現環境這樣惡劣!還是欺負我穿牛仔褲便服!本想找經理投訴,但來人是討厭地輕挑,問完我們要什麼甜品也還未離開我們座位已開始哼歌。此時已知,投訴是無門了。相信以後我寧願去Grand Hyatt 也再不去松菱

松菱係五星級酒店的餐廳,所以食物質素應該唔可以差。雖然無好想黎試,但今日同客食飯,客人指定要呢間,所以我都係被帶領過黎咖呢。訂左枱,準時入座。午市都幾旺場,無論房定大廳都坐滿了人客,有些剛離座就換上新的客人,客如輪轉,看來係真係幾好味。看到餐牌便知為何。在會展旁,五星級酒店的餐廳索價大部分只是$200左右,難怪那麼多人在此享用午餐。今天在蒲燒鰻魚和刺身壽司間爭紮,但怕喉嚨不適就不吃燒物,壽司看上去(別人的)有點普通,就叫了刺身完食(竟然是最貴的,$320),而客人就要一份網燒牛定食(只係$190)沙律就不用提了,都是普通貨色,但前菜是炒雜蔬,當中的紅蘿蔔片還是生的,好硬,但蓮藕卻清甜爽脆。刺身到了,和飯,小吃,湯一起到的先吃上方的炆牛舌肉稔但有點老,肉絲難咬,會痴牙的,不過尚算入味。蒸蛋蛋香味濃郁,加上有冬姑,蟹柳,份外香甜,比蒸蛋更像一杯布丁。刺身七點原來都有七種刺身,算對得起價錢。。最左邊係呑拿魚蓉剁得非常蓉,加上魚脂豐富,有點難夾,但佐飯是上佳的。之後是赤身。肉質比想象中來得實一點,味道鐵腥味較重。本來呑拿就是這種味,瘦一點的,腥味就更凸出,所以大概是因為這魚太瘦了吧!甜蝦。有點

沙律就不用提了,都是普通貨色,但前菜是炒雜蔬,當中的紅蘿蔔片還是生的,好硬,但蓮藕卻清甜爽脆。

先吃上方的炆牛舌肉稔但有點老,肉絲難咬,會痴牙的,不過尚算入味。

原來都有七種刺身,算對得起價錢。。
最左邊係呑拿魚蓉
剁得非常蓉,加上魚脂豐富,有點難夾,但佐飯是上佳的。
之後是赤身。肉質比想象中來得實一點,味道鐵腥味較重。本來呑拿就是這種味,瘦一點的,腥味就更凸出,所以大概是因為這魚太瘦了吧!
甜蝦。有點可惜啦。在酒店也只有甜蝦,蝦肉是不會爽口的了,蝦頭的膏也不多,没有要求牡丹蝦,就是如果有珍寶赤蝦也不錯了!
油甘魚和帶子也是中規中矩的。
前面的兩款魚真的不知道是什麼呢!是很瘦的魚,没什麼味道,有點像台灣的旗魚,個人不太喜歡。

客人的牛卻看似燒得不錯呢!聞到好香,連上面的燒汁也是香噴噴的,好下飯呢!果然到鐵板燒店是應該吃人家的拿手菜喔!

最後,甜品是雪糕!要了綠茶,但感覺不像自家製的,很人工的味道,如果有鮮製的會更完美呢。
