本身都喜歡到呢間酒樓食嘢,因為個景不錯,而且食物質素都ok.但食過不同點心,當然都有一些好食,有啲不好吃。之前食呢間芋角,糯米包,炸魷魚鬚都好食。今日試左個「銀魚肉片飯」同「紫菜百花卷」。由於呢間之前食過一次「鳳爪排骨飯」,味道ok, 但飯略嫌太過多水,比較軟身,沒有飯香。於是,今日決定試多次蒸飯,但改咗食「銀魚肉片飯」。一開蓋,賣相ok! 但一食啖飯,又是軟身都不得了,好似食緊軟軟粥咁。😔但個銀魚是好食的。可是,個豬肉片,碟原來是「豬頸肉」,而且好肥。。。。之後食左個「百花紫菜卷」,見到是最後一碟,心想,真幸運,一直想食都沒機會食。 這次食到,原來內部有好多芫荽,而且得少少蝦肉,而且放咗好多肥豬糕,好油膩。食完以上兩樣嘢都已經頂住個胃啦。不過,至少試下新野(我未食過的)。希望下次可以試吓其他野,會好味道啦!

本身都喜歡到呢間酒樓食嘢,因為個景不錯,而且食物質素都ok.

由於呢間之前食過一次「鳳爪排骨飯」,味道ok, 但飯略嫌太過多水,比較軟身,沒有飯香。於是,今日決定試多次蒸飯,但改咗食「銀魚肉片飯」。

一開蓋,賣相ok! 但一食啖飯,又是軟身都不得了,好似食緊軟軟粥咁。😔
但個銀魚是好食的。可是,個豬肉片,碟原來是「豬頸肉」,而且好肥。。。。

之後食左個「百花紫菜卷」,見到是最後一碟,心想,真幸運,一直想食都沒機會食。 這次食到,原來內部有好多芫荽,而且得少少蝦肉,而且放咗好多肥豬糕,好油膩。

食完以上兩樣嘢都已經頂住個胃啦。
不過,至少試下新野(我未食過的)。
希望下次可以試吓其他野,會好味道啦!

位於沙田大會堂附近的美心皇宮酒樓常常擠滿食客等位,但原來在星期一至五日十點前來飲早茶便不用排隊,可即時入座。今早九時許來到這酒樓飲早茶,可自由選枱,雖然食客亦不少。~北菇綿花雞北菇只有一隻,魚肚份量不少,魚肚非常入味,而且爽口。雞肉已醃過,不肥膩而肉滑。~帶子腸粉腸粉皮較厚,帶子雖不算細粒,但不算新鮮。不沾豉油來吃這腸粉便會覺得味道淡了些。~芋角賣相似蜂巢的芋角炸得松脆,饀料的芋蓉綿綿的,非常軟滑。吃起來外脆內軟的芋角真是美味無窮。~叉燒包一籠兩個的叉燒包外皮不算太厚,叉燒粒饀料不會過咸。~鮮竹卷鮮竹卷的蠔油芡汁較濃,鮮竹卷的饀料豐富。亮點是鮮竹卷還伴有一小棵黃芽白,這菜已吸收了汁,煮得淋滑,非常討人!

中午來這裡飲茶,等位不算太耐(15分鐘),okay啦!被安排的座位在大堂中央,座位是寬落、舒適,樓底高,天花掛著水晶吊燈,兩面是玻璃大窗,視野開揚,可望到城門河對岸的景色,唯一是冷氣勁凍,外面20幾度,室內就好凍!見到點心車在大堂穿梭,有種懷舊feel,就放棄用點心紙,隨便選些點心試試!這個炸蝦卷很鬆脆,仍保持温度!好味!見到有柚子皮,久違了的美食,毫不考慮就叫了,可惜,柚皮煮到已完全無質感,雖然有幾絲瑤柱和蝦米,但醬汁超油膩而無味。牛肉腸,腸粉皮拉得薄的,但牛肉欠奉香味,只屬一般。燒腩仔飯,燒腩仔皮脆肉軟,好味!
