西貢食嘢, 啲嘢食普普通通,不過都分享一下食評啦。泰式炒粉絲係話好夠鑊氣,反而油氣十足我唔係指玩遊戲果隻遊戲,我係指呀好油膩個個油,嗰啲粉絲都算幾滑,算係咁啦。泰式炒通菜啲通菜都算幾乾淨,新鮮度就普普通通,都幾爽口嘅。炒得都算幾有油香。龍眼冰比較甜囉,如果唔係鍾意飲咁甜嘅朋友應該唔係幾鍾意呢個飲品,龍眼冰嘅數量都算可以啊。呢間野我唔特別推薦,亦唔會特別覺得差,我覺得仲可以來試吓其他嘅。

中午在西貢找飯吃,見到是泰國菜想試試。女兒點了海南雞飯,我試了一下,好好味雞油飯夠香,雞肉味道正宗!我與先生點的湯粉,湯味夠鮮甜!小食拼盤也被我們一掃而空!裡面的串燒,兩個小孩一口一口,兩下就分完了。吃完才看到架子上的米芝薘标志。怪不得好吃!埋單才四佰五。一家四口吃飽飽!又好吃又實惠。唯一不足就是空調不夠,先生吃到滿身大汗!

西貢的泰國餐廳不少,這間是我倆較喜歡的。蝦餅是他的至愛,不同餐廳蝦餅的水準大致差不多,這個是標準的蝦餅。這個都是他喜歡的香葉炒肉碎,這個我覺得頗辣,較適合送飯。青咖喱雞,咖喱較稀,不算辣,惹味,雞肉頗少。這是令我有驚喜的燒烏頭,沒有用爐暖著但入面都十分之熱,外面的魚皮有鹽香,內裡的魚肉很juicy嫩滑, 不會燒得乾,很不錯。價錢便宜,食物優質,難怪成為我們的至愛之一。

我地心諗,我地食完你個瓜都唔要架啦,再加上我地俾錢買成個南瓜炒飯,點解唔拎得走?!
心中頓時有種不祥感

我地係度疑惑猜想之際,母親準備去個廁所就埋單去,經過廚房重地時駭然見到有個staff捧住一桶洗完嘅碗碟,上面竟然有一個原個菠蘿炒飯嗰啲菠蘿,裡面仲有少少水係沖洗過既痕跡……


我地突然明白晒點解個南瓜係生同埋內櫳刮得咁工整圓滑,同埋點解佢地話唔俾我地拎走個瓜…

憑住我地親自嘅所見和所聞,我奉勸大家唔好再喺出面食原個蔬果上嘅餸…如果連米之蓮推介嘅餐廳都咁樣,我真係不能接受。

首先我們要道歉,我們不應該以這樣配搭來享用此餐因為⋯實在⋯太heavy!!!完全不覺得在食泰國菜啊啊啊!!!!!兩個人叫了4道菜,前菜沙津+湯+菜+主食,不算過份吧?但過份位是4道中有3道都涉及奶⋯那就是敗北之處⋯平時食泰國菜,飲的都是冬陰公今次試新野!椰奶酸辣雞湯!(名字如不中亦不遠已)好飲!好特別!!!一入口酸味首先跑出,隨之而來是奶味跟泰國香料味奶味沒有想像中重,不過飲多幾口時就發現口腔是有奶味的唯一一道沒有奶的柚子沙津味道是不錯,除了柚子還有很多配料應該是有花生醬?所以也是飽肚來源可惜上菜時的溫度有點尷尬,不冷也不熱,調整不到合適心態來食用椰奶椰菜花好一般,不叫也罷每枱必叫的一道,軟殻蟹咖哩包如果沒有3人以上,千萬不要叫,一定食唔哂!除非只是叫這一道⋯汁是好食,而且十分香濃,但⋯真的好HEAVY⋯⋯⋯可能是最後一道上的菜,胃已經滿了70%軟殻蟹有2隻,食左1/4隻也沒有已經投降,好浪費好浪費啊⋯⋯⋯好想打包咖哩汁回家!!!如果軟殻蟹是新鮮炸而香口食,應該會更好食!此餐泰國菜, 一點辣意也沒有有的,只是無限滯意⋯

平時食泰國菜,飲的都是冬陰公
今次試新野!椰奶酸辣雞湯!(名字如不中亦不遠已)
好飲!好特別!!!一入口酸味首先跑出,隨之而來是奶味跟泰國香料味
奶味沒有想像中重,不過飲多幾口時就發現口腔是有奶味的

唯一一道沒有奶的柚子沙津
味道是不錯,除了柚子還有很多配料
應該是有花生醬?所以也是飽肚來源
可惜上菜時的溫度有點尷尬,不冷也不熱,調整不到合適心態來食用

如果沒有3人以上,千萬不要叫,一定食唔哂!除非只是叫這一道⋯
汁是好食,而且十分香濃,但⋯真的好HEAVY⋯⋯⋯可能是最後一道上的菜,胃已經滿了70%
軟殻蟹有2隻,食左1/4隻也沒有已經投降,好浪費好浪費啊⋯⋯⋯好想打包咖哩汁回家!!!

一天郊遊後在西貢覓食,最後選了這家泰國菜。點了其他食家推介的咖哩麵包軟殼蟹及半打串燒、飲品點了椰青及龍眼冰。老婆話椰青清甜、易刮肉,正!龍眼冰甜味適中,但冰太多,沒喝了幾口便冇了!先講串燒、豬牛雞各兩串,唦嗲醬好味,但牛肉燒太乾了,雞肉還好,豬肉有怪怪的酸味!咖哩麵包軟殼蟹,賣相不錯,軟殼蟹不過不失, 麵包份量十足, 但咖哩太咸了!請好好控制一下!

先講串燒、豬牛雞各兩串,唦嗲醬好味,但牛肉燒太乾了,雞肉還好,豬肉有怪怪的酸味!

咖哩麵包軟殼蟹,賣相不錯,軟殼蟹不過不失, 麵包份量十足, 但咖哩太咸了!

平時都會入黎食泰國野,係西貢我諗最出名都係呢間泰國菜,所以同屋企人黎食,慶祝生日^_^呢日我地好醒目,一早book定位,不過去到都唔算好多人,我地一家坐樓上,幾寧靜同幾舒服。而且上菜速度都算快,等左十分鐘就上菜了。每次黎都必定會order冬蔭功明爐魚,佢個湯係另上的,好惹味,食食下可以自行加啲湯上去,成條魚都好香好多肉,個湯亦都好多料另外叫左其他小食都唔錯,例如有個類似豪餅既小食都整得好好味,串燒果啲都燒得ok整體上都唔錯,唯一服務就好差,個𡃁妹啲態度真係需要改善下,呢樣算係全晚既美中不足。
