芝士生蠔,望著粒粒芝士很是吸引,店員說待芝士溶到均勻後就可以食用。看著芝士慢慢變沸騰,忍不住拿來即刻食用。芝士吃落不膩口,反而是當中的生蠔未能完全沾上芝士香,而且這個時候的生蠔外暖內冰有點怪,但想說把芝士沸騰久點才享用,錫紙盤上的芝士慢慢卻有黏底情況出現。

甜品時間,吃完燒肉可以吃隨餐的新出甜品。這個是用熱石頭鍋裝上年糕,上面在放上果仁,蜜糖,黃豆粉,還有超甜的紅豆蓉,最面頭放一球從冰櫃拿出來的雪糕,完全是冰火交融的感覺。最底的年糕暖暖的,每啖都要用力拉出來,一拉就會自動黏上鍋內各種配料,很好吃。

這個平日晚上客人都坐到8成滿,店內還會替隔離檯播放韓文生日歌來慶祝生日,很貼心。

還有甜品 Injeolmi 年糕,以灼熱石鍋上檯,年糕慢慢地融化,再配上雪糕享用,更可自由加上紅豆蓉或糯米滋。不過傳統的韓國口味不太適合我,年糕單吃未免太過黏口滯胃,一定要配雪糕吃,而紅豆蓉等配料也有點甜,如甜品是泡冰會較合口味。

去到九龍城諗食邊間泰菜之際,見炑八banner寫有折,咁韓燒又唔會伏得去邊既,一於去試試。去到坐底即刻好多人黎幫我地開枱,鐵板外圈倒芝士粟米,泡菜蛋,青椒蒜,放低幾小碟,之後走開唔會感覺到催落單,嗌左個4人餐同酒,先上4個芝士生蠔好好味好鮮,有幾款肉同多春魚同蝦咁,普普通通唔係靚肉,亦唔係好新鮮既感覺,但都可以接受既,最後加左個五花腩肉片,好味,下次一定揀單點,精好過雜,同埋自己都怕唔好意思,係咁叫佢加小碟,但真係唔差服務態度,埋單有個行埋黎sell個app比我地,話有湯or芝士生蠔送,即刻試下啦,唔知係咁新推廣,連個職員都搞左好耐先幫我地驗證到,雖然飽飽,但送上芝士生蠔都撐埋啦,因為最好味係佢麻。

雖然已經飽到震,但仲係忍唔住加錢叫多個甜品--Injeolmi年糕。呢個堅掂!餐廳會先將石鍋燒熱,底層係軟年糕,然後加上雪糕、黃豆粉、果仁、蜜糖等,一冷(雪糕)一熱(石鍋),一甜 (雪糕)一鹹(可能係黃豆粉帶少少鹹味?),一軟 (年糕) 一硬 (果仁),好豐富既口感一次過響口腔內爆發,好得意,唔怪得會響韓國爆紅!

做生意都唔係咁無良心呀

真係即刻想報海關

之前試過正價食晚餐 食物質素唔錯嘅,正價係ok嘅

肉質中上,爐邊蛋任食,仲有芝士邊

最鍾意係佢個厚切五花腩

不過一個團購就攪死自己個名

食飽晚飯諗住行吓消化吓,點知就係街角見到炑八個宣傳牌,又比呢個韓冰征服咗,同行朋友打去問齋食甜品唔食晚飯得唔得?佢一話可以,"消化"呢兩個字即刻消失得無影失蹤。去到就同店員講我哋只係食甜品,佢哋仍然奉上前菜3碟,仲同我哋講食甜品都可以食吓前菜架。前菜有泡菜,菠菜同醬油海帶,泡菜一D都唔辣,只帶有酸味,菠菜爽口,海帶唔會太咸但唔夠爽口,前菜水準一般。 好啦!我哋要食嘅豆粉紅豆冰嚟啦!冰面有大量黃豆粉同杏仁片,完全足料!唔單止面頭有紅豆蓉,裡面都夾有紅豆蓉同煙韌年糕粒。紅豆蓉甜味已足夠,所以唔駛落煉奶都得,杏仁片好香脆,配埋d年糕同豆奶冰沬真係好好味,無嚟錯食呢個冰!!

好啦!我哋要食嘅豆粉紅豆冰嚟啦!冰面有大量黃豆粉同杏仁片,完全足料!唔單止面頭有紅豆蓉,裡面都夾有紅豆蓉同煙韌年糕粒。紅豆蓉甜味已足夠,所以唔駛落煉奶都得,杏仁片好香脆,配埋d年糕同豆奶冰沬真係好好味,無嚟錯食呢個冰!!

今日由同事代買外賣,同事建議食呢間韓國菜,係九龍城都算新開,同事whatsapp餐牌後我揀了B4 牛肉石頭鍋飯,同學回來後說他們無晒外賣杯,比左罐忌廉鮮奶,都唔緊要。。。但係打開個飯睇真係無乜食慾,本來有隻煎蛋既比我食左,但之後就係相片堆蔬菜絲同少量牛肉,真係dry到爆。食食下想起石頭窩飯不是應有些酸酸辣辣既醬。。。而且這個飯竟然係零泡菜,$52只能買一個碎牛煎蛋飯配蘿蔔青瓜絲,現在既食材真係貴得離譜
