自從試過炑八韓烤的冰沫之後,就愛不釋手了。最近同朋友經過九龍城,發現這兒亦有炑八的分店,於是心思思又想來一客透心涼的冰沫。坐下之後,發覺炑八推出了新菜單,結果由原本打算食甜品變成了食韓燒正餐。炑八新品,包括芝士溶岩飯、炑八牛筋、炑八鮮魷魚、醬油蝦、辣味八爪魚、牛大腸。新品當中,芝士溶岩飯這名字十分吸引。芝士溶岩飯 ($128)店員將飯放在燒熱的鐵板上,再在周圍舖滿芝士,半融的芝士配合惹味炒飯,非常吸引。韓風魷魚($108)鮮魷魚原份上,彈牙味美。霜降牛小排 ($190)牛筋厚切,油花分布均勻美麗,嚼感一流。生蠔 ($88/6隻)生蠔算得上是抵食之選,價格吸引,而且蠔肉也很鮮美。不過,最令我心動、最期待的,一定是炑八的冰品。除了我一直鍾情的炑八豆粉紅豆冰沫,還有最新出的純.OREO 冰沫及OREO朱古力棉花冰沫,幼滑綿綿的冰沫配上 Oreo,令人垂涎,絕對是夏日佳品。小評:炑八九龍城店環境闊落舒適,以後到九龍城,又多一個聚會好地方呢。

有次途經太子同個friend話好想食韓燒就上網睇下附近邊到有 見到新開左間就諗住試下哩間嘅服務態度好好 可能新開冇乜人去 佢好多時會幫你燒埋 又會教埋你點食先正宗 我坐個度仲有得叉電不過我諗係得包廂先有 環境唔錯好乾淨 不過有啲熱唔知係冷氣唔係開得幾足定係我地燒得太熱 但係服務態度一流啲野食都有水準!會再去食下其他佢嘅推介!

喜歡每口飯也被泡菜包圍,

酸度及辛辣剛好平衡芝士的膩感,整體很具層次!

近年韓流襲港,韓劇啦,K Pop 啦,食物也不用多講,韓式料理開得如雨後春筍。這一餐比較特別,因為是飯後甜品。我們五個人已經吃完中式海鮮,傾偈傾得意猶未盡,就到樓下吃甜品,就是在韓國很 hit 的「綿綿冰」。「綿綿冰」就是牛奶雪花冰,比起一般刨冰,我覺得吃起上來質感比較幼滑綿密,無咁粗粒,而且在面頭通常會鋪上一層厚厚的粉狀食材如黃豆粉,再夾雜些杏仁片、年糕、朱古力、棉花糖、紅豆、餅乾等等,絕對可以食得飽人!「純 • Oreo 冰沫」$48我的選擇,可算是西韓 crossover,巧妙地用餅乾碎代替黃豆粉,整體味道屬微甜,對我來說是剛好,Oreo 味就很濃。「宇治金時冰沫」$48我嚐了幾口,都不是屬於巨甜型,綠茶味更特出,相信各位「綠茶控」會喜歡這個。另外的「韓國士多啤梨冰沫」$48,「Oreo 朱古力棉花冰沫」$48,「豆粉紅豆冰沫」$48 相對就屬於較甜的口味。若果你是甜魔一族,也可以自行再加糖漿及牛奶呢。

自從去年夏天初訪炑八太子店後,我都去吃過好幾次了。分店越開越多,繼銅鑼灣和尖沙咀後,據說最近又在九龍城和灣仔開新店,這晚我們原班人馬操到來九龍城,又一次一起韓燒!蛋醬邊爐是必然之選,每次都不會缺少的,還點了生蠔 ($88/6隻)、韓風魷魚($108)等。今次吃了兩樣新品,就是霜降牛小排 ($190)和泡菜牛肉溶岩炒飯 ($128)霜降牛小排,又名板腱肉,位置大約在牛頸至牛心之間,肉質比較厚身,亦較為爽,燒的時間要較長,放在鐵板上大約兩分鐘才可放入口。泡菜牛肉溶岩炒飯,顧名思義是泡菜溝牛肉,然後放在鐵板上炒,加上大量芝士,便像火山溶岩一樣,頗為有趣。芝士的份量可隨個人喜好而加減,我喜歡芝士,當然要倒到滿瀉為止啦,這樣才吃得香軟的滋味,而泡菜份量,我認為可以加多些少,才可領略到辣味。韓式冰沫,上次在銅鑼灣店吃過原味紅豆和士多啤梨味,今次還點了宇治金時、純-Oreo及Oreo朱古力棉花。近期抹茶大熱,當然要跟潮流吃宇治金時,吃時倒些奶醬就更美味。

Times have changed, Kowloon City is no longer a town for farewells and gatherings because the airport has moved to Lantau.Kowloon city used to be famous for Thai and Chiu chow cuisine but there is more variety of cuisines and dessert shops now.Now there is Korean food too! The rice is mixed with the cheese and egg and gradually turns into fried rice because the plate is so hot.

They come with sweetened condensed milk but I never use it because the dessert is sweet enough with the other items in the bowl.
The new chocolate snow ice was really nice because there were brownies, chocolate coated glico sticks and an oreo on top to garnish.
It was lovely how the cocoa powder flavoured the snow ice making it taste chocolatey without being too powdery.
