呢間店由開幕至今我都一直有支持,  之後疫情最嚴重時就有放題時段, 依家轉返正常散叫或套餐。今次我就幫襯晚市。一坐底基本未叫野就有幾碟前菜, 我最鍾意就係酸蘿蔔及大豆芽菜, 而我老公就鍾意泡菜。如選擇燒烤就會有無限添加粟米芝士及泡菜蛋放係爐邊燒啦! 不過我就淨鍾意食粟米芝士, 次次都會叫佢地唔洗比泡菜蛋。今次我地無選擇套餐, 因為都幾多下, 次次都食唔哂, 所以今次就散叫啦。香烤豬花腩, 有5種味, 我揀咗韓式秘製醬油, 簿簿地一塊加埋菜夾住一啖食, 真係好韓國FEEL, 再黎個霜降牛小排, 非常淋再加埋本身既醬汁, 非常掂。另外再點咗個蒜香蜜糖雞腿肉, 份量比其他都大, 好似食極都有咁, 而蜜糖係另上既, 不過我覺得唔洗蜜糖都好夠味, 就睇下自己想唔想有甜味啦! 最後一個我最喜歡既韓國鰻魚, 燒到個面好脆再加埋個鰻魚汁, 又香又多汁, 非常好食。2個人都係400幾蚊, 唔一定要任食, 其實都好夠飽。

聽人講,調景嶺係美食沙漠,初時都唔信,食過幾次後,發現美食沙漠呢個名果然名不虛傳。。。。。。正當對調景嶺無期望之際,突然比我發現,原來行遠少少,來到彩明商場,原來有間睇落唔錯的韓國餐廳,時間尚早,可以試試佢個早餐。從來都無食過韓式早餐,估唔到原來都幾多選擇,可以食類似部隊鍋的麵,三文治,甚至有類似西式的全日早餐。我叫左個牛肉全日早餐比我想像中要好,無我平時全日唔鐘意的茄汁豆,多左韓式紫菜卷,班戟配蜜糖(可能平時配開楓糖,有啲食唔慣,但其實都ok的),我都欣賞佢個蛋,唔會太生,我平時好怕食好生的炒蛋,佢就掌握得啱啱好總結:調景嶺的意外驚喜,價錢唔貴又抵食,係調景嶺絕對值得行遠少少去食。

比我想像中要好,無我平時全日唔鐘意的茄汁豆,多左韓式紫菜卷,班戟配蜜糖(可能平時配開楓糖,有啲食唔慣,但其實都ok的),我都欣賞佢個蛋,唔會太生,我平時好怕食好生的炒蛋,佢就掌握得啱啱好


總結:調景嶺的意外驚喜,價錢唔貴又抵食,係調景嶺絕對值得行遠少少去食。

繼續試後慰勞第二回,今次二人世界自私食,無得去旅行,唯有食下韓燒止下癮,今次揀咗炑八,因為想食佢哋個期間限定~帶骨肉眼,呢個套餐仲有醬油五花肉丶大墨魚丶梨花雞翼丶豬皮同蔥蒜牛五花。先上配角,烤盤兩邊位先放上粟米芝士同泡菜雞蛋,然後就係醬汁丶前菜丶生菜丶泡菜同沙律。呢度除咗沙律外,全部都可以refill。等食期間先食前菜同沙律開開胃先~前菜分別有泡菜丶海帶同豆芽,有酸有甜有咸的,而沙律菜淋上柚子汁,酸酸甜甜,醒胃的開始。主角登場,帶骨肉眼超厚身,油脂分布均勻,見佢有咁上下厚度,決定遲小小食,解決D"薄"身D嘅嘢食先~先落場係梨花雞亦丶大墨魚同蔥蒜牛五花,全部均有調味,燒嗰陣要留意火喉,反多D會無咁易濃。呢個空檔就可以食到邊位的芝士粟米同泡菜雞蛋,燒到溶溶地有拉絲,芝士控必食,而泡菜蛋味道啱啱好,不會過咸同過酸,仲有D甜味~解決完邊位食物,D肉都七七八八可以食得,墨魚好爽脆,本身已經夠味,不用點醬也👌,而牛五花大大舊,燒完唔會乾,肉嫩多汁,點鹽配泡菜食,夠解膩,而雞亦帶有甜味,單邊燒更易熟,軟滑多汁,可以Encore。事不而宜遲,燒埋醬油五花丶豬皮同D魷魚鬚佢,豬皮我係第一次燒,見佢有一定

解決完邊位食物,D肉都七七八八可以食得,墨魚好爽脆,本身已經夠味,不用點醬也👌,而牛五花大大舊,燒完唔會乾,肉嫩多汁,點鹽配泡菜食,夠解膩,而雞亦帶有甜味,單邊燒更易熟,軟滑多汁,可以Encore。
事不而宜遲,燒埋醬油五花丶豬皮同D魷魚鬚佢,豬皮我係第一次燒,見佢有一定厚度,燒要一定時間,而醬油五花同魷魚鬚相對快熟,五花腩用醬油醃得啱啱好,就咁食都已經好好食,魷魚鬚就較濃味,但好爽口,夾生菜食啱啱好。豬皮燒到表面焦焦地先食,口感淋淋地,而且並非想像中的油淋淋,食落去是軟諗口感,一點也不肥膩~

最後我地就燒肉眼~解咗凍後無縮水,都係又厚又大塊,先用嚿牛油燙一燙網面,然後先放肉眼,好搶火,燒到咁上下再反轉燒另一面,剪開燒可以睇到燒嘅進度同更快熟,大概8~10分鐘左右已經去到我哋中意嘅熟度,先食原汁原味~牛味香濃,油脂均勻令塊肉口感更嫩滑軟腍,而且D肥油位食落香而不膩,是神來之筆,不用蘸點任何醬汁也好好味,但如果中意重味道,可以點鹽食同擠點檸檬汁,亦可以提升味道。這個帶骨肉眼牛迷必試!

伴著檸檬和ROSEMARY. 望著大大塊完整的牛扒, 要計劃一下如何將其燒完美. 
餐牌這樣寫: 細火慢燒的輕炙或大火勁燒皆可.  因自己喜歡軟綿綿的肉類, 就選了容易控制生熟程度的細火.  
先以牛脂在烤網來回揩抺, 好讓烤網都沾滿牛脂, 不易粘網.

是抽油煙管和射燈造成的重影呀!!!!!!!!
先把一邊剛至淺啡色, 就要馬上翻轉至另一邊, 令二邊溫度平均, 同時也可監察肉眼扒是否出現燒焦情況.    
我想要鬆軟甘香的牛肉呀!!!

大約在5成熟之時, 以韓國燒烤必定出現的~剪刀, 
把牛肉分成小件......就可以看到中芯粉紅色的位置了....
完成後先在旁邊攤凍.. 鎖住肉汁.  
淋上檸檬汁後, 再配椒鹽, 牛肉原味馬上提升.

餘下近肋骨部位的牛肉, 放在ROSEMARY, 迫出香味. 
自己比較喜歡嚐到牛肉原味, 没有沾上任何辣醬.  
有了剪刀, 可以一小口一小口享用鬆軟肉眼. 
最滑的部位是RIB EYE CAP........      
嚐過美味牛肉後, 就來到其他食材了.

因為冰涼薄荷帶來刷牙後的感覺.
