這八款前菜我都甚為欣賞,辣泡菜酸酸辣辣頗令人胃口大開,兩道醃蘿蔔及醃青瓜甜甜酸酸,挺爽脆多汁,大豆芽與海帶蠻有水份,跟烤肉一起吃滿去膩的,魚糕實在驚喜,彈牙不軟爛,有著醬油香。

吃韓式燒肉一定要配生菜吃才爽口,韓式燒肉的特色就是有生菜給包肉,可以解膩,加上蒜頭跟青椒,沾上自己喜好的醬料,一口氣塞入口中,滋味在口中徘徊,有夠喜歡這樣的美味。

韓牛貝身肉油脂分佈很均勻,經過烤爐高溫逼出油香,烤到表面金黃,韓牛貝身肉盡是肉脂香。韓牛貝身肉嚼起來非常嫩彈,裡頭充斥牛汁,放入口中一咬開就流出牛肉鮮汁,質感豐腴,令人一吃就愛上。
