-tuna, 佢面頭有2件tuna, 真係喜出望外!! 見佢咁鮮紅, 好怕係出緊血水, 又冇味個d, 點知, 都真係入得口, 雖然冇日本餐廳既好食, 不過, 真係可以一讚!
-蟹肉都好多好多, 不過小心有殼
-蝦唔太新鮮, 有dd overcooked
成個salad, 我好欣賞佢料好多, 佢落左一d好香既油, 加上檸檬汁, 所以鮮味+切得大細剛好既生菜, 真係令我回味無窮!

2)Lamb shank with red wine
個人覺得個lamb 好一般 反而係好重紅酒味, 好用心煮既洋蔥係我既致愛, 一入口真係好suprize! 好好味!

3)Seafood pasta
朋友好仲意呢個菜, 佢望上去汁唔多, 不過好香, 加上cotta cheese 同埋佢軟硬岩岩好既pasta!! 真係可以加分!! 而佢包括埋既cooked salmon都係岩岩好, 唔會好老一絲絲咁

4)我地叫左2杯cocktail 2杯都覺得一般般~

呀~ 呢到有belly dance 架~ 佢每一小時有一次, 所以未睇過既朋友仔, 可以睇下

Ps: 出面好熱, 所以簡中間or 入少少既地方坐會比較舒服

Since I am a member of the King Parrot Group, I frequent their restaurants a lot. During 2 night visits, we started with a Turkish Raki drink, which is very similar to Greek Ouzo with its licorice sweetness and bitterness. Efes Pilsner Beer was also better than expected. Pide Bread with a yogurty dip and Sigara Boregi cigars were tasty as well, but its the Fried Lamb Ribs & Dolmak (stuffed Vine Leaves using Asma Yaprağı) with Tuna and unpasteurised Goat Peynir Cheese which became my favourite items.

前菜點了Warm Mushroon Sa(扒大白菌沙律) ($60.00)及Ox Tongue BBQ(串燒牛脷) ($55.00)。前者有大量的大白菌,不過其味道不夠特出,亦有一點青澀味,下面切碎的蔬菜尚算新鮮,再配上酸酸的醬汁,味道上不過不失。若同以菌類的沙律,還是「露比星期二」的製作出色得多。後者夠厚身香口,亦夠入味,就算不伴著醬汁來吃也沒問題,是好脷者必然之選。

主菜當然是Rack of Lamb(燒羊胺) ($200.00),不過等此主菜出場差不多花了二十分鐘,實在等得有點不耐煩。最後終於都送來,是整隻羊胺送到面前,再由服務員用刀切開上碟。端上來後馬上看見鮮嫩的羊肉,被燒得香脆的外皮包著,賣相實在吸引。用輕力已可用刀切開,先沒塗上任何醬汁,放入口中,肉味香味加上豐富的肉汁,再加上帶點點羊羶味,實在是十分精彩,比起早幾天在「798 Unit & Co.」所吃到的羊架更加好吃多倍,當吃到尾段還改用手將切不到的位置全部吃掉。

以同一集團營運下的水準來定,此店的服務確實水準以下,還好禮貌度仍足夠。為此食評執筆已是個多月後的事,一件當日不會聯想到的奇想,今天在腦海中浮現。如果志明與春嬌不是在骯髒又狹窄的後巷中邂逅,而是在店外抽著土耳其煙,二人的故事或許要改寫。

朋友是這裡的熟客~也是King Parrot的會員~見他取出一堆coupon~又有cash voucher~又有free snack~也有free wine~~還可兼用85折~well~這個membership好似認真不錯~~朋友不食羊~就交給他發辦~乖乖坐著等吃~~puff pastry filled with chicken and vege~~內裡的肉粒調味恰好~酥皮熱辣辣時食是最佳享受~至於友人大力推介的芝士燴蝦~果真不錯~用上結實新鮮的中蝦~pop一聲的爆開~除了蝦也有不少蘑菇~~帶點甜的醬汁吃不出是啥來~但拌著另叫的pita bread就盡獻其精華~very good~

"出黎飲野"的定義就是傾多於吃~~肚皮舞的表演時間約為45min一次~身後的女dancer不錯~可惜音樂實在太大~要叫破喉嚨地談話~或許有人會說這段時間應該靜靜地欣賞~但始終每個人的喜好都不同吧~~朋友想食水煙~就調到外邊的位置~有點冷風~不過氣氛始終好一點~~~小小的桌子上就擠滿了我們的東西~haha~ waiter態度都不錯~除了記性差了點~每次想要水都要追3次~蘋果味的水煙反而被vanilla味蓋過~不過起初味太淡~要再加一加才夠濃~~比起蘭桂芳~這裡平上近倍~~難怪無焦油無尼古丁都上癮~hahaa

後加的chicken kebab和焗蘑菇都來了~~對~又是蘑菇~今餐已經第三道菜有菇的~但配上芝士焗當然無可匹敵~墊在底下的是梨~焗後帶點酸未必人人鍾意~但小比卻認為是中和飽膩的良品~~chicken kebab與一向吃開的有點出入~雞肉切成大件粒~濃烈的調味加入沙律醬~~成件食就太呢hea~逐樣食又無左風味~~小比還是乖乖吃伴碟的沙律菜~~

mezza質素不錯~氣氛也不錯~轉回店內較暖的位置繼續慢慢傾~是個愉快的晚上~謝謝你~

之後上的Pasta Seafood和Poached Squid幾有merditerranean風味. Pasta有d似長通粉,但麵相對厚身,所以口感好重,加上滑而厚的cream cheese sauce,味道好特別. d seafood就soso啦,游晒去都唔會損失. Squid係普通的魷魚配凍茄醬,食法新鮮,清清地可以帶出食物的鮮味.

是晚朋友最期待的其實係水煙,可惜我地問咗幾次都轉唔倒露台位,唯有等下次. 高高興興的吃過晚飯,我地又去下一站,甜品舖,yeah!

先說串燒- 有好香既香料味,這是我忘不了它的原因, 加上肉的大細剛剛好, 雞件仲好多肉汁.

尋覓美食的路上總有坎坷,這次的世界美食project也難幸免,在驚喜連連之后,終于被這家金玉其外的土耳其館子shock到了King Parrot旗下的餐廳都善烘托就餐環境,這家土耳其館子的裝修尤具情調,我很喜歡那些燈飾,還有羊角型的刀叉。本來是懷抱希望的來試,卻料不到食物/服務質素都叫人無比失望。食物全部乏善可陳;服務上,更是連幫客人倒水(更不用提加水了)都沒有…就簡單評一評,發發牢騷:Lamb spare ribs $70:其實是個不錯的開始,羊小排煎得香酥脆口,充滿肉汁,羊肉也嫩身帶著膻香,是整餐中最好的一道。Lamb $60:羊肉的膻味有點過重,也沒有我們喜愛的孜然辛香,這也勉強忍了;肉汁卻又鞋又乾,烤得肉汁全失,肉硬邦邦的…Pineapple kebab $45:菠蘿倒是有很強的孜然香,微辣又咸,味道怪透了;菠蘿本身質素其實不差,可惜啊可惜,我還是去吃Applegreen的grill fruit吧…Doner Kebap $55:乳酪芝士非常濃郁,甚至有點腥,我們都受不了那強勁的騷味;至于剩下的部分(肉啊包啊菜啊),都是極為普通,但總算可以填報肚子了Turkish Pastry

就簡單評一評,發發牢騷:
Lamb spare ribs $70:其實是個不錯的開始,羊小排煎得香酥脆口,充滿肉汁,羊肉也嫩身帶著膻香,是整餐中最好的一道。
Lamb $60:羊肉的膻味有點過重,也沒有我們喜愛的孜然辛香,這也勉強忍了;肉汁卻又鞋又乾,烤得肉汁全失,肉硬邦邦的…

唔…食物質素完全不能同價位成正比,希望這間餐廳可以有所改善,畢竟始終食物才應該是一間食肆的靈魂啊。

星期天想吃點好的,便拉了人去吃一點特別的。我們結果去了吃土耳其菜!叫了Braised Octopus and Pearl Union,中東包,牛肋骨,豆湯,一杯Istanbul dreams 同 kiwi XXX juice。先來是Braised Octopus and Pearl Union,Octopus煮 得很淋,黑嘛嘛的,不像octopus!中東包裏面包了羊肉,餡很多,醬是Yogurt,本人不太欣賞!豆湯,味道很特別,不太濃,有很多豆在裏面,可以一試!牛肋骨,非常普通,只有六,七片牛肉,味道又普通,便收178元,不值得!kiwi XXX juice 有好香的kiwi 味,還有龍珠果味,正!Istanbul dreams 只是普通芒果汁,泰國那邊好喝一點!
