今日嚟東涌有啲嘢做，當然順便搵間好食嘅餐廳🍽️！搵咗一輪見到呢間【美談韓國餐廳】，網上評價唔錯，一入去仲見到有韓國人用餐，感覺幾地道，即刻試下先！🔥辣豬肉飯（$68）鐵板上枱時仲係熱辣辣🔥，仲聽到嗞嗞聲😆！豬肉醃得啱啱好，帶少少甜味，唔會搶去豬肉嘅香味，亦冇雪藏味🤩。辣度適中，夠惹味又唔會太刺激，應該幾適合香港人口味🌶️。最鍾意佢乾身唔油膩，口感特別香口💯！🥢小菜（魚片腸仔 & 泡菜）魚片腸仔有淡淡麻油香，調味唔會過鹹，味道算唔錯！泡菜微辣帶酸，爽口清新，幾開胃😋。🥣牛骨湯附送嘅湯有陣濃郁牛骨香，裡面仲有白蘿蔔片，飲落幾清甜，味道比一般韓式餐廳送嘅湯更有層次✨！對比開其他韓國餐廳，呢度嘅辣豬肉特別乾身香口，冇一般濕濕哋嘅感覺，醃料味道亦恰到好處👍🏻！小菜、湯水都有水準，相信其他菜式應該唔會差💡。下次去開東涌，都值得再嚟試下其他嘢食😌！

幾次平日經過都見到入面有不少食客，總有幾台係韓國人，心諗韓國人都會幫襯嘅一定唔差啦🤪☺️。 俾大家望吓個餐牌先🤓佢食韓燒呢，可以俾你揀自己喺自己張枱燒，又或者佢哋喺廚房燒完再鐵板上俾你食。 話說返完工好攰，想食懶人餐，就叫咗廚房燒完上枱。😅😅係喎都未講嗌咗咩食😋燒牛肉 $135 好好味呀，有好多牛肉足料足料印象中次次嚟都有叫呢味餸特級五花腩$145有生菜俾你包五花腩食撈埋啲醬 好夾☺️👍佢個套餐係會跟飯，跟湯，跟伴菜😋啲伴菜好好食㗎😋😋 整體嚟講用餐體驗良好，係一間會再去嘅餐廳😉報告報告完畢🤭

I always like the authentic homemade flavor of Mi Dam. It’s different from those chain stores and popular IG shops. I feel soothing every time eating at Mi Dam. When it was still located beside the cable car station, the food, the environment and the ambience are perfect for a relaxing weekend gathering with families and friends. The current location brings quite a number of restraints to the restaurant, say smaller kitchen size, fewer seatings and choices of dish. I understand that all these makes it a hurdle to maintain the quality it used to have. But the very recent visit really makes me feel rather sad. I ordered L17, 砂鍋牛肉湯飯, which I remembered it used to be a full bowl of beef in rich flavored sweet soup. But now it is a rather clear soup with a few slices of beef and rice cake, and some veggies. It still tastes good but no longer gives that satisfaction. I don’t mind paying at a higher price, if that helps with maintaining the good quality as before. And actually, one of the staff is quite impolite, and if I am not mistaken, she orders 사장님 to deal with the Korean customers.

20:45入店，寫紙仔落單寫錯咗刪咗，個阿姐叫我下次唔好咁寫，下次刪咗係隔離寫個啱，咁樣會誤導佢，嘩～唔知以為我打你工，你要咁樣理解到我刪咗個位係個1字咁我都無辦法，何況你有口，可以問21:30就不停 ，係不停行過嚟問啲碟收得未，唔緊要，轉頭直情兜口兜面行埋嚟叫我哋食快啲真係第一次，我地其實9個字時間都食得7788，唔係齋吹唔食嗰種點知之後仲勁，係每隔幾分鐘就唔同樓面行埋嚟再次叫我哋食快啲😊轉頭又再嚟問啲碟收得未！WOW!嚟呢度食飯妹仔大過主人婆，希望老闆伯伯會睇到🙂埋單3個人900蚊但譚仔阿姐都妹態度過佢哋好多☺️

印象中以前開係360東涌纜車站附近，無咩人食，仲以為執咗。都好仲有機會食，不過lunch無啲燒肉餐就有啲失望。我哋兩個人食叫咗兩個餐加一碟煎餅，附上四款小菜。蔬菜煎餅好香口，蔬菜份量正常，外邊脆脆地，口感豐富。燉牛肋骨啲牛肉有牛味，都淋，易食，不過唔係好入味。其他配料就入哂湯啲味😋辣海鮮湯，有4隻青口，章魚碎，4舊豆腐。辣度岩岩好，個湯配飯食好開胃，最岩冬天食。
