之前有去吃過的番茄師兄,現在在 D2 Place ONE「自己做飯」。米青蛋包飯公司 主打香港人口味的創意蛋包飯。搭配綠色天花的裝潢帶懷舊感的茶餐廳元素,卻又不失現代感的氛圍。店是用QR Code下單,蛋包飯除了有多款肉類可選擇,也有素食。連配菜、醬汁都有不少選項,甚至可將飯底轉成低卡的椰菜花飯。🍚鹹蛋西班牙黑毛豬肉餅 (HKD 88)配白飯 + 米青咖喱汁 + 追加蒜蓉菠菜 (+HKD 10)看起來很色彩鮮艷的蛋包飯,份量亦不算少。一口咬下能吃到微微的鹹蛋黃味,讓外層微焦的肉餅味道更濃。另外半肥瘦的肉餅比例亦恰到好處,肉質細緻也有肉汁。包著飯的蛋色澤金黃,用湯匙輕輕劃開便能感受到柔軟的質感。滑嫩的蛋配上微辣而不嗆的咖喱汁,讓人一口接一口。咖喱汁的份量剛好,味道濃郁卻不膩口。配菜有粟米、翠玉瓜、甘筍、長柄西蘭花和番茄。另外加的蒜蓉菠菜吃完不會「嚡口」。🍚蘑菇和牛免治牛脷肉醬 (HKD 78)這款轉了椰菜花飯 (+HKD 8 ) 配洋蔥牛肉汁。牛脷肉醬和平時茶餐廳吃到的很相似,加了蘑菇口感更豐富。對比下洋蔥牛肉汁就較為淡身,洋蔥吃落倒是幾甜。椰菜花飯口感沒想像中的顆粒感,不過都有點微脆略為嫩口。蛋包飯會配飲品,選了熱的凍頂烏龍茶 & 凍的四季春冷萃茶。建議不喝濃茶的話不要讓茶包浸太久。 continue reading

星期五約六點半去到已經坐滿九成枱,心諗咁多人食實無死啦,一於試曬和牛、漢堡扒、蛋包飯最遲上菜既和牛,牛係凍冰冰😅,牛本身就應該唔差,但整到衰過茶記咁。薯條係岩岩微波爐叮完攞出嚟咁,食兩條就變凍😅成餐飯最熱係餐湯,食完飯都仲係熱一上枱心諗都幾多餸咁,點知和牛漢堡扒同黑毛豬肉餅都鞋到無朋友,係得芝心雞肉漢堡扒係食得下😅😅重點全部飯、菜、肉上枱都係得微暖,似全部微波爐叮,食物連溫度都搞唔掂都可以開餐廳⋯簡單來講,排長龍食叮叮飯,不了🙂‍↔️去茶記食都無咁嬲 continue reading

荔枝角新開的蛋包飯餐廳,平日夜晚嚟大概等15分鐘就可以入座~ 環境光猛坐得都舒服!❄️走汁慢煮雞胸蛋包飯 $74可以+$8轉埋椰菜花飯,健康之選!雞胸都嫩 走左汁就比較原汁原味 ,雞胸份量都多!❄️咖喱汁吉列魚柳蛋包飯個皮都炸得幾脆,咖喱汁好襯個魚柳~魚柳都好大塊,雖然菜一咬落去係凍 同店員反映返佢整過份暖既比我🥹 服務加分!加左個雜菜有蕃茄,蘿蔔同翠玉瓜,種類都算豐富!整體嚟講不失為增肌減脂餐嘅一個好選擇~ continue reading

一直都好鍾意食蕃茄師兄 知道佢開咗蛋包飯,就算唔係太鍾意食蛋包飯都專登去捧下場 點知🥲叫左個封門柳蛋包飯餐 個餐跟一碗湯同一枝茶點知原來係頹到不能再頹的粟米芡汁湯 蛋包飯,並唔係有隻蛋包住飯而係就咁將塊蛋po上面我哋揀咗椰菜飯 感覺都還可以 好似健康啲但係側邊啲配菜都係凍嘅 而個牛都比較鹹 另外再加咗錢要兩隻炸蠔 都算抵另外叫咗騸牯牛柳飯就揀咗白飯 個飯最呢令我失望 D 飯太黏 唔知食乜 牛正常發揮,但係個汁感覺非常茶餐廳 另外叫咗兩件炸雞 都係一般總括嚟講,食完都幾失望,好唔滿足 希望ching 可以做返當年嘅水準🫡 continue reading
