聽聞荔枝角開了一間新的蛋包飯餐廳,想試試蛋包飯味道如何,便決定今晚前往該餐廳。餐廳裝潢簡約,帶點文青風格,座位基本上是四人或六人並排。餐廳新開業,暫時未能提供一本本的實體餐牌,需要看張貼在牆上或放在櫃上的紙餐牌,而八達通付款也暫時未能使用。向店員了解菜式是有分蛋包飯餐或沙律餐,最後用手提電話點了蒜蓉菠菜扒豆腐蛋包飯套餐$66。套餐可自選米飯類別、米飯多少、配汁類別、可追加配料及餐飲。店員先送來熱四季春茶,後用木托盤送來蒜蓉菠菜扒豆腐蛋包飯。蒜蓉菠菜扒豆腐蛋包飯:賣相吸引,顏色豐富,很健康的蛋包飯。招牌蛋包飯,金黃滑嫩炒蛋包著香軟白飯,白飯軟硬適中,整體搭配相當均衡。選了「米青」咖喱汁,咖哩汁偏油一點,味道微辣微甜,配白飯不錯。至於配料可加多一點,菠菜的蒜味不足,厚切脆玉瓜有點硬,可煮軟腍一點。 金黃微脆煎豆腐,內裡軟滑,味道是清淡的,而不是那種充滿豆香的。熱四季春茶:茶包浸泡在熱水,散發著濃郁茶香,是不錯的飲料。*提示:凍茶餐飲是用玻璃樽,若要取走玻璃樽須付$5。 continue reading

在荔枝角做事特地過來D2place 找食物吃,聽說這邊開了一家新的餐廳米青蛋包飯公司。😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍真的是剛開不久,好多人排隊,大概等了10張枱才能進去,是我等過最久的。我試了一下他們的午餐真的是大雜燴什麼都有,有漢堡扒,肉汁不是非常的多,顯得乾了一點,另外一個是墨魚扒不過不失就是一個炸物,還有好大的一個蛋包蓋在飯上,整體來說這一頓餐是非常飽的,可能因為是新開的非常忙,人也非常的多。😭😭😭😭😭😭😱😱😱😱😱😅😅😅😅 continue reading

又是慕名而來,聞說蕃茄師兄開咗一個新系列,全店食蛋包飯,所以忍唔住嚟開飯🙃🙂今次穩打穩札食佢平價系列:🍛 鹹蛋西班牙黑毛豬肉餅配椰菜花飯食落好健康,當然我揀左醬汁會有啲邪惡,因為椰菜花偏淡,所以配鹹蛋豬肉肉餅令味感恰到好處,不過始終椰菜花類易出水,食到一半個碟底已有水。 🍛 蘑菇和牛免治牛脷肉醬配日式醬汁飯講真,我覺得日式醬汁味道好香濃,然後配肉醬好好食, 不過大家都是濃味,雙贏!唔食餸都一流!☕️ 四季春冷萃茶☕️ 凍頂烏龍冷萃茶小插曲: 話說店員俾左烏龍冷萃茶, 係我哋個枱上望住樽茶久久,大感困惑之際,店員走嚟話覺得我哋樽茶有沉澱物,驚擺左好耐,所以想幫我哋換一枝新,其實飲咁落又冇乜嘢,不過呢個舉動好貼心呢~ continue reading

去D2 Place本身諗住食番茄師兄,但知道番茄師兄嘅副線開張,仲要係食我最鍾意嘅蛋包飯,一於試一試😆🍽️100%純和牛漢堡排.厚切牛脷芯蛋包飯 (配洋蔥牛肉汁)個人最鍾意厚切牛脷芯,炆到好淋好入味,而且平時食蛋包飯比較少見有牛脷芯,所以黎呢度值得一試👍🏻和牛漢堡排好厚身大塊,但係比起之前食過嘅和牛漢堡排,呢度唔算多肉汁亦煎得唔香,所以冇咩特別🤔🍽️蘑菇和牛免治牛脷肉醬蛋包飯 (配米青咖喱汁) 加配炸蝦餅個肉醬好似平時去快餐店食肉醬意粉會食到嘅質素,有少少油,不過加左啲蘑菇又幾好食🤣至於蝦餅都ok,厚身彈牙,炸粉唔多整體份量都夠飽肚,幾鍾意佢配有各款蔬菜,最好食係牛舌,但我地食嘅兩款醬汁都冇乜特別,會話蛋包飯質素中規中矩,試一次ok~ continue reading

番茄師兄開嘅呢間「米青」唔係食奇怪嘢而且係食蛋包飯,食物風格上比較似係港x日式坐落係荔枝角D2 Place One,位置都幾方便當日應該啱啱開業無耐,連實體菜單都未有可選洋蔥牛肉汁、菠菜/蘑菇忌廉汁、「米青」咖哩汁加配嘅配菜選擇都頗多,但今次獨食食唔到𓂅 厚切牛脷芯蛋包飯配米青咖哩汁 ᴴᴷᴰ 𝟾𝟿牛脷芯雖然厚身但煮到軟熟彈牙,都幾入味😚咖啡汁微辣,但帶陣陣蔬果(番茄?)甜度✨蛋包飯的伴碟配菜烤得外表微脆,食落都多汁可惜係蛋包飯嘅蛋同飯有點遜色😳我自己就覺得呢個價錢味道都唔錯,而且包冷萃茶都推薦比附近住/翻工嘅朋友試試❕ continue reading
