尖沙咀日本壽司吃壽司,我都喜歡坐counter ,可以一邊吃到壽司師傅新鮮手握的壽司、一邊跟壽司師傅聊天,這除了味覺,還是娛樂的享受。這裡的壽司質素很好!這裡用從福岡來的魚生,福岡近海,トロ、牡蠣,都很好吃,而且距離香港比較近,魚生的鮮度很好。我們點了三笠屋course ,從前菜到水果都很好。魚生質素很高,特別喜歡中トロ、牡蠣跟雲丹。course 份量也很多,非常飽。最後跟這裏的壽司師傅聊天好開心,十分愉快的一個晚上。

這裡的壽司質素很好!這裡用從福岡來的魚生,福岡近海,トロ、牡蠣,都很好吃,而且距離香港比較近,魚生的鮮度很好。


我們點了三笠屋course ,從前菜到水果都很好。魚生質素很高,特別喜歡中トロ、牡蠣跟雲丹。course 份量也很多,非常飽。


最後跟這裏的壽司師傅聊天好開心,十分愉快的一個晚上。

Had an extremely bad experience here. There were 4 of us dining, two of us wanted to order the table seating omakase, and two wanted to order a la carte due to dietary restrictions. The table seating omakase menu specified that there must be a minimum order of 2 (which we met). The chef flatly refused to serve two omakase menus, insisting that all 4 must have the same menu. There was no mention of this anywhere. Despite trying to talk to the chef to explain our friends’ dietary restrictions

Not sure whether this is unacceptable in Japanese culture but it’s just plain rude. The worst thing is I felt that he refused to speak to us because we were women. My husband comes here regularly and is not treated like that. Unacceptable!

They offer lunch and dinner. Lunch time they offer many choices of lunch set, which includes several types of sushi set of course and other 定食(Maindish, side dish, rice and miso soup)  like 西京漬定食,,,,. And dinner time they offer sushi course for counter seats and Kaisei course for table seats. For both lunch and dinner, their quolity is so great for prices. A few hundreds for lunch, one thousand something for dinner.

I suggest you to have a sushi course dinner on counter seats. Because the sushi master chef, Japanese come from Fukuoka, is a very interesting guy. Of course he has skills, but he is also kind and always trying to make customers happy. Other chefs and service staffs are also very kind. And decor is also very comfortable.

I strongly recommend this restaurant.

難得生日對自己好啲,再去三笠屋食魚生飯。咁多年黎(大約5年啦)仲keep到水準。每次去食都係食午餐,因為午餐價錢平好多,當自己去咗日本食魚生一樣。好難講每一種魚類嘅味道係點,不過整體黎講都係高水準同新鮮。因為唔新鮮嘅,就算係响日本食都係死。環境衛生亦算乾淨,有壽司bar枱同普通枱。魚父師父同waiter 好有禮,彷彿去咗日本一樣,絕對冇mk嘅味道。如果去試,記得預早一兩日book位,因為walk in 有機會會冇位。

After visiting Miyakasa sushi restaurant for the first time, it has always been my go to place for fine quality sushi!

The first time I enter the restaurant I honestly don’t know what to expect. But all I can describe is that you really felt like you have enter a sushi restaurant in Japan. (Better to make a reservation then walkin) With a warm welcome from the staff, I was led to my table. My friend and I were seated at the sushi bar, it is the best place to sit if you are visiting with a small party (1-3 people). Sushi bar is where all the action take place and the interaction between the sushi chef and customer is definitely interesting


Food-wise, my go to meal is the 16 piece sushi set (around $400). This is because the type of sushi can be customisable to your liking and also the selection of sushi each time depends on what the sushi chef is fresh! So it is guaranteed sushi with the best quality!

With the lunch set meals, a few sides are complimentary too. Such as seasonal pickles vegetables or meat and steamed egg japanese style. And at the end of the meal a complimentary tea/coffee or dessert is available


It has always been lovely to visit! Hopefully you will enjoy your visit too!

每年都會來慶祝聖誕節,人地食西餐我就食日本料理今次係第三次黎啦!每次都無令我失望。餐廳環境好舒服,如果坐到寿司吧枱,仲可以邊食邊睇師傅整寿司。我自己叫咗一個正常menu以外的納豆海鮮丼,佢成個set除左個丼之外仲有蔬菜沙律,漬物,大根麵豉湯同最正嘅茶碗蒸成個set當然要食茶碗蒸先啦,因為味道淡所以要先食,才可以品嘗到佢真正嘅味道。個茶碗蒸清甜又夠滑,似飲緊蛋湯多啲👍🏻👍🏻之後就忍不住要食個丼,對於喜愛納豆嘅人呢個一定要試,但納豆嘅味道唔係個個人都接受到嘅,order前要諗清楚。個丼入要有切碎的刺身,好甜的三文魚子,納豆已經同飯搞拌好,每一啖都食到全部材料,而納豆同飯係絕配,令成個丼提升不少!另外男朋友叫左個半份烏冬寿司定食,個定食有5件寿司,沙律,漬物,細天婦羅同冷/熱烏冬,呢間寿司的特點係唔係用白飯整,係香港比較少見。食哂成個SET 之後唔好咁快走住,仲有個好好味的雲呢拿雪糕,食埋先係呢餐一個完美嘅句號。

日本人認為夏天吃鰻魚可以補充元氣,所以夏天吃鰻魚成為日本人的習俗之一。雖然時近中秋,溽暑蒸人,實與炎夏無異,加以熬過工作繁忙得要命的九月(也許十月更忙😫),所以要吃鰻魚飯(海鰻,應稱為穴子飯)補充元氣。這裡所用的海鰻都由築地空運到港,每晚即劏起骨,把烤好的穴子,沾上醬汁,鋪在飯面上,吃前撒上山椒粉,辛口不辣的味道有助中和穴子的肥膩感,醬汁帶有甜味,肉質不算肥美,但頗嫩滑。希望吃完後可以有心有力迎接十月的挑戰!
