慢慢主菜上台,琵琶蝦話係當日新鮮,但係唔知點解我同老公都食唔出琵琶蝦嘅彈牙;而個龍蝦都唔錯,龍蝦肉都算彈牙,個龍蝦頭同琵琶蝦頭店員叫我哋唔好食住,因為轉頭會拎去放湯。


蟶子同埋鮑魚就唔錯,但係都係覺得冇海鮮嘅鮮味,最主要係佢個醬汁嚟幫佢提升個味道。

反而我冇加錢嘅炒飯有驚喜,佢會叫你食淨一半變茶漬飯,呢樣嘢幾好。

但係我以為鐵板燒有炒野菜,呢度係冇嘅。😳

而佢依度嘅甜品,只係一球雪糕,感覺就普通咗啲,我最後自己加錢要咗一個焦糖多士,味道可以啦。
因為我地周年紀念關係,餐廳好有心整左個甜品俾我地影相,打卡好喇,唔好講味道🥺

今天趁着慶祝與朋友叫點了兩個鐵板燒套餐。除咗前菜煮食甜品高質素之外每樣食物也有十分亮點。極上刺身的新鮮的魚片如藝術品,入口即化時令生蠔鮮甜多汁鐵板燒方面,珍寶帆立金黃外脆、內嫩的帆立貝,焦香與鮮甜完美交融。深海野生白鱈魚滑嫩的魚肉配上醬汁令人回味無窮。帝王虎蝦彈性十足的蝦肉搭配特製醬汁更添奢華感。和牛薄燒卷油花分布均勻,肉質軟嫩,讓人享受極致的肉香。鹿兒島黑毛豬肩豐富的油脂與微燒香氣,肉質軟嫩,令人難以抗拒。

呢間日式鐵板燒有唔同房對住師傅現場即燒,又有得食又有得睇。師傅係嚟自日本,經驗豐富,所以野食嘅品質一定有保證。嗌咗個一人前鐵板餐 $798前菜三小點帶子裙邊、醬油漬茄子、煙燻雞肉沙律沙律加埋青木瓜絲同埋自家製柚子汁,食落好清爽開胃。鐵板燒北海道珍寶帆立貝帆立貝兩邊都煎到金黃,熟度啱啱好,下面仲有新鮮菠菜。茶碗蒸呢個茶碗蒸真係驚艷到,望落普通,但係食落有驚喜。蒸蛋上邊有一層高湯,蒸蛋入邊仲加咗黑松露,而且最底仲有木耳絲,口感豐富。帝王虎蝦虎蝦好大隻,好新鮮。加埋兩款自家製醬汁令到海鮮味更上一層。紐西蘭肉眼扒見到師傅首先將牛扒加咗生粉,可以鎖住牛扒嘅肉汁,之後再煎到兩邊金黃,食落去好Juicy 。鐵板炒飯炒飯加咗櫻花蝦,白飯魚同埋梅,飯炒得乾身粒粒分明。師傅介紹有兩個食法,首先食咗一半乾身嘅炒飯之後再加上煎茶,變成茶漬飯,好有日本風味。味噌湯甜品
