🤍龍蝦🦞,肉質Q彈,食起黎口感亦都非常爽彈,證明餐廳來貨非常新鮮,師傅用咗龍蝦頭嘅部份,整咗做一個汁,再放返喺上邊,再配以簡單嘅調味,令到成個味道更加突出

🤍鹿兒島黑毛豬肩:
黑毛豬肩脂肪適中,肉質柔軟多汁,師傅烤到外焦內嫩,夾埋菇係入面非常美味。

🤍餐廳會用返本身嘅龍蝦頭來做一個龍蝦麵豉湯,龍蝦麵豉湯味道非常濃郁,而且可以食龍蝦頭嘅肉同埋湯,配搭本身嘅昆布,口感亦都非常豐富,味道亦都rich!

🤍櫻花蝦鐵板炒飯
炒飯粒粒分明,櫻花蝦同埋師傅特別調製汁,酸酸地咁,增添咗獨特嘅香味,食到一半,店員會比另外一個湯,可以做一個茶漬飯,一飯可以兩食,真係非常好食!

師傅用咗櫻花蝦、酸梅乾、木魚花、白飯魚乾等材料來炒飯,師傅炒到啲飯香噴噴,而且夠乾身兼粒粒分明,食落口感好豐富。
原來呢碗炒飯有兩種食法,師傅介紹食咗半碗飯後,再把預備好嘅鰹魚湯倒入飯內變成湯泡飯,呢壺鰹魚湯個味好香濃,令到整碗湯泡飯味道更提昇。

香草汁 同自家製白蜆汁。以為加咗好多嘢會覆蓋鱈魚的原味道 ,反而令整體提升個口感,仲要都幾夾,十分驚喜😍

牛肉包住本菇一齊食,第一啖油脂已經吱出嚟,菇菇吸收晒牛汁,牛肉又嫩好好食,。如果覺得膩可以沾酸汁食,會再正啲☺️



-鐵板炒飯+味噌湯
到呢個時間已經好飽,炒飯都係正常蛋/櫻花蝦蛋炒飯,食幾啖已經放棄。竟然呢到係櫻花蝦木魚絲炒飯,應該有落酸汁/梅子去炒,入口酸酸微微,感覺上無咁油,令我成碗食晒😂😂變相個味道會有啲咸,但重口味表表者我覺得幾正😛 佢仲附上壺鰹魚清湯+芥末比你做個茶漬飯 清湯真係好清好淡,就咁飲會覺腥😅 所以要加埋個飯 中和返

今日去咗一間位於尖沙咀日式鐵板燒餐廳, 位置坐落於尖沙咀非常容易去,去到餐廳,因為樓底比較高,感覺環境十分舒適。 因為都飽飽地就叫咗個輕食鐵板午餐,一共六道菜。 水果沙律水果沙律新鮮爽配上難得一見嘅青豆同埋火龍果, 口感爽甜。 輔以柚子醋汁,酸甜開胃。紐西蘭肉眼扒厚燒喺食牛扒之前,店員都好用心將三款嘅醬汁:酸汁、味噌及芝麻醬放在枱前,並逐一介紹。肉眼扒厚度十足,煎的時候師傅還會伴以牛油汁,因為非常香口,咬落去充滿肉汁,師傅燒完之後仲好細心將牛肉切開,方便進食。鐵板炒雜菜蔬菜鮮甜,熟度剛好, 伴以鹽和黑胡椒 鐵板炒飯蔥花雞蛋鐵板炒飯,欣賞師傅處理飯的時候乾濕度足夠, 最怕一般的鐵板炒飯過於濕潤, 失去了飯香。 店家還貼心地附上味噌湯。 紅豆艾草大福充滿艾草味的餡皮, 伴以甜度剛好的紅豆蓉, 為這一餐畫上完美的句號。

紐西蘭肉眼扒厚燒
喺食牛扒之前,店員都好用心將三款嘅醬汁:酸汁、味噌及芝麻醬放在枱前,並逐一介紹。肉眼扒厚度十足,煎的時候師傅還會伴以牛油汁,因為非常香口,咬落去充滿肉汁,師傅燒完之後仲好細心將牛肉切開,方便進食。

今天一行三人去三日月吃午餐,慶祝生日。每道菜都會有職員講解,和精美擺盤,然後再上菜,有別於其他餐廳,廚師直接把食物放在鐵板前的碟子上。龍蝦煎香後,鮮味十足,用了龍蝦膏製作醬汁,食到lam lam 脷。 加了蟶子王,本身的鮮甜味特出。牛肉卷有些肥肉,廚師很好,在失要求下把肥肉切走。炒飯亦十分特別,有蝦乾 魚乾的香味,伴以微酸的梅醬。餐廳也很細心,我只在訂座時提及是為了生日,餐廳自己留意到是誰生日,送上生日甜點,十分驚喜。環境整潔乾淨,服務細心,非常好。
