To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日30/7 (11:15)在cwb 廣場2期等馬位，一心食早餐，當時有幾個人等緊，到11:16分左右，waiter say breakfast 已經停左，因為廚房做唔切，都唸住算，繼續等，因為要返工趕時間，唔想再行，一入到去坐，因為要scan QR Code 先可以 order foods, 一 scan 只見到早餐還在有，但waiter 又說已 stopped, 完全唔知可以叫什麼，因為其他 menu 又沒有選擇，最最奇怪是，我被迫叫左常餐，其實講真，常餐的食品，跟本同早餐食品完全一樣，點解 waiter 話廚房做唔切 ，但常餐還可以叫，呢樣想極都唔明，完全一肚氣，應該唔會再幫襯，常餐已經唔係平，都要成56元，而早餐只是40元，常餐同早餐食品完全一樣，跟本沒有分別，點解會話要停早餐，早餐跟餐牌是去到11:30 ，時間都未到，完全嬲爆

服务态度差，催了两次都爱搭不理，一杯牛奶一个小时才上来，速度实在太慢有待提高，所有餐点基本上都要等20分钟，赶时间的真的要预留时间，口味其实都一般般，就凑合吃。

Milk Cafe has many MANY branches. But this new branch in Causeway Bay has ice cream! This is the first time I've come across it.It says Hoikkaido Milk 8.0! Is that possible? They offer in both a cone version or on top of coffee, ice chocolate and milk tea. For the drinks, you can just add $18 if you order a meal. I got myself  an ice chocolate drink with ice cream on top after ordering a meal. It took forever to arrive. I almost finished my meal by the time it came. I assume this branch is extremely busy and they don't have enough staff making the drinks. The ice cream had partly melted but it was super good. Very creamy and thick. The chocolate milk went well with this. The only problem was my entire drink was all ice. You couldn't request less ice so I guess it needed that amount of ice to prop it up? 

Would probably get again but just the scoop of ice cream.

After we sat down, the waitress passed us a QR code for food ordering. Very quick and efficient! Scrolled through the online menu once and found there're way too many options! No idea which to pick so I did some googling and openricing to see whats their signature dish. Seeing many ppl recommend their lave cheese pineapple bun so I decided to order one with iced milk tea! 🤭


Thought the bolo bao was just like the ordinary ones when it came to table. But knew it’s a gem the moment I cut it. There was cheese pull and melted cheese was oozing out of the bun, super evil😈 Definitely a calorie bomb. Bread was soft and warm, milk tea was perfectly sweetened and smooth. Everything's on point, food and drink were both decent and reasonably priced!👍🏻
