To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. After we sat down, the waitress passed us a QR code for food ordering. Very quick and efficient! Scrolled through the online menu once and found there're way too many options! No idea which to pick so I did some googling and openricing to see whats their signature dish. Seeing many ppl recommend their lave cheese pineapple bun so I decided to order one with iced milk tea! 🤭


Thought the bolo bao was just like the ordinary ones when it came to table. But knew it’s a gem the moment I cut it. There was cheese pull and melted cheese was oozing out of the bun, super evil😈 Definitely a calorie bomb. Bread was soft and warm, milk tea was perfectly sweetened and smooth. Everything's on point, food and drink were both decent and reasonably priced!👍🏻
