To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工朋友過嚟搵我食飯拎嘢,我帶他去愉景新城牛奶冰室食晚飯,主要係因為唔想畀人催趕,可以慢慢食飯傾下偈。牛奶冰室夜晚餐牌都好多選擇,朋友啱啱喺外國返嚟,喺嗰邊好少食蒸魚,見到二人餐有蒸魚,一個小菜和兩個燉湯,所以我哋點咗呢個,餐桌上角落頭貼咗上湯娃娃菜18蚊嘅廣告,所以我哋點埋佢,小菜就可以唔使揀有蔬菜的菜式。雖然餐廳鼓勵我哋自助落單,但係放工好攰,所以都係搵咗個服務員幫手,佢係一個年青女孩子,態度好好,冇因為我哋叫佢落單,而表現不耐煩。落完單冇幾耐,店員為我們送上足料燉湯猴頭菇響螺燉雞湯,單叫都要25蚊,套餐跟埋好抵。燉湯size有兩碗飯碗,湯入面有雪梨,蟲草花,紅棗,猴頭菇,響螺,瘦肉,滋陰補腎,香味濃郁。上湯娃娃菜,娃娃菜上面,有炸蒜蓉,紅蘿蔔絲,野菌和杞子,如果剛剛冇飲過燉湯,會覺得娃娃菜上湯還可以,但剛剛飲完材料豐富嘅燉湯,呢個上湯冇可比性。蜜桃咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉色澤鮮豔,見到胃口大增,一入口外皮鬆化,肉質彈牙。最喜歡有罐頭蜜桃粒,燈籠椒同洋蔥做配菜,酸甜美味。 而且食極都有,份量十足。等咗十分鐘,清蒸金倉魚上場,魚上面有蔥花椒絲,灑上熟油,釋放魚嘅鮮味。金倉魚剛剛熟,魚肉鮮甜,配上蒸魚甜豉油,送飯一流,食下食下,白飯見底。晚餐兩個人加埋都係二百零蚊,坐得舒服,乾淨企理,又冇趕你走,食物質素又好,cp值高。滿分為10分(一分最低,10分最高)食物:9環境:9衛生:9服務:9價錢:9舒適度:9總分:9 continue reading

流心蛋蔥油飯 兩隻蛋都熟晒 蔥又一粒都無☹️☹️☹️☹️變咗餐肉熟蛋飯 $58嘢飲都冇性價比仲低過其他飯🥺🥺反而朋友個馬蹄煎肉餅飯又加咗好多蔥☹️☹️大家都食得唔開心In the Liquid egg and scallion oil rice. 好耐無黎愉景新城行街,下午茶時段經過,就入黎叫了一口雞球蔥油撈麵 + 凍檸茶。雞球炸得金黃酥脆,鮮嫩多汁,撈麵配蔥油的香氣,吃起來非常邪惡。最喜歡冷壓檸檬茶,清新的檸檬味道瞬間解渴。 continue reading

可能最近食咗好多西多士嘅關係,款式太普通嘅西多士,已經唔係好滿足到咕吱😆喺牛奶冰室見到傳統西多士之外,仲有牛奶雪糕西多士,梗係立即order試一試💁🏻‍♀️西多士一嚟到已經好吸睛👀,事關西多士表面炸至均勻嘅金黃色,而且牛奶雪糕好圓好大個🍨 首先試試雪糕,雪糕好有牛奶味,而且雪得好實淨,所以慢慢食都唔驚溶🥰西多士都幾出色,事關第一次食到3️⃣層西多士😳 每層麵包面都塗上花生醬,但每層嘅花生醬就唔係太多,麵包邊位仲近乎冇花生醬添,如果改善咗呢個問題就Perfect😝 continue reading

趕得切六點前叫個下午茶,最鍾意牛奶冰室杯新鮮冷壓檸檬茶,將檸檬壓碎沖出來檸檬茶特別夠檸檬味。黑松露滑蛋三文治用黑松露加蛋炒,蛋夠滑黑松露份量我覺得算多,麵包烘底加分。五香脆雞翼炸到脆卜卜,外脆內軟,五香粉味夠不過我略嫌鹹咗少少。黑糖漿雪糕西多士西多士中間搽上花生醬加蛋漿來煎,西多士上面加了雪糕再淋上黑糖漿,牛奶味雪糕上枱已經開始溶化,搞到要同時間競賽,黑糖漿稍為甜咗少少,又唔可以話唔夾,只係我覺得比較喜歡加普通糖漿來食好味啲。新鮮冷壓檸檬茶 continue reading
