To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工朋友過嚟搵我食飯拎嘢,我帶他去愉景新城牛奶冰室食晚飯,主要係因為唔想畀人催趕,可以慢慢食飯傾下偈。牛奶冰室夜晚餐牌都好多選擇,朋友啱啱喺外國返嚟,喺嗰邊好少食蒸魚,見到二人餐有蒸魚,一個小菜和兩個燉湯,所以我哋點咗呢個,餐桌上角落頭貼咗上湯娃娃菜18蚊嘅廣告,所以我哋點埋佢,小菜就可以唔使揀有蔬菜的菜式。雖然餐廳鼓勵我哋自助落單,但係放工好攰,所以都係搵咗個服務員幫手,佢係一個年青女孩子,態度好好,冇因為我哋叫佢落單,而表現不耐煩。落完單冇幾耐,店員為我們送上足料燉湯猴頭菇響螺燉雞湯,單叫都要25蚊,套餐跟埋好抵。燉湯size有兩碗飯碗,湯入面有雪梨,蟲草花,紅棗,猴頭菇,響螺,瘦肉,滋陰補腎,香味濃郁。上湯娃娃菜,娃娃菜上面,有炸蒜蓉,紅蘿蔔絲,野菌和杞子,如果剛剛冇飲過燉湯,會覺得娃娃菜上湯還可以,但剛剛飲完材料豐富嘅燉湯,呢個上湯冇可比性。蜜桃咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉色澤鮮豔,見到胃口大增,一入口外皮鬆化,肉質彈牙。最喜歡有罐頭蜜桃粒,燈籠椒同洋蔥做配菜,酸甜美味。 而且食極都有,份量十足。等咗十分鐘,清蒸金倉魚上場,魚上面有蔥花椒絲,灑上熟油,釋放魚嘅鮮味。金倉魚剛剛熟,魚肉鮮甜,配

等咗十分鐘,清蒸金倉魚上場,魚上面有蔥花椒絲,灑上熟油,釋放魚嘅鮮味。金倉魚剛剛熟,魚肉鮮甜,配上蒸魚甜豉油,送飯一流,食下食下,白飯見底。

晚餐兩個人加埋都係二百零蚊,坐得舒服,乾淨企理,又冇趕你走,食物質素又好,cp值高。
