今日去完柴灣拜山,同長輩一行10人去杏花邨名苑飲茶,服務差,食物素素亦很一般。我哋訂座枱,但居然要等!星期六早上11點,有咁多人咩?等咗十幾分鐘唔對路,入去一睇,發現裡面有不少吉枱,大枱亦有吉,只係未執,我去同經理講,佢無回應我,四周圍望,似乎無其他侍應有空,就自己去執枱,最終搞咗約半小時才能入座。我哋張枱無點心紙,鄰桌卻有三本放點心紙的簿,大概係執完枱無放回。我哋啲點心嚟晒後,有侍應突然以質問方式問:「你哋啲點心紙呢?」我哋話無,佢就飛咗本點心紙的簿到我哋個轉盤上,係「飛」,佢原來執枱見咁多放點心紙的簿,就「分發」番去本來的枱。食物質素亦麻麻,蝦餃燒賣一籠三隻,福建炒飯無乜料,主要係雜豆。酥皮焗叉燒包,好勁油酥味!幾年前曾光顧,屬略高檔的茶樓,各方面都屬中上。而家只有價錢高檔,服務和食物質素甚至差過茶餐廳!性價比極低!如不改善,好快執笠!

星期五晚與朋友敘舊,都杏花邨名苑吃了一頓豐富的及美味的晚餐。有燒乳豬燒鴨炸生蠔、蒸扇貝、上湯雲耳菇,冬瓜盅。燒乳豬新鮮出爐,皮脆肉嫩,第一次吃脆卜卜的乳豬😂炸生蠔隻隻也很大及沒有腥味,冬瓜盅真材實料、每人也有兩碗。五個人、人均$238, 很值得再去。但酒樓服務員一般,不夠主動,很多時沒有水及枱上滿佈用完的餐具也不會主動換。但食物質素已經可以抵消服務!真心推介,位置在杏花邨地鐵站出口左轉,不用1分鐘,真的方便!

今天和外母來飲茶,水準大有改善。至少今天的茶夠熱。海哲爽脆,我們也很喜歡那疑似萵筍的配菜十分配合。牛柏葉是本人很喜歡的點心,但現在不是每間酒樓都有供應。這裡的牛柏葉味道不錯,有咬勁。這裡的棉花雞蒸的好淋,有肉味。魚肚和雞都很好味。個人不太喜歡鮑魚燒賣,如果有其他燒賣選擇就好了。這個金銀蒜蒸勝瓜十分好味。叉燒腸粉皮薄而煙韌,不錯不錯。鹹菜豬肚湯十分足料這個炸豆腐十分美味,食到停唔到口。名苑應該係杏花邨最好食嘅酒樓。

周未晚上杏花邨名苑,8點入座率約三成,紅燒豆腐但豆腐已有異味,即要求取消,椰子雞湯198元,好清淡,完全沒有椰子味,好似溝咗水,個職員話好多人讚?兩個待應,黑口黑面,結帳後當我哋仍未離開,正飲茶時,急忙收碗筷,當時只係9點。好似趕客。我係杏花邨居民,但已經很耐無幫襯,今次請客先幫襯,但體驗很壞。點解香港飲食業仍唔爭氣,員工是否低人工先有這表現。

一行五人,點左個四人海鮮套餐,以及另加了一道雜菜煲,一人平均$250。剛剛好大家都食得不飽不餓。雜菜煲內的魷魚超大條,好正,菜湯都有飲啲,菜嘅本身甜甜地嘅味,送飯一流!條魚都幾新鮮好味,但魚身就稍為有啲瘦削,魚肉好快清晒。帶子都鮮甜好味,但可以再後生啲,可能因為蒸得耐咗少少。炒聖瓜都幾少分量。不過五個人,於是乎帶子另加$50多一隻,如果係隔離杏花街市會平啲大隻啲,不過無計話哂岀街食飯,最緊要開心。酒樓無切餅費,略有人情味啦!

早上09:50相约六人到此酒家飲早茶,門囗侍應說有空檯,可自行進入找位,只見4人,8人檯有空位,人多亦十分噪雜,看見細房內有一小檯放置五張椅,問可否加一張椅坐6人,侍應重復地說檯太細,不能擺放點心,我便告訴她,我們主要來閒談,想要清靜環境,吃不多點心,侍應態度差,仍重複說..不要說我沒有提醒你,並說11時要離開還檯,雖然食物質數尚好,價格亦是抵食,但侍應無論是上下級,說話語氣,態度都是差,問多一句,都顯得不耐煩,疫情後,生意有好轉,應該更加珍惜,敬業樂業,良好的服務態度是必須,否則只會趕走客人,我會慎重考慮是否會再惠顧此間食肆。
