呢碟乾炒牛河真係超級大碟,顏色都好吸引吓,而且完全可以食到每種食材各自嘅味道,牛肉超嫩滑,每食一啖都feel到有好濃嘅牛肉味,不過太大塊啦,產生咗牛肉好似好少嘅假象(其實好多牛肉),真係要同人爭食,好彩同行嘅人唔係好食牛。湯皇鮮竹卷嘅湯味比較清,唔覺得油膩,但喺豬肉味太過濃,咬第一啖果陣湯同豬肉味會喺口入面快速擴散,有啲掩蓋咗鮮竹味,我諗可能叫碟腸粉,然後蘸碟腸粉嘅豉油,兩者應該好夾。碟叉燒腸嘅叉燒完全唔肥同埋唔油膩,蜜汁甜味適中,基本上唔使蘸豉油,不過既然有碟豉油,當然都要蘸吓啦,一樣都係好好食。

湯皇鮮竹卷嘅湯味比較清,唔覺得油膩,但喺豬肉味太過濃,咬第一啖果陣湯同豬肉味會喺口入面快速擴散,有啲掩蓋咗鮮竹味,我諗可能叫碟腸粉,然後蘸碟腸粉嘅豉油,兩者應該好夾。

同同事係佢新開張無耐時(7月中)就去左試呢間野,最值得一讚既係佢上菜好快。因為間野近公司,所以揀佢黎食個快lunch都得。平日既價都好抵,份量唔細。因為係新開,d餐具都好靚好新淨~加分位粥係好大碗,目測絕對裝到5個碗仔,先28蚊好抵~叉燒腸視覺效果望落都好大碟下🙊佢d點心做得好,價錢合約~不得不提佢個名軒小湯包,超級抵食先12.8,最緊要係好食!係紅棗糕一般左dd,好多倒汗水係面,太霖,不過佢上菜快又價錢抵就真係唔可以要求咁多~ 絕對係可以成日去既飲茶新去處~
