呢碟乾炒牛河真係超級大碟,顏色都好吸引吓,而且完全可以食到每種食材各自嘅味道,牛肉超嫩滑,每食一啖都feel到有好濃嘅牛肉味,不過太大塊啦,產生咗牛肉好似好少嘅假象(其實好多牛肉),真係要同人爭食,好彩同行嘅人唔係好食牛。湯皇鮮竹卷嘅湯味比較清,唔覺得油膩,但喺豬肉味太過濃,咬第一啖果陣湯同豬肉味會喺口入面快速擴散,有啲掩蓋咗鮮竹味,我諗可能叫碟腸粉,然後蘸碟腸粉嘅豉油,兩者應該好夾。碟叉燒腸嘅叉燒完全唔肥同埋唔油膩,蜜汁甜味適中,基本上唔使蘸豉油,不過既然有碟豉油,當然都要蘸吓啦,一樣都係好好食。
