正常份量,質地較結實,有點彈牙,味道則稍淡。可惜墊底的腐竹,油炸後處理不當,有點「益」味,影響了牛肉球整體的味道。

年初五食下午茶,睇咗好多間餐廳,最終揀咗明棧,原因是見到西多士賣相好吸引。下午6:00入到去餐廳,入面大約有八成滿,下午茶套餐供應時間至下午6:30,我地叫咗三個下午茶套餐:碎沙律大脆豬、西多士和炸魚薯條。碎蛋沙律大脆豬,個豬仔包好脆,外脆內軟好味道,蛋沙律就份量比較少,味道可接受。西多士比平常的厚咗好多,切落去好鬆軟,食落去好味道,不過糖漿太少。炸魚薯條就比較失色,炸的時間過長,硬左少少,有待改善。整體來說,價錢合理,可以推介俾朋友。

They are not friendly to Chinese speaking tourists and yet do not understand English. Gave me very bad attitude and servers with slight age(only the young chap has a better attitude). Food is not cheap and quite oily. The roasted meat is still okay. Even the bad servers at Australian Diary Company did not make me that angry. Beware if you do not speak Cantonese. I left the restaurant with a lot of anger. Not recommended and will not return.

今日去佐敦明棧食午餐,但入去坐位時,我個袋唔小心掃到格離台既奶茶,我已即時同格離台既人講對唔住,事情已發生了多次,職員無改善,反而將責任推落客人身上,這時待客之道嗎但佐敦明棧有個肥婆職員態度勁差,又係我面前話我無禮貌,又係到單單打打,建議大家唔好去。

明棧是一家茶餐廳,餐牌應有盡有,吃過小炒,或是一般的福建炒飯、蛋牛飯,都有水準; 燒味(叉燒)更是它的招牌菜,肥瘦適中很不錯。這次快食點了燒鴨米(瀨粉賣光了),來的是鴨脾,配上醬汁,很滋味。米粉湯也挺好喝。如果想吃頓快飯,明棧是好選擇。

下午茶到1830,又可以當晚餐食!呢度啲阿哥阿姐,好似村屋隔壁大哥哥大姐姐,語氣唔係咁溫柔,但係行動很細心。話說有次友人話要個湯河,點知塞車,最後打包走,阿哥竟然將啲湯倒了,換過啲熱湯入碗... (下刪一百字)。既然自稱燒味餐廳,燒鵝燒鴨分清楚,有誠意,當然要食!下午茶單拼($36)色/雙拼($40)燒味湯瀨/河/粉,仲有杯飲品。上枱好大一碗河,燒味份量夠而賣相靚。叉燒夠林又夠味,鴨皮夠香,鴨肉肉質尚可,唔點梅醬都夠味。話說之前試過明棧晚市四人餐,碟燒味拼盤真係勁驚喜,成個餐食飽六個人(包括好細食嘅女將),其他小菜都唔差。人在附近的話,要試一試明棧嘅燒味啊!
