本人很喜歡吃焗豬扒飯,個人認為好食嘅豬扒飯是:多汁,juicy ,炒飯底但唔會超乾豬肉有醃製,有味,唔會有冰鮮味唔可以乾,有足夠芝士係面,茄汁要夠惹味,而明棧既 茄汁焗豬扒飯,都幾好食,雖然唔算人生最好食頭二位,但都有三四位因為佢多汁,而汁有足夠蕃茄味,另外飯底有菇有洋蔥,令到口感更加豐富豬扒亦都淋,有醃製過,夠味,即叫即焗,都有誠意,8分下午茶只需50元!抵!杯奶茶都唔錯,茶底夠濃,奶夠滑,8分食左二日😂😂

現在吃一個早餐,在連鎖式茶餐廳,差不多$40;在一些住宅區,也差不多$36-38。在佐敦明棧,竟然$34可以吃到一個沙爹牛肉麵、煎蛋麵包、奶茶的早餐,真抵食!Honey點沙爹牛肉麵、煎蛋、午餐肉、餐包、熱奶茶 $34(出前一丁 +$5)質素幾好。連出前一丁,整個餐$39,抵!我就點芝士火腿三文治、奶茶 $30真抵!

Very crammed as a proper chaa chan teng should be.
The high turnover rate makes it possible to have free tables most of the time. Very noisy or lively, depending how you look at it.



Weekday lunch set that rotates depending on the day helps keeping things affordable and interesting. I start to see why people come here.



But the food was too salty.
I got the three barbecue meat combo and it was not great.
This place is supposee to have great meats but it was all very dry.
Generous portions but I wasn’t all that happy about that. Much of a bad thing, who wants that anyway.

強烈推薦各位街坊和朋友去這間餐廳。我在佐敦住了四年,每個禮拜都會去至少三次,真的好吃到這個樣子!從招牌菜,去到各味廣東菜和一般茶餐廳常見的菜式和飲品,明棧的味道都比一般茶餐廳特別,比一般茶餐廳好多了,服務好但不收服務費。我和女朋友每次去的時候,兩個人消費一般不會超過$160.   而且因為我女朋友是食素的,廚房很彈性,可以做走肉的版本。明棧的員工十分友好,由於我們是熟客,所以幾乎每次去的時候都可以用VIP卡,而且可以用八達通埋單,非常方便。真心推薦在油尖旺區和太子的街坊和朋友有空去試試。我們上載了一些最近在明棧食飯的照片給大家欣賞!
