返咗成日工捱得咁辛苦又係時候收工去食好西啦!今日約咗朋友去元朗試一試泰國菜🇹🇭「薄荷葉」餐廳老闆好親民☺️極力向我地推介咗幾個菜式,食落都唔錯前菜係甜柚鮮蝦沙律🥗柚子,蔬菜加上原隻大蝦🍤!食落肚,酸酸甜甜,認真開胃,令我食慾大開接著係泰式燒豬髀仔!聽老闆講衣家貨源豬仔骨相對size比較細,所以佢哋一啲都唔吝嗇比多嚿,認真抵讚👍👍👍 豬髀仔表面搽左一層叉燒蜜汁,每一件都啖啖肉,再蘸上泰式辣醬,好香口😋再嚟一碟傳統泰國美食,黃咖喱🥘配新鮮雞加薄餅,份量唔惹少,同平時食開辣咖喱有啲唔一樣,呢到咖喱偏甜適合香港人口味,新鮮雞冇雪味。薄餅香脆可口,點埋咖喱汁落去,簡直係絕配😋😋😋最後一碟椒鹽魔鬼魚🐟係我最期待嘅美食,經過廚師嘅高溫煎炸,條魚香脆到連骨都可以食埋,配搭埋特色嘅酸甜醬及青醬別有一番風味!最後亦叫咗兩杯嘢飲青檸梳打及泰式石榴汁🥂🍹。吃飽喝夠,為今日畫上一個完美句號。
