水戶日本料理-夏日熱辣辣,特登走到入粉嶺郊遊。郊遊之前決定食個日本野,係OpenRice見到呢間小店嘅評價都幾好,就同一個減肥嘅朋友決定食佢啦!-唔知係咪星期六日嘅關係冇lunch set,所以我哋就係main Menu嗰度揀左一個壽司拼盤,另外加咗3款壽司同埋蕃茄海鮮烏冬-壽司拼盤有10件唔同嘅壽司,個人最欣賞嘅係佢嘅飯係好細粒, 唔係出面啲迴轉壽司咁大舊。如果唔鍾意食飯或者鍾意食魚生嘅朋友就會覺得正!另外佢嘅吞拿魚腩、池魚、油甘魚全部都好肥美同新鮮, 冇諗過喺粉嶺一間咁細嘅街坊小店會食到咁新鮮嘅魚生!-至於佢嘅蕃茄湯海鮮烏冬就失色啲!湯底明顯係用茄膏開出嚟,青口同埋蝦都係雪貨。-如果要食,建議大家都係食壽司類別,熟食就一般啦!

有10件唔同嘅壽司,個人最欣賞嘅係佢嘅飯係好細粒, 唔係出面啲迴轉壽司咁大舊。如果唔鍾意食飯或者鍾意食魚生嘅朋友就會覺得正!
另外佢嘅吞拿魚腩、池魚、油甘魚全部都好肥美同新鮮, 冇諗過喺粉嶺一間咁細嘅街坊小店會食到咁新鮮嘅魚生!

因想食日本野,上open rice睇到呢間門面ok,疫情期間無乜人,所以諗住一試。一試之下中伏,其實碗面賣相可以,但湯底淡而無味,而d面又好淋,麻油味好重,成個感覺似食緊出前一丁,但問題在其實價錢不便宜,$68仲要加一(lunch)註明:佢門口貼左午餐menu,但無寫星期六日是無lunch,入到去坐底先知。另外,員工態度亦麻麻,我唔知係趕落場定點,食完野好趕住收碗碟,轉頭仲比埋張單叫要埋單先,埋完單全部呢埋哂無理過我地,其實,如果趕落場可以一早通知不做我們生意吧,真係想坐多陣感覺都唔係咁舒服。講真,疫情期間仲要咁做生意,真係想講句,祝你好運吧!

其實粉嶺已經好耐冇d日本料理小房,最近知道開左一間就一於黎試試佢😎小食就叫咗個炸雞軟骨,表面睇好似平平無奇咁,但精粹在於個醬入面,佢係千島醬底加咗少少辣醬係入面,食落有千島醬嘅甜味亦都有少少辣嘅後徑令成個感覺升華咗好多😍😍感覺新鮮,值得一讚👍🏻第二樣小食就係呢個三文魚燒餅,呢個食落就真係麻麻哋,先唔講冇乜三文魚味,本身嘅燒餅製作都唔合格,圖中都見到佢冇乜燒汁醬,食落口感都比較粉,完全唔合格🤷🏻‍♂️壽司就試咗呢個牛油果軟殼蟹卷,軟殼蟹新鮮炸起都有啲餘溫,認真唔錯👍🏻配上牛油果就唔會太油膩,蟹籽都增加左口感,好食🤤主食就試咗個海膽炒飯,同想像中有啲出入,仲以為會成個炒飯都有海膽味,原來淨係喺個炒飯上面加咗海膽😂不過最失望嘅係個炒飯本身都冇乜味,個人覺得就麻麻哋啦🧐總括來講就唔算係啲好好食嘅日本料理餐廳,不過勝在佢價錢都真係幾平,想過下癮食日本嘢嘅都可以落街一試🤔🤔

第二樣小食就係呢個三文魚燒餅,呢個食落就真係麻麻哋,先唔講冇乜三文魚味,本身嘅燒餅製作都唔合格,圖中都見到佢冇乜燒汁醬,食落口感都比較粉,完全唔合格🤷🏻‍♂️
