是次晚飯,一家人揀左可以book位既水戶。對比出面間爭鮮,明顯沒有那麼多人。水戶位置較入,裝修都是日系風。我地點左拉麵,炒飯,餃子,壽司,卷物,玉子燒,天婦羅:海膽炒飯比較好,味道好,飯較軟。另外就是卷物。整體食物一般,但比較便宜。

星期六又同媽咪出左粉嶺中心既呢間水戶食晏,可能假日中午關係比較多人,我地等左15分鐘左右有人走先入到座。三文魚腩刺身真係必點既,一尼係媽咪既最愛,二尼佢夠晒厚切同肥美,同連鎖店真係冇得比。相比起三文魚,海膽係我近年既新歡,好可惜除左係日本食先甜之外,香港冇咩邊間我食過係好食既海膽,呢次冒險叫左一板,雖然色澤差少少,但味道都算OK既。比埋紫菜我地自己捲,都幾貼心。牛舌我地上次都有食,佢燒得好juicy,調味只係用左鹽同黑椒,咬落一D都唔韌,非常好食!!!最後叫左吉列豬扒烏冬,烏冬係扁身烏冬,都幾掛湯。即叫即炸吉列豬扒炸得唔油膩,有咬口。

剛好去完流水嚮行山,係火車站搵間餐廳食Lunch,就黎左呢間日本野啦!好在唔使點等位就可以入座價錢都係大路,唔係貴得離譜個種啦!我地兩個人就叫左幾樣野,味道都唔錯呀!我就最愛食鰻魚,所以見到芝士鰻魚卷就點了!另外,要補充行完山既營養,點了有益既牛油果軟殼蟹卷啦!此外,見隔離枱既刺身都唔錯,就叫埋個海膽刺身丼啦!首先,芝士鰻魚卷的厚芝士好有咬口,但不會太油膩,而鰻魚肉就有點兒細粒,而且芝士的奶酪味就蓋過鰻魚的燒魚味。牛油果軟殼蟹卷用上成熟又有點兒軟的牛油果,不會太過生,甜甜地都OK,而軟殼蟹就好足料,不但大大隻,而且炸得好炸皮,無叫錯呀!至於最好食就係海膽刺身丼,海膽個樣雖然黑黑地,以為唔新鮮,但應該係用左馬糞海膽,顏色比較深色,但好鮮甜呀!而配有3款刺身都係厚切,爽口又鮮甜。食完飯,就行去火車站各散東西啦!

我地兩個人就叫左幾樣野,味道都唔錯呀!
我就最愛食鰻魚,所以見到芝士鰻魚卷就點了!
另外,要補充行完山既營養,點了有益既牛油果軟殼蟹卷啦!
此外,見隔離枱既刺身都唔錯,就叫埋個海膽刺身丼啦!

首先,芝士鰻魚卷的厚芝士好有咬口,但不會太油膩,而鰻魚肉就有點兒細粒,而且芝士的奶酪味就蓋過鰻魚的燒魚味。
牛油果軟殼蟹卷用上成熟又有點兒軟的牛油果,不會太過生,甜甜地都OK,而軟殼蟹就好足料,不但大大隻,而且炸得好炸皮,無叫錯呀!
至於最好食就係海膽刺身丼,海膽個樣雖然黑黑地,以為唔新鮮,但應該係用左馬糞海膽,顏色比較深色,但好鮮甜呀!而配有3款刺身都係厚切,爽口又鮮甜。

食完飯,就行去火車站各散東西啦!

剛好經過粉嶺中心,就想說很久沒吃過拉面,買一個外賣回家吃好了(一個人比較不喜歡堂食,感覺會很礙桌子什麼的)選好要豬軟肉拉面以後,特意要求店員要湯和面分開裝,店員就說為了確保面不會糊,所以湯和面一定是分開裝的。好吧,這一點是比較用心,可當然多用外賣盒子就是要加錢的。之前和朋友堂食的時候選過那加錢的湯底,可我忘了那叫什麼湯底,反正就個人覺得湯頭比較濃和咸了一點,所以這一次就選了不加錢,原來的湯底好了。回到家以後,面是一餅這樣子,可是沒有到糊啦,有點可惜的是溏心蛋翻了,不知道是裝的時候翻了還是我沒拿好弄翻了,但是不得不說,這蛋做得挺好吃的,不會太咸,可是又很有味道,而且裡面蛋白的部分還有一點生生的,嫩嫩的這樣子,可惜就因為翻了,沒拍到照片。面的部分個人覺得還好,不過不失。肉的部分很嫩,軟骨很容易咬開,絕對沒有太硬,咬到累都沒辦法吃完這樣子。到重點我最愛的湯頭部分了,比較上一次那要加錢的湯底,我個人更加喜歡這個不加錢的湯底,味道一樣很濃很有味道,可是又不會很咸,上次那個加錢的,湯一定要和面一起吃,不然就會很咸,這個就很好,我超愛喝湯的,這個給我兩碗我都可以把他喝完。就在粉嶺來說,給果要吃日本料

帶子刺身有驚喜😍, 口感厚實, 味道鮮甜, 唔錯!! 而甜蝦就屬一般水平, 味道較淡。

2. 牛油果軟殼蟹卷

屬中上水平, 本身喜歡牛油果, 所以對個卷都ok!

3. 加州卷

屬正常水平, 略嫌有點咸。

4. 芝士鰻魚卷

一開始以為係同元氣果隻差唔多(味道唔夾), 但佢既芝士同鰻魚都幾夾, 下次會再order!

5. 豬軟骨/雞肉/炸餃子拉面

五十幾蚊既價位黎講算係唔錯🙂 expect 有既都有, 3款之中豬軟骨較為出色

6.火炙三文魚

呢個有d失望, 因為舖面既芝士太咸🤦🏻‍♀️, 本人幾鐘意炙燒, 唔知下次會唔會好d

今日大年初五,拜年前去搵間餐廳食個lunch先,由於我哋會去粉嶺拜年,就睇吓粉嶺附近有冇好嘢食!我哋發現粉嶺中心地下有間門面幾別緻日本菜餐廳,橫掂阿女又想食日本菜,就入去試吓啦!我哋叫咗個烏冬同叉燒拉麵做主打,另外在叫咗個清酒煮蜆同金菇牛肉卷,再叫多幾客壽司,個清酒煮蜆堅係正,一大鍋粒粒蜆都勁肥美,而且新鮮,性價比高!壽司更不在話下,三文魚壽司新鮮又大塊,價錢又大眾化!烏冬同個拉麵都係一絕,烏冬彈牙,阿女成個烏冬食晒咁滯!各位住粉嶺嘅街坊真係要試吓呢間水戶日本料理啦!
