The tea set was all savory treats, and we paired it with a bottle of Moët. I would say the portion is fairly big, by comparing to normal afternoon tea definition. The bottom were Pan con tomate with 3 types of ham (4 slices each, quite generous!). Middle one was a salmon spread with 4 wheat or rye biscuit (?) and cheesy potato tots! This brings back uni memories. Top level contains 3 dishes - mushroom arancini, lobster roll, beef burger. It's literally a party of carbs! Good carbs tho hehe 



The most surprising one was the burger, it has a sweet aftertaste, which makes the tea set more complete, given there are no desserts. It has a Japanese/Asian touch, and it's less greasy than normal burgers, with the mini onion ring and Japanese pickles, the bread seems to be sweetened by honey too. Other components were also finely made, very willing to head back for another themed tea set!

The starter platter is absolutely stunning, what a delicious spread of food. The homemade foie gras with cherry jelly is so rich and creamy, perfect spread on toasted buttery brioche which can be refilled! (yes there’s never enough bread for me 🤪) The octopus kimchi salad has my favorite spicy asian flavor, octopus is so tender. Tuna Niçoise salad with sherry dressing is refreshing and the tuna is so generous!

Then it’s dessert time! Dessert platter to share including A Peach sorbet, Watermelon, strawberry vanilla Mille feuille, chocolate caramel mousse, almond biscuit. Don’t know if I’m just too full or what, the desserts are pretty average and just not particularly memorable. The best dessert is in fact the Chocolate tart with coffee ice cream (a complimentary birthday treat)

Definitely one of the BEST brunch deals considering it already includes free flow drinks. Even when we’re not heavy drinkers, just the quality (and quantity!) of food on its own justified the price. It felt like 3 meals in one.

The afternoon tea set we ordered was $6xx per person, I prefer savory over sweet, my friend is the opposite, and frankly we don’t rmb eating one dish that we like or felt it was good! How disappointed! However I like the decor and service there, it would be nice to hv a drink there.

The other appetizers were served together as well. I think the table was meant for just 2 people yet since there were 3 of us , the table was a bit crowded when everything was served, on top of the glasses of wine. I think a better way would be first either to serve the bread and the tuna tartare and Tasmanian salmon first before serving the appetizers on the boat, or vice versa.

All 3 of us ordered the steak and it was a perfect medium rare. The bread in the dish was not as crunchy as I hoped but with the sauce it was still good. However, one problem of the dish was the temperature was just right when served yet it cooled down quite quickly even for a person like me who eats pretty fast. Maybe they have to warm up the plate/bowl a bit as well to prevent it from cooling down too quickly.

Dessert was totally amazing. It was my favorite berry theme. All the desserts were on the tart side yet they added some elements (meringue, pistachio, chocolate) to balance it out. 

The servers were all polite and friendly. They even introduced their next theme which would be Floral(I guess matching Spring). Looking forward to try their Vintage Brunch.

Despite 1 or 2 finer points, overall for this price to enjoy such a great brunch, it was definitely a great one.

This bar is located in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, but also offering food for customers. Coming here on Sat evening we were surprised to find that it was relatively quiet, and we were able to have a nice sofa seats all by ourselves. Ordering a glass of Albarino ($100) and a glass of white peach juice ($98) to start, we decided to go for the 3-course menu ($368 per person). I opted for Yellowfin Tuna Tartare, and the presentation is surprisingly nice, beautifully plated. There are plenty of tuna cut into small cubes, marinated well with lemon juice, and added with cucumber, capers, caviar lime and jalapeno. Refreshing and appetizing, I think if the tuna can be chopped even finer it would be perfect. My wife had the Chicken Caesar Salad which is also quite nice.

For the main course both of us chose Hainan Chicken. The traditional Singaporean style chicken is poached in ginger and lemongrass but unfortunately for us it is very bland and tasted nothing. The hot lemongrass rice and Shanghai bok choy were decent, while the sweet soy sauce, ginger and chili paste was not particularly impressive. The only thing memorable was the chili paste was truly spicy, and able to add some needed flavors to the chicken.

I chose the Homemade Yogurt Sorbet for dessert, which was simple and no-frill. My wife had chosen the Fruit Platter instead, with a much better portion having orange, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, dragon fruit, water melon and pineapple. The fruit is fresh and sweet, and comparatively more appealing too.

Service was quite good, with the staff attentive and friendly. The bill on the night was $1,027 which was very reasonable, even though the seating is not meant for a proper meal so you would feel a bit awkward. Still I would say this place is better to enjoy a drink and some snacks than to eat your lunch or dinner.

咁。但又唔覺眼有人喺你去緊嘅時候清楚嫁喎!!

然後發現,清潔姐姐喺後面通道,一見有人去完就會入去清潔...呢種細心真係要讚!疫情下清潔好重要,佢仲要喺你神不知鬼不覺又唔騷擾客人情況下做...好欣賞佢哋嘅服務水平

始終,文華呢個品牌真係老字號無得頂!無論金定銀,都同樣出色
