Always wanted to try MO Bar brunch but somehow SOMM and Amber always had one promotion or another so I was finally able to come today.We chose the Belvedere Brunch(598) and got to try Moet and Chandon Champagne as well as 4 different types of cocktails.The Islander's Cup definitely looked cute but my favorite would be the Mango Mania. To match their seafood theme, the appetizers were served on a boat. My favorite was the oyster especially with the apple granite on top.

The other appetizers were served together as well. I think the table was meant for just 2 people yet since there were 3 of us , the table was a bit crowded when everything was served, on top of the glasses of wine. I think a better way would be first either to serve the bread and the tuna tartare and Tasmanian salmon first before serving the appetizers on the boat, or vice versa.

All 3 of us ordered the steak and it was a perfect medium rare. The bread in the dish was not as crunchy as I hoped but with the sauce it was still good. However, one problem of the dish was the temperature was just right when served yet it cooled down quite quickly even for a person like me who eats pretty fast. Maybe they have to warm up the plate/bowl a bit as well to prevent it from cooling down too quickly.

The bowls of the sides however, were likely warmed up so even by the end, the sides were still warm and tasty.

Dessert was totally amazing. It was my favorite berry theme. All the desserts were on the tart side yet they added some elements (meringue, pistachio, chocolate) to balance it out. 

The servers were all polite and friendly. They even introduced their next theme which would be Floral(I guess matching Spring). Looking forward to try their Vintage Brunch.

Despite 1 or 2 finer points, overall for this price to enjoy such a great brunch, it was definitely a great one.
