今日是我一位好友的生日,他很喜歡喝日本酒,所以我就揀咗尖沙咀一間日式居酒屋,這裏有頗多的酒類選擇。我們先來一杯柚子梅酒及薑汽水割燒酎,然後再點了一支質素很高的大吟釀, 竟然有買一送一優惠!真是抵飲😗😗當然我們點了一些小食佐酒,如鯡魚子昆布、山藥串炸, 串炸炸得脆而不油, 再加上濃郁的醬汁,非常惹味, 其後的燒鱈魚干、芝士魚餅和海膽醬凍豆腐等。更是佐酒一流,特別是燒鱈魚干真係食唔停手😋之後肚有點餓, 叫了刺身五點定食及串揚雞肉定食,喜出望外這裏的刺身竟然如此新鮮,特別是兩隻生蝦, 大隻爽口非常好味。雞肉串有四種味道,串串都香酥肉嫩,也是送酒之選。這間餐廳位於高層有開揚景觀而且室內裝修雅致怡人,員工的服務態度又非常殷勤。以這個收費有這麼高質的飲料、 食物,不用多說性價比甚高必定會再來。

難得同朋友出黎尖沙咀,就諗住搵間餐廳可以慢慢傾下計食下野。見到有人派傳單系類似一間日本居酒屋,見到野食環境都唔錯,就跟住個員工上去試試佢!果然無令我失望!Amela超甜蕃茄諗住開一開胃就叫左呢個前菜,名副其實超甜蕃茄,唔會比酸味蓋過甜味,都幾開胃!西班牙黑毛豬肋條員工介紹黑毛豬系食橡樹,所以唔使燒到全熟,而豬肋條上面配有辣味蘿蔔溶同蔥花,一咬感覺肉好爽滑,油脂滿布口腔,辣味蘿蔔溶完全將口感昇華!明太子配青瓜一咬入口明太子完全泌哂出黎滿布口腔,辣辣地,而青瓜的作用可以中和辣味,口感會更佳!四式雞肉炸串用左四種醬料來配雞肉串,包括梅醬、芥末、明太小同芝士,雞肉炸得岩岩好,好有肉汁,每種醬都帶有唔同風味,個人認為芥末好出色,同雞肉好夾!蝦餅三文魚籽蝦餅好爽口彈牙,份量都幾大,配上他他醬同三文魚籽,完全帶出蝦的鮮甜同層次!熱烏冬每次去日本餐廳一定會叫一碗熱烏冬試試佢正唔正宗,果然冇令我失望,烏冬夠熱同彈牙,湯底亦十分鮮甜,超滿意!

西班牙黑毛豬肋條
員工介紹黑毛豬系食橡樹,所以唔使燒到全熟,而豬肋條上面配有辣味蘿蔔溶同蔥花,一咬感覺肉好爽滑,油脂滿布口腔,辣味蘿蔔溶完全將口感昇華!
