同老人家慶祝生日,一行八人食得滿足。雖然係食午餐,但我哋就好似晚宴一樣,全部都係嗌小菜。老人家早食飯,所以我哋11:30am一開門已經到餐廳。由於之前已經訂咗枱,所以服務員都好快已經帶我哋去預留咗嘅大圓枱。叫咗總共10樣嘢,大致上都好味嘅,唯獨是個炒菜預先同服務員講可唔可以煮得腍啲,方便老人家食,但出嚟嘅效果都仲係好硬。最出色係個雞,皮脆,肉滑,好香濃嘅煙燻味👍🏻。原本個客戶體驗都好好,幫我哋嗰幾個服務員都好周到,寬容有禮,但去到差不多食完之際,有一位應該係比較高級嘅女服務員(因為只有佢着米色西裝褸,所以直覺佢係比較高級)行埋嚟,用一個好不願意嘅眼神同埋語氣,問我哋究竟訂咗幾多個壽桃包?同埋我哋啲嘢食完未?首先壽桃包唔係我哋訂嘅,係之前留枱嘅時候餐廳知道我哋係慶祝生日,主動話送俾我哋,所以我哋根本唔知佢送幾多個。第二我哋食完未其實望吓張枱應該知道,佢最差嘅就係佢嘅tone and manner,原本一家人同老人家做生日開開心心,俾佢一句咁樣嘅說話破壞晒😤。反而其他着黑衫,應該係比較junior嘅服務員都見到呢個情況,之後都過嚟同我哋講唔好意思。 continue reading

過完聖誕,好快就到中國人另一個最受歡迎既節日“春節”。大家最好就一早訂定位食團年飯,今次就介紹一間不論環境、地點同食物質素都有保證既中菜館。係將軍澳The LOHAS 早幾個月就開了一間“御•家上海”,是在同集團中級別最高的。鄰近地鐵站之餘,環境坐得好舒服,大檯園檯小檯都有,三幾位可以,一家十人都得無問題。四喜烤麩醬油味好重,而且質地軟熟,味道好正宗。老上海醬油拌螺肉花螺是煮至入味再起肉,煙煙韌韌的口感,微微地好惹味,佐酒一流。蜜汁脆鱔蜜味重,鱔身粗,咬落脆口,灑上芝麻多了香氣,我鍾意。脆香醬茶鴨配荷葉包好乾身,鴨肉味濃郁,油份又不覺多,配上荷葉包食啱啱好。鹹肉翡翠炒山藥以鐵棍山藥吸收了鹹肉的鹹香味,食落有點爽口,很有趣的配搭。瑤柱菜螃蟹質地嫩滑,加入蠶豆增色之餘,令口感更佳。椒鹽小黃魚(兩條)炸得好乾身,魚味突出,又毫無腥味,連皮食是正常不過。揚州紅蚊鴨四寶以濃油赤醬的方式處理,有鴨肉、鴨腸、鴨紅及鴨腎,煮得恰好,鴨腸及鴨肉毫不覺老,鴨腎又爽彈,正。家鄉咸雞豬蹄炆冬瓜全晚最喜歡的一道菜,以長時間炆煮豬蹄,令骨膠原融入湯汁之中,冬瓜吸收了雞汁及豬油的香味,美味到一個點,建議把湯汁拌白飯。濃雞汁蘿蔔說起店方名物,濃雞汁蘿蔔可說是其中之一,蘿蔔選得好又入味,煮至軟稔,甜度自然透出,好味。糯米炒青蟹單尾的糯米飯蘸滿了蟹汁,令每粒飯都帶有鮮味,在秋冬季節吃糯米飯最好不過。荔枝蝦球(四件)賣相惟妙惟肖,真係好似荔枝,外層脆卜卜,而蝦丸好彈牙,不錯。脆煎灌湯小籠包店方名物,底部煎至脆卜卜,咬落是熱燙的湯汁,多是來從未令人失望過。桂花拉糕軟糯的口感,滿滿的桂花香,好受女士歡迎。酒釀丸子竟然不覺有常見的酸味,丸子Q彈,有水準。高力豆沙香蕉在高力豆沙中藏有香蕉,咬開便傳來馥郁的香氣,尤其是熱辣辣仲正。 continue reading

呢間嘢都新開咗一段時間但係我最近先有機會去試試咗佢個下午茶入到去覺得佢個環境好靚好grand佢個茶仲可以有幾隻可以揀我嗌咗兩個下午茶餐嗌咗一個排骨菜飯加四喜烤麩$78估唔到佢個排骨菜飯都幾多啲菜飯我食唔曬四喜烤麩就係特色嘢都幾好味招牌十景揚州炒飯加女兒紅醉雞$78佢個揚州炒飯有好多好大嘅蝦金黃色的炒飯炒得粒粒分明女兒紅醉雞就整得好精緻好入味佢真係幾大份結果我都係食唔曬一分錢一分貨野食幾好味有機會可再試下其他款 continue reading
