同老人家慶祝生日,一行八人食得滿足。雖然係食午餐,但我哋就好似晚宴一樣,全部都係嗌小菜。老人家早食飯,所以我哋11:30am一開門已經到餐廳。由於之前已經訂咗枱,所以服務員都好快已經帶我哋去預留咗嘅大圓枱。叫咗總共10樣嘢,大致上都好味嘅,唯獨是個炒菜預先同服務員講可唔可以煮得腍啲,方便老人家食,但出嚟嘅效果都仲係好硬。最出色係個雞,皮脆,肉滑,好香濃嘅煙燻味👍🏻。原本個客戶體驗都好好,幫我哋嗰幾個服務員都好周到,寬容有禮,但去到差不多食完之際,有一位應該係比較高級嘅女服務員(因為只有佢着米色西裝褸,所以直覺佢係比較高級)行埋嚟,用一個好不願意嘅眼神同埋語氣,問我哋究竟訂咗幾多個壽桃包?同埋我哋啲嘢食完未?首先壽桃包唔係我哋訂嘅,係之前留枱嘅時候餐廳知道我哋係慶祝生日,主動話送俾我哋,所以我哋根本唔知佢送幾多個。第二我哋食完未其實望吓張枱應該知道,佢最差嘅就係佢嘅tone and manner,原本一家人同老人家做生日開開心心,俾佢一句咁樣嘅說話破壞晒😤。反而其他着黑衫,應該係比較junior嘅服務員都見到呢個情況,之後都過嚟同我哋講唔好意思。 continue reading

呢間嘢都新開咗一段時間但係我最近先有機會去試試咗佢個下午茶入到去覺得佢個環境好靚好grand佢個茶仲可以有幾隻可以揀我嗌咗兩個下午茶餐嗌咗一個排骨菜飯加四喜烤麩$78估唔到佢個排骨菜飯都幾多啲菜飯我食唔曬四喜烤麩就係特色嘢都幾好味招牌十景揚州炒飯加女兒紅醉雞$78佢個揚州炒飯有好多好大嘅蝦金黃色的炒飯炒得粒粒分明女兒紅醉雞就整得好精緻好入味佢真係幾大份結果我都係食唔曬一分錢一分貨野食幾好味有機會可再試下其他款 continue reading

午飯時間已過,肚餓又懶得自煮,便來一個上海式下午茶。食肆人流不多,下午茶也可以選有景觀的座位,用餐之時亦可欣賞溜冰。既然有下午茶套餐供應,便點了兩款套餐,有主食亦有點心,絕對合乎經濟原則。小排骨是冷盤,有點出乎意料之外,排骨炆得很腍但肉有點柴,幸好大部份小排骨都有骨連筋增加嚼勁。炒年糕有勁度是喜歡的口感,薺菜像切碎了的雪菜,味帶微咸為年糕提鮮不少。小籠包是正常水準之作,最出色之處是熱烘烘上枱和豐富的肉汁。擔擔麵不錯,湯頭的花生香味濃郁,榨菜粒及肉糜為軟綿的麵條增添更佳口感。閨蜜愛吃小黃魚而小黃魚的確酥脆可口又不油,魚肉也鮮嫩是不錯的小食。津白的水準不過不失,上湯有咸肉的咸香味,如果上湯熱一點,味道必定更好。下午茶套餐加配可選甜品或飲品,檸檬薏米水清酸微甜,感覺沒太多負擔。 continue reading

御・家上海喺康城開分店啦!一直以黎,不論係家上海,定係御・家上海,品牌都係品質嘅保證,係性價比高既選擇,繼進駐大圍圍方後,又一新店開幕了!淮揚菜既前菜總係令人不失望— 「蜜汁脆鳝」、「四喜烤麩」皆係我嘅心頭好~而我認為當晚嘅MVP係「家鄉鹹雞豬蹄炆冬瓜」,豬蹄顏色粉嫩,係滿滿嘅骨膠原,冬瓜炆得既腍又入味,湯底濃郁~「招牌糯米炒青蟹」都挺有驚喜,米飯粒粒分明,糯米飯既部分盡收青蟹既精華假如係熟客嘅話,便知道「鐵板灌湯生煎包」乃係名物,脆底、皮薄餡靚!最滾動既係可以橫掃甜品餐牌,「貴妃楊枝甘露」、「夠薑湯丸」、「酒釀丸子」、「高力豆沙香蕉」、「流沙奶黃千層酥」,人多就是可以多點,整個餐牌有多達8款,特別推薦「原桶黑豆腐花」,而呢個最好提早點啊~ continue reading
