串燒選擇巨多,當然必叫半價優惠內串燒!主打的豚肉特別爽口有彈性.串燒當中個人特別推介香濃多汁的【波板糖豬腩串】入口油脂豐富同時豚肉質地有咬口. 【秋葵蝦】可愛的骰,把彈牙蝦肉融入秋葵內,燒得焦香,調味很好. 【豚肉鵪鶉蛋卷】亦帶有驚喜,兩者配搭平衡,味道突出.內裏鵪鶉蛋不會太乾身,就算很飽肚,也忍不住每人吃三顆.想加一點澱粉質,不妨試試【鵝肝配法包】,鵝肝醬濃郁帶香氣,法包亦脆口.

雖然每張枱面不大,但店員觀察入微,會按時收拾,毫無催趕壓迫感.跟朋友又不知不覺閑談暢食兩個多小時~

今晚同幾個朋友打完波搵野食,經過見到呢間串燒有做半價,仲有任飲,好似好正,walkin上到去氣氛幾好,閒日黎講都爆哂場,好彩有位咋,因為第一次上黎,唔知有咩好食,所以搵左個員工問下有咩介紹,原來呢道主打食豬肉,餐牌都有好多款色串燒,半價串燒都抵食,整體黎講味道唔錯,試左啲豬內臟,唔腥幾好食,豬肉都有叫左幾款,師父都燒得好香口,我地四個人都叫左任飲,魷魚一夜乾送酒一流,厚切牛舌必食,最後一人一個飯團,呢個好食,一定要試,員工都好好,每款串燒都會話返我地知係咩黎,有講有笑幾好玩,會再幫襯。

 Most Japanese yakitori restaurants primarily focus on beef, but this particular establishment stands out by offering a predominantly pork-based menu, with minimal options for beef or chicken. Despite preconceptions of pork being greasy and occasionally having an undesirable gamy taste, the pork skewers at this restaurant prove otherwise. The meat is tender, lightly seasoned with salt to enhance its natural flavors, and cooked to perfection without being overly dry.  這個燒豬肝非常值得推介,吃前還怕會有點腥味,原來一點也沒有,由於厚切的關係可以留有肉汁,口感更軟滑。至於豚肉秋葵卷 及豚肉露筍卷 ,兩者豬肉味道及質感相近,但個覺得前者較佳,因為露筍的味道較清淡,秋葵前較濃味,而且有多厚次的口感
