今晚約了朋友去崇光百貨購物,足足逛了四個小時,係時候搵間餐廳休息一下,順便晚飯。友人非常喜歡日式料理,知道崇光附近有一間居酒屋,絕對係友人鐘意的。先來刺身三款:三文魚,帶子,蝦非常鮮美,尤其帶子鮮甜。第一次食豬心,質感軟熟,少少辣椒粉調味,好食。雞翼燒得不乾身,保持肉汁,有嚼口。豬肝質感起沙,有嚼勁。翠玉瓜淋上芝士,增添味蕾多様化。原隻燒魷魚,火喉控制恰到好處,不會過硬,保持柔軟質感。喜歡的話,可加少許青檸汁和芥抹,另層次豐富一點。

銅鑼灣Mokumoku係主打豬串燒嘅日式居酒屋,仲會有好多唔同嘅豬內臟前菜日本凍蕃茄,加咗日式酸汁,凍凍地,酸酸地幾開胃芥末八爪魚,Wasabi味唔算好重,爽口,點佢都係攞嚟送酒食日本嘢多多少少都想食吓刺身,所以點咗刺身盛,分別有三文魚,牡丹蝦同日本帆立貝,新鮮,溫度幾好,唔會過凍食串燒之前都點咗個燒原隻魷魚,師傅冇將佢燒到好乾,表層有焦香入邊仍然有肉汁,所以食落唔會好韌,亦都係送酒嘅佳品串燒陸續上枱:豚肉芫荽卷,豚肉肥瘦相間,油脂豐富,捲着嘅芫荽都好嫩,唔會一口渣,我呢個芫荽控非常喜歡西班牙黑豚豬頸肉,豬頸肉爽口有油香,唔會好腍,越咬越有肉香內臟出場:豬肝最怕就係煮得過熟,會好硬,呢度師傅就燒得啱啱好,剛剛熟又唔會太硬,咬開有少少粉紅色。而調味以鹽燒為主,加少少七味粉吊一吊個香味就啱啱好燒豬腰,從來未食過豬腰係用燒嘅方法做,豬腰最怕就係去筋膜去得唔乾淨,會有一浸騷味。呢度應該係好捨得係用料上花功夫,切去大部份嘅筋膜,留返啱啱好一口一啖嘅薄片。而豬腰入口爽脆最緊要冇騷味幾啱食燒雞翼係日式串燒必點嘅,呢度火候控制都好好,皮脆肉嫩有肉汁,水準以上嘅日式燒雞翼最後加個芝士翠玉瓜,翠玉瓜比較淡
