喺尖沙咀上堂完畢,跟同學去食 Mokumoku Yakiton ,厚福街 交通方便。室內裝修走日本居酒屋路線,懷念下美好時光,坐著傾偈,非常輕鬆,性價比高。Ginger Highball Highball 好得我歡心,薑味特別,冰涼清爽。蒜子蕃茄沙律吃了開胃前菜,我和朋友吃過蒜子蕃茄沙律之後,繼續再點了各式各樣的串燒和飲品打卡。刺身時令鮮活魚因為坐吧枱見到師傅製作刺身拼盤,想起季節限定 秋刀魚刺身,不時不食,肉質鮮甜,新鮮好肥美。山形縣產煙燻豬腩山形縣產豬腩無得頂,煙燻烹調無得輸!有著微微煙燻香味,連皮帶肉,肥瘦相間,香噴噴滑嘟嘟,又嫩又飽滿,狠狠地咬下去,肉汁豐富到不得了,萬分陶醉。豬喉軟骨串趁熱食,刁鑽部位,師傅把豬喉軟骨串起來,抵食!我最愛口感乾爽彈牙,有嚼勁,份外滋味,食得暢快。芫荽卷喜歡食芫荽的朋友,一定很喜歡滿滿的芫荽卷,膠黏肥美豚肉,油脂旺盛,肉汁鎖住,豚肉雖然沒怎樣醃過,仍然散發出淡淡的肉香,濃濃的鮮味剛剛好。沖繩苦瓜沖繩苦瓜捲着免治豬肉,聽過苦瓜呢首歌,甘苦與共,真係百般滋味在心頭。苦中作樂,鹹鮮好味,咬落甜中帶甘,有驚喜。汁燒豬肝平時好少食豬肝,趁機會品嚐一下汁燒豬肝的美味,汁燒味突出,豬肝鮮味緊隨其後,還有爽脆口感點綴,生動活潑也可口。燒豬頭肉有咬口有軟骨,肉彈肉嫩,保持鮮味,食得過。自家製味噌煮油揚、蘿蔔、蒟蒻淺嚐巧製味噌煮,簡直受寵若驚,重量級蘿蔔,少少綿滑爆汁,油揚、蒟蒻散發微甜,吸收湯汁精華,熱熱的嘴嚼,暢快而且味道蠻不錯啊! continue reading

這間日式居酒屋是間日式豚肉串燒專門店,餐牌盡是多樣化的豚肉菜式,亦提供牛,雞,海鮮,刺身等,主打現烤串燒。先有個清甜的蒜子蕃茄沙律作一個開胃菜。生蠔新鮮大隻,海水味頗濃。煙燻豬腩就似厚切煙肉般,有陣陣煙燻味道,但不乾身。之後就點了多款不同特式的豚肉卷。花生芽豚肉卷。花生芽是花生苗,清甜爽脆,帶有輕輕的花生香,減輕肉的油膩感。子薑皮蛋豚肉卷,聽落好奇怪,但食落又是一個意想不到的組合,子薑味比較出,酸酸地中和肉的油膩感。流心蛋豚肉卷,配上一些櫻花蝦,味道很夾,是飽肚之選。金星豚肉林檎紅薑卷,無諗過豚肉夾著蘋果會係幾好食,食到有蘋果的香味,蘋果又不會太粉,還有少少微脆的口感,又可以中和油膩感。不介意食豬內臟的朋友,推介爽口的豬脷及豬顎骨,豬心則比較香辣惹味,豬耳就脆口,配上芝士醬又是另一個特別之選。除左豚肉卷,我推介沖繩苦瓜釀免治豬肉串,好特別,苦瓜清爽脆口,沒有苦味,只有甘味。及油甘魚腩配芥末漬,燒完既魚肉仍很嫩滑,芥末漬及青檸令味道清新不油膩。最後有燒菠蘿作甜品,十分滿足。 continue reading
