主打豬串燒嘅Mokumoku,去親都飲好多酒,好彩而家有自選 Sake 組合,慳唔少仲可以半價追加一款食品,我哋就揀咗西班牙豬肋骨肉但首先都食個日本凍蕃茄開吓胃先刺身揀最時令嘅秋刀魚,一年得兩三個月先有得食,錯過咗又要等一年。今日呢條秋刀好肥美,油份爆燈,食完想即刻 encore 再嚟個燒魚翅送吓酒,等待串燒上場車打芝士 Parma Ham 卷,要趁熱食,芝士仲會拉絲,同Ham嘅鹹香好夾,但要配酒,否則太鹹燒長蔥,熟咗嘅蔥不單會冇咗辛辣,仲有一種清甜味,清清口腔最啱林檎紅薑豬肉卷,用薄豬肉片包住日本林檎蘋果同紅薑,先食到蘋果甜再有紅薑嘅辛辣,味道複雜西班牙豬肋骨肉,肥瘦適中,而且有咬口,愈咬愈香油脂味花生苗豬肉卷,新鮮組合,花生苗獨特嘅清甜中和咗豬肉片嘅油膩青椒仔,最喜愛嘅日式串燒蔬菜豬聲帶,第一次食,肉味唔濃,主要食爽口月見免治豚肉,完全係免治雞肉串嘅做法,但豚肉就混合咗肥肉,油香更勝一籌喉結,同豬聲帶位置好近,爽口得嚟但多啲肉香,同樣好食最後再食個招牌燒菠蘿,菠蘿先灑上砂糖再用火槍燒熔,做到脆口嘅效果,甜中帶酸係我最愛嘅飯後甜品
