今日去咗尖沙咀一間叫「南瀛水產 」嘅餐廳食晚餐,餐廳嘅裝修喺帶有日式地道居酒屋嘅簡約設計,座位寬敞,每一張枱上面都有一個燒烤爐俾大家燒海鮮,店員服務態度親切,會介紹當日有咩時令食材推介。🍊活貝盛合 海鮮拼盤入面有蠔、鮑魚、扇貝各兩隻同大蜆四隻,有職員負責烹調,由燒熟到調味嘅過程都有人幫手。兩隻蠔嘅尺寸都好大隻,燒熟之後口感仍然軟滑,用鹽同五味粉輕輕調味可以提升鮮味;蜆肉清甜多汁,每一隻都好飽滿;鮑魚燒完之後仍然爽口彈牙;扇貝味道鮮甜,肉質鮮嫩🍊蟹味噌甲羅燒 甲羅燒喺蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹籽同鵪鶉蛋係蟹殼上面燒,有職員幫手燒,將所有材料混合然後再燒熟,帶有鮮甜同鹹香嘅味道,軟滑嘅蟹膏入面夾雜着一絲絲嘅蟹肉同爽脆嘅蟹籽,口感層次豐富🍊 銀鱈魚西京燒 每碟有兩片銀鱈魚,用西京燒嘅方法烹調令到魚肉更入味,帶有日式醬油嘅甜味,魚皮燒到香脆而旁邊帶有豐富嘅魚脂,魚肉食落好重魚油香,只有好少量嘅魚骨,配有沙律醬同醃有辣醬嘅蒜頭,個人覺得西京燒同沙律醬係最夾嘅組合🍊卷物卷物我哋嗌咗南瀛卷、三文魚卷同鐵火卷。南瀛卷喺餐廳嘅招牌卷物,材料非常豐富,頂層有一隻甜蝦,中層有鮮甜嘅海膽同吞拿魚蓉,底層有包住松葉蟹肉同青瓜絲嘅卷物,旁邊有爽脆嘅三文魚籽,食落非常有層次;三文魚卷同鐵火卷係正常發揮,食材新鮮。🍊 鹽燒白鰻白鰻嘅魚肉肥美,用鹽燒可以帶出鰻魚嘅鮮味,而且食落冇乜魚骨,喺啖啖肉嘅感覺📍尖沙咀金馬倫道5號太興廣場5樓位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊餐廳環境:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊食物味道:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊整體CP值:🍊🍊🍊🍊 continue reading

淡雅的木色與暖黃色的燈光,牆上掛著幾幅和風畫作,整個空間簡約溫馨。微微的炭火香氣在空氣中飄散,令人食慾大開。蟹味噌甲羅燒這道甲羅燒一上桌便吸引了我們的目光。以松葉蟹的蟹蓋為器皿,內裡盛滿了濃郁的蟹味噌、鵪鶉蛋、蟹肉與蟹籽,再點綴上一些蒽花,未燒之時便是非常iGable。當火焰點燃,香氣漸漸升騰,蟹膏的鮮香與鵪鶉蛋的細膩開始融合。輕輕攪拌後舀一口送入口中,濃郁的滋味迅速在口腔中炸開,蟹膏的鮮甜與蟹籽的微微脆感交織,yummy!活貝盛合帆立貝鮮甜彈牙,帶著一絲清甜;鮑魚片薄而細膩,嚼起來滿是海洋香氣;生蠔入口滑順,鹹鮮非常;沙白也是鮮味無沙。這盤活貝沒有過多的調味,完全依賴食材的新鮮度,彷彿在品味大海的原味。炸雞軟骨一口咬下,外層的麵衣酥脆到會發出「咔滋」聲,而內裡的軟骨則帶著鮮嫩的雞味,爽脆的口感讓人忍不住一口接一口。松葉蟹海膽釜飯松葉蟹的鮮甜與海膽的濃郁在炊煮過程中完美融合。揭開釜飯蓋,蟹肉鋪滿表面,金黃的海膽點綴其中,光看就讓人食指大動。攪拌均勻後,整個味道很鮮甜。南瀛卷 貌相好吸引,表面滿布魚籽、海膽、吞拿魚溶等,配搭得很好,入口冰凍鮮甜。鹽燒白鰻經過燒烤後,鰻魚外皮焦香微脆,內裡卻依然保持著鮮嫩滑潤。 continue reading

今日放工同男朋友去左間喺Openrice爆多好評嘅居酒屋居酒屋燈光偏暗又用上木質桌椅感覺幾好氣氛餐牌選擇非常多由壽司刺身到磯燒熟食都有👍仲有每日精選海鮮我地叫左好多野食而全晚覺得最抵食嘅係活貝盛合共有四款貝類有西班牙蠔、沙白、鮮鮑魚同鮮帶子全部都勁新鮮侍應喺我地面前逐樣燒生熟度同調味都好好好鮮甜好味🤤我地仲加左甲羅燒同鹽燒白鱔甲羅燒雖然其貌不揚但味道鮮美唔過鹹無配餅乾/麵包單食都可以鹽燒白鱔又係值得⼀讚骨已全剔走魚皮燒得香脆入口啖啖肉魚油滿溢🤤什錦天婦羅盛合有三隻天婦羅大蝦!仲有魚塊天婦羅同三款野菜天婦羅對得起價錢溫泉蛋和牛釜飯呢個飯落單後仲會喺我地面前蒸15分鐘夠鐘後侍應會先幫我地將和牛漢堡同飯翻好再加上溫泉蛋飯焦有但唔會太多剛剛好增加口感和牛漢堡比⼀般肉餅鬆軟啲天冷食熱騰騰嘅釜飯超幸福呀❤️ continue reading

日本風情之《南瀛水產》餐廳位置非常方便,上地鐵站一分鐘都唔洗,餐廳維修有日式居酒屋風格,環境昏暗有feel,而且酒種類繁多,職員介紹每日食材由日本直送,所以非常新鮮,蟹味噌甲羅燒:成隻蟹蓋好多蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹籽,面頭仲有隻鵪鶉蛋,職員會幫手燒,燒後聞到好香,入口幼滑,蟹膏有味鹹香味,口感綿綿。刺身魚:刺身色澤透亮,入口味鮮,口感爽滑。刺身沙律: 酸酸微微好開胃, 刺身粒份量多,沙律菜翠綠。玉子豆腐:視覺上幼滑,入口一樣細滑,味道非常有蛋香,有驚喜。炸池魚仔:全部都大條,唔會細細條炸到好似得魚乾咁,可以原條連骨食。黑松露鰻魚卷:擺盤美觀,黑松露味非常香,鰻魚入口即溶,師傅好細心唔會包得太大舊,一啖一口,味道豐富。雲舟蟹肉卷:擺盤同樣精美,蟹肉同海膽非常多,蟹肉鮮甜。總結訂枱嘅時候有同餐廳講係慶祝朋友生日,所以上甜品時,餐廳已經自動插座生日牌同埋送上蠟燭非常有心,整體食物質素非常高,而且職員招呼週到。 continue reading
